Belamour Aesthetics is truly a hidden gem! I had the BEST facial of my life here--seriously, my skin has never felt so refreshed and pampered. The entire experience was relaxing from start to finish, and the service was top-tier. What really sets this spa apart, though, is their heart. Kelley (the owner) is the absolute sweetest, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making skincare feel accessible, fun, and empowering. Belamour regularly collaborates with women's groups and local events, creating opportunities for more people to enjoy high-quality self-care without the stuffy spa vibes. Whether you're treating yourself or planning something special with your girls, Belamour Aesthetics is where it's at. 10/10 recommend! ‍ read more

I followed my brow girl here and then purchased a few Groupons to try some other services. Brows were always spot on, but the other services were just meh! The location is a little sketchy and the office itself could use an update - as could the products...They were using store brands. read more

I had my underarm waxing and jelly mask treatment with Genesis. Genesis was amazing and so kind! She really took care of me, was easy to talk to, let me know every single step she was doing before she did it an was just super kind and professional during the whole process, my wax and jelly mask were really good! The jelly mask cooled me down and I had no irritation after the wax and I typically do! read more

Just had the most amazing body scrub treatment at Belamour Aesthetics! We focused on the areas where I get laser hair removal--my underarms, bikini area, and legs--and let me tell you, my skin feels incredible. The scrub left everything super smooth, and I could already tell how much it's going to help keep ingrowns and irritation away. Between the laser hair removal and this exfoliating treatment, I know I'm going to be silky smooth all summer long. No more razor bumps, no more irritation--just soft, glowing skin. They always takes such good care of me, and this is now a must in my routine, especially with the Florida heat coming in strong! Highly recommend if you're doing laser and want to keep your results looking flawless. read more

Impossible to get a hold of called numerous times throughout the week every day to book and modify an appointment did not get a hold of anyone until after the 48 hour cancellation period in which they charged my card without any notice or confirmation. Still have been calling multiple times about the charge and is unable to get a hold of anyone. The customer service of this business is ridiculous and I can't imagine even the services that they provide will not be coming back. Do not waste your time or money! read more

I got my lashes done here for the first time (lift & tint) following a spa day event Belamour Aesthetics hosted and it was phenomenal! Adriana was my esthetician and she was fast, efficient, and so easy to talk to. She had given me a mini facial at the spa day event, so I already knew she was good at what she does when my skin came out absolutely glowing. My lashes are looking even better than I could have anticipated; I already booked my next appointment and next time I'm going to get my bottom lash line tinted, too. I can't wait!! read more

I didn't get my service. I booked the appointment thru their website. I received email confirmation. I was calling all day and no one was answering, also sent an email to confirm payment forms. I decided to go as the email said, 10 minutes prior my appointment. The place was closed! And when I came back there was an email telling me the acceptable forms of payment and they said the appointment I had requested was not available. I was offered to go Monday or Tuesday... I replied back saying it will not work for me cause I work! I didn't hear back. I feel this bad experience saved me from a worst one. read more

Love Love Love Love Kelley & Belamour Aesthetics !! I have known Kelley for a little while now, and knowing both her personally and professionally and how much she cares for the spa is just so refreshing! In all services I have experienced by her, she goes out of her way to make sure that it's exactly what you want and if not she will get you there (as some things take time)! I go regularly and especially for ladies with acne - go see her for her acne bootcamp. She'll change your life, skin and make sure you leave glowing! Highly recommend - if I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a sign to book an appointment - this is it. read more

This company was supposed to come and do an event at our apartment complex tonight. She promised to do facials and more. However, she was a no call no show and as a resident I was very disappointed. I absolutely LOVED my time at Belamour Aesthetics today. I booked a head spa and received the most amazing treatment & experience from start to finish. To begin, the communication was exceptional - I received consistent follow ups & updates regarding my appointment. Once I arrived, the facility was absolutely adorable and extremely clean. Kelley began with a scalp examination, where she then treated it accordingly. It was so relaxing and relieving, I left the facility feeling like a brand new person. Needless to say, I will definitely be a returning client! read more

My friend and I booked head spa appointments this past weekend and to say l'm disappointed is an understatement!!! We booked 30 minute appointments with two different people only 15 minutes apart and we were scheduled with the same person so I ended up waiting an hour for my friends service to be completed before mine started. Not only was it not at all what was advertised, SHE WAS USING THE SAME HAIRBRUSH AND TOOLS ON MY HEAD AS SHE DID MY FRIEND. She finished brushing my hair and I could see my friends blonde hair still on the hairbrush. I can't imagine how many other people she used the same tools on and I feel absolutely disgusted!!! read more

Came to get my teeth whitened. The spa is clean and spacious. I was greeted with a smile and escorted to a back room where the esthetician proceeded to explain to me the procedure and comfort me about my results. Came here because I saw it getting promoted on Unation Tampa Bay's Instagram page (@stufftodointampabay) and thought I'd give it a shot since that Instagram page only posts the best of the best recommended spots to go to in the Tampa area. I have a bad coffee addiction so I went to get my teeth whitened since Belamour was offering a great deal, and I'll tell you this place did not miss. I had the best experience, the owner was so friendly, and left with whiter teeth than I had before. Wish this app allowed me to give 10 stars because this place/service was awesome. I'll definitely be back to this new hotspot in Tampa read more

The overall experience was not good, owner had a poor didn't care attitude . Will not be back!!!

Where do I start: I purchased a Groupon facial for 1 hour to this location in Tampa. I was visiting from Houston and decided to get a facial and it seemed like a good deal and the reviews were great. I walk in and Kelly seemed so nice and welcoming. We proceed to do the facial and everything was going good. She even recommended me a skin care routine packages she offers to clients for their skin. I needed one so I said sure let's do it. Well the facial lasted 30 minutes not even the full hour which I didn't like but I didn't even say anything I know she had plans with her boyfriend as she was saying. I ask her how long it would take to receive the product and she said not that long since she had to make it for me and ship it to me. I payed and sent her my address and left. 1 week passes and I never received a tracking number so I text her and she says "I'll text it to you when they send it to me" confused I just said okay. 2nd week passes I text her to check in and to see if she had a tracking number yet she says no it's still processing. Confusingly, I ask her who's making the products you are or the company? I was under the impression she was making the products and sending them to me as she told me in her store. She then says "they're shipping it out to you, she makes the bundle and they make it and ship it to you" I said okay and waited. 3rd week I ask if any updates she says yes I'm shipping it out now. Confused AGAIN because she said the company was shipping it. I wait days after she said that and I never received a tracking number. I finally told her that it had been almost a month and I felt like I kept getting the run around and stories changing and if she had supposedly sent it where the tracking number? If I didn't received by the end of the day I needed to cancel this order and get my refund. It's ridiculous that I have to keep asking for updates and when I ask questions I didn't receive answers until days later. So unprofessional. So after I told her that, what a coincidence that she sends me the tracking number right away and creates a shipping label the same day im asking for my money back. Then proceeds to respond to me with "they forgot to send you the tracking number im sorry" again CONFUSED like who's "they". Finally after 1 month of constant back and forth with Kelly I received my package to receive this sample cheap looking like it came from the dollar store products. Waste of money, waste of time. I wouldn't do business here never again and that's my honest opinion. I give credit where it's due and this just wasn't the place. read more
