My face swelled so large and nurse said in a couple days I'll glow. For months I had awful, painful, huge solid-rock-like lumps in cheeks. On the follow up appointment nurse dismissed me telling her about this pain and said it's normal... Did what she does best- got me out the door. 2 years and ongoing I'm stuck with blocked lymph, chronic immune issues, pulled eyelids, a child that laughs and says now I look like a "Bassett Hound". I've been dealing with ear, nose, throat issues since this. Family and neighbors have expressed disapproval of appearance and asked if I had seen a cosmetics person to get botched. The weird look from her injections is apparent. I've also stopped getting unwanted attention which is great But got roasts about being middle aged (30s). No words to express the injury, life change, and health issues I've been facing with lymph and immune system since. Do your research. This place is so so cute! The interior was absolutely clean and beautiful. It even smelled good when I walked in. I truly felt comfortable. I had an amazing clearing facial with Halley, who is also the owner of the place. Her daughter Amy and her own it together. Halley was super thorough and knowledgeable. We chit chatted and made small talk throughout the facial. She is so nice! I didn't feel rushed at all! She took her time with me and when she did my extractions, they didn't hurt! Her technique was on point! I love how this place uses skinceuticals for their facial and not some crappy spa brand. Halley was not pushy in terms of selling their products which I appreciated although I was already using skinbetter products. The prices here were expected. My facial was $175 plus tips and that was because I added on a chemical peel. I would come back regularly here for my facial. Highly recommend! read more

For the costs of 3 treatments I expected a much better result. Issues with my last treatment were not addressed to my satisfaction. When addressed I felt my concerns were dismissed. After many appointments for filler and Botox, I finally found a true medical artist. Amy is a trained professional who stays up to date on all the lasted techniques which in my case meant redoing some of the procedures I had previously. Her goal became my goal to look natural but fuller and younger. She got rid of ridges that were under both my eyes -- which I found out was from filler I had done before that had accumulated. The before pic has makeup on and the after is completely clean without any enhancer. I highly recommend Amy and Coco Medi Spa. read more

This place is great! A mother daughter duo that is super friendly and puts you right at ease. Amy is great as listening to exactly what you want and will take her time explaining everything. Honestly I'm not sure what to say. They overdid the Botox back in December and my eye still isn't right. I got ptosis in the right eye. I've been getting Botox since 2012 by various injectors and I've NEVER had this issue before. I know it can happen to anyone any time. But I just want you to be careful. It's better to start slow than to go overboard. I got about 20 units more than I've ever gotten at their recommendation to make it last longer. Well first of all in the forehead which was the area I was MOST concerned with it disk t last any longer!!!!!! So I didn't get what I hoped to and instead got a messed up looking eye. It's so obvious in photos. Even now. I hope they didn't cause permanent damage. Very depressed about this still being not back to normal as it's been 6 months now. read more
