Wow!! Just WOW!! My visit to Timeless Surgical surpassed my expectations! Today was my first visit and upon walking in the door I was met by smiling faces and felt welcomed and comfortable immediately. This place came highly recommended and I wanted to be a 5 star reviewer. But I can't. The things for me which dinged the reviews are: masks not worn properly by staff or at all by one client!!! No!!!! It's a service where cleanliness and sanitation are vital. The service I had, the lady who led me to my room had her mask on under her nose the entire time. When I checked out, the woman checking out a client had no mask on and the client had no mask on (!!) No! My service itself was an injection-based service and the nurse kept asking me what I deemed more medical and technical questions about placement of the product. I have never given this sort of input at another medspa. On a bright note, my result is good and the ladies were friendly. But I don't think I can return based on the mask compliance, dinginess of the offices (they looked really tired) and the scattered consult. read more

Don't expect a warm fuzzy walking into this spa. While the spa has a good vela shape machine, the location seems to be at the center of everything, prices are fair and the parking is adequate, it is not a place like home by any means. I wouldn't say the staff are friendly or happy, at the most they are civil. With the absence of smiles, it is similar to checking in at the DMV. ... Very impersonal. In addition to this strange and confusing aura, the front desk person asks if you'd like to leave a gratuity when you check out. I leave tips for just about everything and always have when It comes to spa treatments. However, i don't care to be prompted to do so. Especially if it is "my" gratuity to express. It seems nowadays everybody and their mother is asking for a gratuity, in addition to the payment for the goods or services being purchased. My gratuity will reflect their gratuity for my patronage to their establishment and the quality of their service. A low energy attitude or facial expression showing they are merely putting up with your presence does not constitute a monetary gratuity, but rather a lack thereof. After all, the money in my bag is mine and has to be earned if one wants it in theirs. In conclusion, the visits are tolerable, in terms of a means to an end. read more

Mariah is an artist. If you are someone that wants fairly significant changes (or even just subtle tweaks) Mariah can figure out a way to make it happen. Her staff is always professional, the space is beautiful and I have now been a total of six times all for fillers and botox-- i look younger and feel more confident. I came in to Timeless on a Groupon deal for Velashape. I left with an appointment to get Vaser Lipo on my thighs and tummy. I felt like family as soon as I walked in and my procedure went perfectly. The doctors were very gentle and gave me a wonderful shape! Mariah is the best and she really goes out of her way to give you what you are looking for. My Vaser Lipo was done well and the doctor's took their time to get it right. I am very pleased with the service I was given! I have already booked my next procedure! When you first walk into Timeless the atmosphere is calm and soothing. The women who work there are amazing! I felt so comfortable and welcomed in their presence and facility. I was really nervous about Vasor but they made sure I was comfortable and at ease before continuing. I love the results of the Vasor and HCG I feel better about myself and love the new me! 7/11/2019...Had my first 1/2 hour refresher facial with Justine today and it was very relaxing. My skin looks and feels really good. I will definitely be a return customer. Everyone in the office was really nice and respectful of personal boundaries (I hate it when people compel a hug with a spa service or overload me with incense, candles and aroma therapy). I like that it is a clean, scent free environment and I felt that they treated my skin and facial with the respect of a dermatological service to do no harm to my skin. read more

I was a little nervous about the idea of getting Vaser Lipo to get rid of my stomach fat. Mariah and Desiree made me feel comfortable from the start. I must say that I am thrilled with the result! The doctors and staff work together as a team and I really felt comfortable during the procedure. They are best described as perfectionist in their work and I would never go anywhere else!
