My experience here was a complete nightmare, and I want to warn others to stay far away from this shady business. I initially chose this place because I called and was quoted $70 for eyebrow tattoo removal, which seemed like a reasonable price. The lady I spoke with twice on the phone was very nice, and everything seemed set. I paid a $50 deposit and was told that I would owe just $20 more when I arrived for my appointment. However, when I walked in to my appointment, things took a very strange turn. I filled out the paperwork and then went into the room with Barbie, who was incredibly dry and unwelcoming. She didn't smile once, which is fine because not everyone has a good day, but she was very short with her answers when I asked her questions. Before we started, I asked Barbie again how much the service was, and she told me it was going to be $140. I was shocked and told her that didn't match what I was quoted on the phone. I reminded her that I was told it would be $70, and I paid a $50 deposit. She said, "I'm going to check who you spoke with," but proceeded with the service without offering any clarification. After the service, I went to pay at the front desk and was told $150. I was stunned and said that wasn't right -- I was quoted $70 when I booked, $140 in the room with Barbie, and now you're telling me I owe $150?! Something seemed really fishy. The lady at the front just stared at me awkwardly, didn't offer any explanation, and said she didn't know what was going on. We stood there for about 3 to 5 minutes in complete silence before she finally said, "Yeah, there's nothing I can do. It's $150." Then another lady came out and said she completely understood my frustration. She explained that when I booked the appointment, the price was $70, but magically, the price doubled within the span of just a month. I explained that I agreed to pay $70 and insisted they honor that price. She responded that I had already proceeded with the service after being told the price was $140, but I questioned why I was still being charged $150. She then said that Barbie, the person who treated me, was the owner and that she would honor the $140 price because that's what I was quoted in the room. The entire experience felt like they just make up prices as they go based on who walks in the door. This is an unprofessional and deceitful establishment, and they seem to be the type that charges whatever they feel like, depending on how they perceive their customers. I will NEVER return to this place again, and I'll be posting a video on TikTok to make sure everyone in our area knows to stay away from LaserSpa of Tampa Bay. They're liars, and they will deceive you. Don't make the same mistake I did!

They do offer quite a bit. I was a little caught off guard with the lightning wipes being an additional cost. Previous conversation seemed like it was included as aftercare because of the need with assisting the procedure to actually be beneficial. I am excited to go back and to see the results of the treatment. She was very transparent that there will be visible results but the problem areas will not be completely revolved after one session! Pro Tip: There is a texting service and there is 10% off service (only- not product) for first time customers... they didn't bring it up but if you mention it, they'll honor it. This was my first time doing laser hair removal and I was a bit uncomfortable for a couple reasons, I'm a man and it's my first time. I finally talked myself into it after going over and over in my head if I really wanted to go through with it or not. After the experience I had with Soft Touch Laser Removal I have no regrets in the slightest. As soon as I walked in the door I was put at ease. The staff was extremely welcoming and listened to me on what I was interested in getting. The area being lasered was personal and the staff couldn't have been more professional and caring in what I'm going to call a procedure. The office and room were extremely clean and the procedure was really quick. I was asked about my comfort throughout to ensure they could do whatever they could in making sure I had a good experience the entire time I was there. Highly recommend Soft Touch Laser Removal to anyone who wants great service and feel comfortable during something that may not be comfortable in doing.

As a first-time client getting lip fillers, I was very disappointed with my experience at Uderma…read moreMed Spa. I chose this location specifically because Alana had great reviews, so I expected good results. During my appointment, she used two different products because she said I have thin tissue in my lips. I was told the procedure would be mostly painless, as many people I know who have had lip fillers said it did not hurt much. Unfortunately, it was quite painful for me. One of the vessels in my lip burst, leaving me with a large bruise on my upper lip in addition to bruising on my lips. I purchased the Arnica dissolvable tablets and cream they recommended, but they did not seem to help with the bruising. I was also left with large lumps in my lips. I was told this can be normal during the recovery process and that they should improve within about two weeks. However, the lumps never went down, and at my follow-up appointment, the filler had to be dissolved. Now my lips are more uneven than they were before the procedure. The left side of my bottom lip sits higher than the right, creating an angled look, and my top lip is also very uneven. Even before dissolving the lumps, it seemed like the filler in other areas had already dissolved because there was almost no visible enhancement. In fact, no one even noticed that I had lip fillers done. Considering the amount I paid for this procedure, I ultimately left with no filler at all. When I asked the receptionist about the possibility of a refund, since the filler did not remain and had to be dissolved, he responded in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. He stated that they could not provide a refund because it was not their fault that I have thin tissue. I was not asking for a refund simply because I did not like the look or wanted something different. The filler did not hold in my lips, resulting in complications, and had to be dissolved completely. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, especially as a first-time lip filler client. I trusted this provider based on the positive reviews and expected a much better outcome. Instead, I paid a significant amount of money, ended up with no filler at all, and now have uneven lips that I will have to pay someone else to correct. The fact that I was not offered any type of refund or resolution for a service that ultimately left me worse off than before is extremely upsetting and left me feeling very discouraged and hurt by the entire experience.

Unfortunately, due to a hurricane, I wasn't able to complete the bloodwork until two weeks later. When I called the office, they informed me that I had missed the 7-day window to pick up my medication and would need to schedule another appointment. Later, I discovered that they had actually sent the prescription to the pharmacy the day after my appointment, without waiting for my bloodwork as they originally stated. To make matters worse, I never received any notification from the pharmacy or the office about the prescription. I decided not to return and canceled my future appointment because it's incredibly difficult to reach anyone by phone or messages. After canceling, I received a call from the medical assistant who sounded irritated and passive-aggressive about my decision. They claimed they had sent the medication to the pharmacy multiple times and accused me of not picking it up, despite the fact that I never received any notifications. Additionally, I was told I needed to submit bloodwork before they could prescribe Accutane, so the story was inconsistent. Honestly, I'm glad I canceled -- this experience revealed a lot about some of the people who work there and the frustrating phone/messaging system. However, I do want to highlight that the PA, Vincent, and the front desk staff were awesome!
