I went to Tre MedSpa located at 11013 Countryway Blvd., Tampa, FL 33626 for a back facial and my Esthetician was Delma Davila. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the receptionist. The spa was very glittery, sparkly and very bright. This decor is not my style for a spa, I would prefer a calmer, softer decor and easier on the eyes. I sat in the waiting room and noticed the nail salon right beside the waiting area with no door to enclose the odors. The strong chemical odors from the formaldehyde acrylic nails was over powering and it had me coughing within minutes! I would have preferred smelling essential oils in the waiting room to give it a more spa experience, not chemicals. The Esthetician was quiet and cordial and I was disappointed that she did not ask me about my skin type or any concerns I may have with my back. The table was extremely uncomfortable and there was no place to lay my head such as a massage table head cradle. I had to turn my neck to one side for a whole hour and I came home with a stiff neck. The Esthetician did not explain the steps of the back facial treatment, however she did continually upsell me on their "Image" skin care line stating it's "medical" and very good for me. I came to the spa to relax, I did not appreciate an Esthetician turned sales person continually trying to sell me their skincare products. The music that was playing was like a hip hop dance music, I would have preferred calming, soothing spa music again for that "spa experience." A few of the extractions were a bit painful and ultimately the entire experience was stressful and I couldn't wait to leave. I came to Tre MedSpa to decompress and I came out stressed. I will spend my hard earned money at a real Spa that actually gives you the "spa experience" and unfortunately Tre Medspa is not it. read more

I've been going to Dr Pham for a few years now. My first experience was having them dissolve a disaster fill I had with another filler injector. I have been very happy with my Botox, fillers, and PDO threads. Dr Pham explains everything and lets me know before the "poke" whether it will be "spicy" or not. Beautiful Day spa with sparkles, chandeliers, beverage service and luxurious colors. The staff are friendly and polite. I have frequented this business for manicures, pedicures, skin care products and tried botox (forehead only). The botox lasted for about 2-3 weeks before dissolving. I was under the impression that botox lasts for at least 3 months. I went in for a touch up on the forehead and that round lasted for about the same time. The botox pricing is about $12.50 per unit The manicure and pedicure are professional and sanitary. It's a lux experience. Initially they did offer wine, coffee, tea and water however, I've noticed they deliver a mini bottled water in stealth mode. I'm not sure if they offer the other beverages anymore since Covid-19 came into existence. The complimentary beverages made the services more pampering. One can checkout online or at the front in person. I find their prices are around 30- 60% higher than your average nail salon. You can expect to spend anywhere from 1 1/2 hours to 2 1/2 hours if you book manicure and pedicure together. And anywhere from 30-50 minutes for botox depending on a touch up or initial appointment. They do require payment immediately by way of a handheld payment device that they present to you in the patient room while you wait to see the doctor for the treatment. read more

Both Dr Pham and her aesthetician Alanna are fantastic. They are both excellent at what they do and extremely knowledgeable. Dr Pham's recommendations are conservative and customized to each patients needs and aesthetic goals. There is never any pressure or upsell which I have found elsewhere. She doesn't seem to want her patients to look like they've had a bunch of filler or procedures done. Patient plans are throughly discussed as well as realistic outcomes. 7 weeks ago today i received 25 units of Botox. 8 in my forehead and 17 in my glabellar (between eyebrows) from TreMedSpa. Today i went in for a follow up appt due to the Botox being completely worn off! I have received Botox treatments before in the same areas with even less units from a different med spa and these lasted 4-5 months. My treatment from TreMedSpa only lasted 6 weeks! I am extremely frustrated with the results from TreMedSpa and i expressed these concerns quite extensively with Dr Pham during my appt today. 7 weeks ago, I bought a Groupon for 20 units initially for treatment on my forehead only and was upsold on getting my inner brow done--which i agreed to. I did not authorize the little amount (8 units) that went into my forehead while 17 units going into my brow. Today, I was told all the details of Botox and the muscles etc.. and was upselled to buy more! I expected Dr. Pham to try and resolve this by correcting the poor treatment i already received, but instead she lost a customer. 2 common reasons why Botox can wear off too soon include: leaving the vial out too long before injection or watering it down. Given this being a "Groupon" treatment, i wouldn't put it past TreMedSpa to care enough about watering it down or leaving it out too long. If you want to keep your dignity intact, DO NOT come to this shithole. The receptionist was very pleasant, so I was feeling confident I had picked the right spa. The esthetician calls me in to take pictures of my face. As she's taking my photos, she had a look of disgust on her face that was undeniable. I was mortified, as she continued to take more photos, the looks continued to progress. After that nightmare is over, Dr. Pham walks into the room. She seems pleasant at first. She recommended I needed "X" amount of Botox. After trying to push fillers under my eyes, that I clearly don't need. She tells me, "Your face isn't very symmetrical". I just ignored her, as I was there for my Botox that I've had before, except without insults hurled at me. The third slap in the face from this horrible place. Dr. Pham sends the receptionist in to collect payment before the procedure took place. Insinuating, I didn't have the money to pay. If you hate someone, send them here. read more

I told them I had a Groupon. We went over pricing, gave them all of my information. I load up my newborn, get to my apt and it was a different price, because "I wasn't a new patient." In which they could have most CERTAINLY said that over the phone before I wasted half of my day! SUCH an inconvenience. Also, the front desk lady was so rude! In addition to your response, the front desk lady clearly told you the wrong story. I NEVER said it was my first time there. I called and said, I'd like to use the Groupon I saw. Should I purchase it, or will you honor it. She said not to purchase it, you guys will honor it (basically so Groupon doesn't take out their percentage from you). I gave her my name and all the info she asked over the phone. I get there. She had me fill out a new patient packet. I said, I'm not a new patient. I've already been here before. She was confused, THEN asked for my ID. She said it looks like someone spelled it wrong in our system, so we cannot honor the Groupon. I said, that's not my fault. She RUDELY said... I never said it was with a dirty look. Frustrated with a new born, I just walked out. So again, the story you got was very incorrect! read more

I want to start by saying I had issues with the physician side of this business. I did ask DR Pham if he was in any way tied to another practice or parent group to submit a formal complaint. I am seeking to have Tri-care remove these established practices from their authorized provider list for military members. This is what transpired for me as I just returned from a deployment and moved to the area only a mile or so from this practice. I am an active Duty military member who contacted this practice a week ago. When I did I spoke to the receptionist. She said they took tri-care and had to speak to the DR to see if he could do my physical. A few days went by and I had not received a call back. I called back and she said "I was just getting ready to call you back". She then explained she wanted me to email the Dr the form and information I needed. And they would call me back that day. I did so immediately and heard nothing back. The following afternoon I called and spoke to the same receptionist who said oh hey I was just getting ready to call you back (second time she has said this) I said cool, were you able to review the email. She said yes and the soonest they could get me in was 25 May. As she continued she seemingly gave conflicting information such as, right now we can't take on any new patients and I won't see the DR just a physicians assistant. I said that's fine. She added I wouldn't be able to be given or prescribed any narcotics, I said that's fine. She then asked for my credit card number for cancellation. I said I don't normally give my credit card info as I'm active duty military which my TriCare covers the entire expense. Additionally why would u take my credit card if I can't even be a full patient. She then said "oh no you must be a patient to be seen by us". I asked her to please verify this and she agreed to. She put me on a brief hold and asked another co worker. She came back and said "sorry we will need to add your credit card number". I gave it to her as well as my personal info including email so on. I explained to her that I don't have an insurance card it's my military picture Id that is used and has my benefits number on the back. She seemed to be confused by this but I figured billing or the office manager could assist her with that. I just received a phone call from DR Pham explaining that the receptionist went to him concerned about my tone and questioning about providing my credit card number over the phone. Dr Pham was polite respectful and was trying to defend and back his staff member which as a military person I will always respect however his receptionist was clearly unfamiliar with the way tri care operates and perhaps they were busy, she forgot ....three separate occasions about three separate phone calls and one email or she just had a bad week but she took it out on me. I fully intend to route this through my military command and the insurance provider. For Dr Pham sake I do hope she gets herself together. I would hate for her to cost him business especially for an entire group of military people in the local area. read more

My daughter paid 800 for a syringe of lip filler and literally four days later you couldn't even tell. I had her go back to discuss this. Office manager and nurse practitioner both agreed her lips looked the same as before and compared pics of before so they offered her a slight discount for MORE filler, 150 off 800. I went up to speak to owner and she kept telling me some people metabolize it faster than others. I understand that however to pay 800 for no results is very disappointing. I would have expected a much better discount to try a different product but Dr Pham insisted this can happen and wasn't willing to make the situation right. I really wanted to love this place but I just can't, they really try hard to up-sell you. I wanted Kybella the Dr. told me I needed two vials and in order to see results I needed at least 2/3 treatments and I wouldn't see any results for 2/4 months. I got discouraged. I called yesterday for under eyes fillers and just by looking at the pics the lady on the phone told me I needed ONE SYRINGE per eye. I knew that wasn't possible, I wanted to do 2 syringes bc I also wanted to do my cheeks but 3 syringes was just a little too much. I ended up going somewhere else for my under eye filler and the Dr. used less than half of the syringe and I'm amaze at the results. I really wanted to give a second chance to Tre medspa but I feel discouraged so I don't think I will be back. Costumer service is great though! read more

Be prepared to bring your money! The Groupon you purchase barely covers the actual cost of what they will charge. For me the entire visit felt more like an up charge then an actual Botox session. They even bring in the credit card machine while you're lying down for the procedure. As far as the result nothing went wrong BUT to be very honest it's been over a week and I have not noticed any improvement. I have had Botox twice before at a different facility and have always had great results. I will never return to Tre MedSpa and certainly do not recommend them. read more

I found this fantastic little medspa thanks to an ad in a local magazine. Upon walking into the beautiful reception and waiting area, I was greeted by the friendly Alanna, who is also the aesthetician. She took photos of my face and helped get me prepped for my Botox by offering numbing cream and then I met Dr. Pham. I'll admit that I'm no stranger to Botox, but Dr. Pham was, by far, the most thorough practitioner I've ever seen for the procedure. She explained everything in depth and pulled out materials to illustrate the different facial muscles and where she was going to inject "the tox" as I call it. Not only have I never been offered numbing cream before (which was amazing - I hardly felt a thing!) but nobody has ever explained to me exactly which muscles do what and how the injections affect them all. I was also very impressed by the fact that she actually recommended fewer units in an area where I have previously gotten more. I feel she is an incredibly genuine doctor who wants to do what's best for her clients. She also answered some additional questions I had about my skin in general. I look forward to returning soon for a facial and eventually more of the tox! I highly recommend Dr. Pham and I'm sure I'll be recommending Alanna once I have had a chance to go back to Tre MedSpa! read more

The doctor was very knowledgeable about the different procedure she offered. I went to train medispa on a Groupon deal that was very good. I bought 20 units of Botox but apparently I needed 30. So I needed to buy 10 more units. She charge 1250 a unit for the last 10 units so when it was all said and done my Groupon wasn't a great deal after all. read more

Just the corners of my brows and forehead sides move which looks completely freakish My forehead lines are smooth in the center and the sides are over compensating with even deeper lines. I have done Botox for 10 years and NEVER had this happen. Go to a place that actually knows what they are doing and is in the business for more than to steal your money. As a gift I got appointments for myself and my sister for dysport, both of us have had it done with an average of 24 units a visit. After meeting with the PA she suggested I had 60 units done as well as my sister who just turned 40, this was a surprise to me because it seemed like alot but we did what she recommended. We left and I had welts all over at each injection site and so did she, the girl at desk said they would go away in a few hours and they did later that night. I waited out the 4 weeks and called for a return appointment because I had no results, and the same PA stated I needed 10more units but of a new product similar to botox and then charged an additional $80.00 . 3 weeks later I saw slight softening but nothing compared to results I got with 24 units at the plastic surgeons office. My sister also went to a different spa and had 40 units done 8 weeks later and had amazing results. Not sure if our injections were not done correctly or if the solution was diluted but definitely do not suggest wasting money at Tre Med spa of westchase unless your ok losing 400.00 read more

Very disappointed with the Westchase location. My husband and I had appointments for October 5, 2019. We were told that our first consultation was free to go over our options to get botox for the first time. I got a call September 26, 2019 to confirm our appointments. I confirmed our appointments and was asked to pay 50 for our appointments that would go towards our botox. This was so unprofessional. This was not what I was told when I called to make our appointments. I don't mind paying a fee to hold my appointment, but I do mind things changing after I was told one thing.
