Yes, it is more costly than other places but I haven't seen results with those places as I have seen with Ideal Image. I was honestly amazed at my results after one treatment and how well/long they held for that I added onto my package for other treatment areas. I personally keep to the thought process that my body is different than others so my results will also be different and that the things I am doing are luxury choices and not something that NEEDS to be done but rather items I don't want to deal with myself so every little bit helps and like all things, results take time. So if looking for an instant fix to whatever body concern you're having any practice look at, then you'll always be disappointed. My communication with the technicians has been great. They have reviewed my chart between visits and noted items/concerns I had and addressed them, making tweaks for my body personally. My latest visit I saw Jill for the first time and she was wonderful. I had planned to ask a couple questions but she answered them without me even needing to ask to put my concerns to rest so when booking my next appointment I asked to schedule with her specifically and worked around her schedule as she is part time vs mine.

She didn't smile once, which is fine because not everyone has a good day, but she was very short with her answers when I asked her questions. Before we started, I asked Barbie again how much the service was, and she told me it was going to be $140. I was shocked and told her that didn't match what I was quoted on the phone. I reminded her that I was told it would be $70, and I paid a $50 deposit. She said, "I'm going to check who you spoke with," but proceeded with the service without offering any clarification. After the service, I went to pay at the front desk and was told $150. I was stunned and said that wasn't right -- I was quoted $70 when I booked, $140 in the room with Barbie, and now you're telling me I owe $150?! Something seemed really fishy. The lady at the front just stared at me awkwardly, didn't offer any explanation, and said she didn't know what was going on. We stood there for about 3 to 5 minutes in complete silence before she finally said, "Yeah, there's nothing I can do. It's $150." Then another lady came out and said she completely understood my frustration. She explained that when I booked the appointment, the price was $70, but magically, the price doubled within the span of just a month. I explained that I agreed to pay $70 and insisted they honor that price. She responded that I had already proceeded with the service after being told the price was $140, but I questioned why I was still being charged $150. She then said that Barbie, the person who treated me, was the owner and that she would honor the $140 price because that's what I was quoted in the room. The entire experience felt like they just make up prices as they go based on who walks in the door. This is an unprofessional and deceitful establishment, and they seem to be the type that charges whatever they feel like, depending on how they perceive their customers. My appointment lasted literally 90 seconds. I paid for 15 units of Botox, I got 30 units of Botox. I think I spent a little under $200. Unfortunately, I don't believe for a second that I was treated with Botox because my forehead looks exactly the same as prior to my appointment. The aesthetician who injected my forehead did not take time nor did she tell me exactly what she was doing other than that she was going to treat my forehead area. I was not able to examine the vials of Botox medication nor was I able to look in the mirror after my treatment. It's been four weeks, I keep waiting for something to happen. I'm pretty sure that I was treated with a simple two dollars worth of saline solution. I'm really disappointed and I'm not thrilled about the fact that I spent money for no results. Was it a bad batch? Who knows. Maybe I should have looked for a place that was not offering a special deal on Botox? Will probably never know. All I know now is that I'm out almost $200 with no results whatsoever. Maybe some clients don't care about spending money for nothing but I definitely do and I'm definitely unhappy.
