You would think for $4500 the procedure would work at least a little bit. I waited a whole 6 months to write this review because supposedly that is when cool sculpting provides it's optimal results. What a farce. Nothing improved, no contouring and no inches lost from the stomach area. And I followed all the post opt instructions. I could go on and on about the lack of results and money spent but what's most important is warning the public to stay clear of this facility unless you like throwing away thousands of dollars. I truly hope I can help even one person by writing this review. That's all I can do now. read more

Don't waste your money on the laser hair removal. I thought it was going great throughout the process and after a year and a half commitment and thousands of dollars later my hair grew back as soon as I stopped going. I called about extra treatments and no help was provided. Extremely upset with the outcome. I will say I got my lips done here and they did an AMAZING job with that and they turned out amazing lasting well over a year but I do not recommend getting laser done here. read more

I had filler put in above my lip and at lip lines at this location. I had the pursed, straw-look before that made me feel super old . Virginia was amazing to work with and is extremely easy to chat with - she makes you feel extremely comfortable through the process (and it is a painful overall area to work with). I would HIGHLY recommend booking with her and I am really happy with my results! read more

Don't ask for credit card information before I even get to see you. My appointment was canceled because I didn't give them my credit card information and I had this appointment for two weeks. I had a similar experience at a different location at ideal image in Orlando and I did have an appointment with them, but they never saw me. I waited two hours and I had to leave. I don't give my credit card information till after my services please don't remove this information. People need to know there are some shady people there. read more

Being a woman with dark hair, I have been to and tried several different practices and types of procedures over the years and I do have to say that I would consider my personal experience with Ideal Image so far falls under that age old saying "you get what you pay for". Yes, it is more costly than other places but I haven't seen results with those places as I have seen with Ideal Image. I was honestly amazed at my results after one treatment and how well/long they held for that I added onto my package for other treatment areas. I personally keep to the thought process that my body is different than others so my results will also be different and that the things I am doing are luxury choices and not something that NEEDS to be done but rather items I don't want to deal with myself so every little bit helps and like all things, results take time. So if looking for an instant fix to whatever body concern you're having any practice look at, then you'll always be disappointed. My communication with the technicians has been great. They have reviewed my chart between visits and noted items/concerns I had and addressed them, making tweaks for my body personally. My latest visit I saw Jill for the first time and she was wonderful. I had planned to ask a couple questions but she answered them without me even needing to ask to put my concerns to rest so when booking my next appointment I asked to schedule with her specifically and worked around her schedule as she is part time vs mine. read more

I have been getting IPL they call them BBL treatments for over 35 years, this is by far the best IPL treatment & best price ever! An IPL needs to be done at least 4 times a year, starting in your mid 30's or 40's to compensate for the aging process! And then keep it up!!! They are very professional at every level at this office & it's easy to get to & I live about 20 min away. If you are wanting to look the best you can look without the knife start now with IPL's and stay out of the sun. Reduce pores, wrinkles, get rid of dark spots, & it keeps texture of your skin really smooth. Best money you will ever spend and You are worth it read more

Got here today for an appointment and price that I was quoted by rep that I had a phone consultation with the day prior was $150 more. They had no record of the price that she gave me and because she was a rep on west coast time, they couldn't get in touch with her as she was offline. So I walked out and found another place with better reviews. read more

Be careful when driving you will pass it! They have a huge billboard sign which I took a horrible picture of but you can see it on US 19 but by the time you read the humongous billboard you are already passing the location. Ideal image is located in an office building on the second or third floor I don't remember The office looks small from the outside but once you go inside it's rather big. This location in Palm Harbor offers several facial treatments skin treatments fillers such as Botox disport etc. etc. I found them online then once I did further research I realize they had specials on Groupon. They also do you bodyslamming treatments and light procedures which they offered Groupon specials for as well. Everyone inside of that facility literally had flawless skin. None of the staff will try to sell you on anything everyone is super friendly and helpful. I got there filled out my medical forms and seen the doctor got my Botox and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. read more

I've been going here for laser hair removal and the providers (Jill and Virginia) are excellent, super friendly and make me feel at ease. I've impressed by their knowledge and I'm usually in and out pretty quickly. Loving the results as well. read more

I'm going to be honest. I've done electrolysis for over a year at one medspa and 6 treatments of laser hair removal at a prestigious medspa in bellair bluffs. I decided to pull the trigger at ideal image because of laser equipment reviews. There are only 2 spas that have it withi a 50 mile radius. On one treatment I see a drastic and noticeable difference. I am giving 4 stars because I think the price is absurd, you pay for a package you may not have to use it's entirety of alongside a "lifelong" membership that's only for a year so that part is a little deceiving. I feel more confident after 1 treatment, so 4 stars is where it is. Thank you so much! read more

I came to this location for a Touch up and had the technician Erin. She was awesome. Somehow it didn't hurt as much as previous treatments lol. She was nice and personable which was super appreciated with upcoming wedding stress. The place practices covid procedures which is greatly appreciated during this time. I feel better after touch up. I don't know where they find these people, but by far the worst customer service I have ever received. My appointment was for 10am. I live in downtown st Pete. I left with plenty of time to get to palm harbor by 10. When I hit US-19, traffic is a screeching halt and there is an accident, construction, etc. When I called to let them know that I'm on my way, I was told "well we can't see you until 6pm if you're late. You were scheduled at 10am for a reason." When I explained to them what is going on I was told "well you should have scheduled with the St Pete location." I didn't even go into the details of how st Pete location botched my face and left me with over 90units of Botox and STILL no results. The arrogance and attitude of this young lady is beyond unacceptable. I was told to "come sit around and wait until the nurse has down time to see you. But I don't know what to tell you. YOU are late, not us." Then she said "just get here and we'll see what we can do." And hung up. Now I'm scared to go there at all in fear that this girl will screw my injections up even further. 100% would not recommend ANY location. Stay far far away from this place. read more

I purchased fillers in June. They have stopped doing fillers because of COVID. They won't give me my money back. I have been lied to by the receptionist. They won't return my phone calls or email. Just GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! it's not that hard! You didn't discontinue doing fillers due to a mandated law. You are not doing them because of YOUR corporate policies. I went somewhere else and got the same thing done last week. Now stop being thieves and just refund my money! I not only played phone tag for a few days, they just ended up never calling back after my.last message. Now I've gotten botox a few times before in CA, so know what the results should be. I searched for a place here and thought Ideal was the place. I went in for a laser hair consult and ended up getting botox. Not only did I pay much more than other places around and what I was used to... I did not get the results I am used to. I'm not sure why the unit amount I have always gotten (and it worked like magic) suddenly doesn't with them doing it. The entire process felt different. She claimed "I have my method" .... all I consider that method to be is crap... resulting in a botched job making me have to find another place to get MORE unuts and spend MORE money to achieve the result I normally get with 18. They told me that I could come back within 7 days if I didn't get the results desired for a free unit. I called twice to schedule that and nobody called me back so I'm not quite sure why they they would offer that if they don't honor it. I felt as though I was at a car dealership dealing with salesman trying to sell me stuff that was outrageously priced. not only I will not go back to them for any sort of laser removal I have definitely told my friends and now leaving reviews to warnothers to not even waste your time or money bothering with them for even the littlest thing like botox. As a single mother and as my birthday present to myself an extra $200 doesn't come often and I expected better results than I got for sure. The fact that they don't even want to call back and see how things are or give me my free injection that they told me I could have after 7 days is BS and bad customer service. read more

People here were really nice. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. The laser left darkened spots on my legs on the third time I went which are still there 6 months later. They are still fading. I am hoping that in another 6 months they will be completely gone. Now I can't show my legs in public. It doesn't matter if there is less hair on them or not. That is very disappointing. I have very white skin and dark hair, and they told me I was the perfect laser hair removal candidate. I got my biking line, inner thighs, and my under arms. I don't like to use drugs or numbing cream and told them that when I signed up. They tried one laser burst to make sure I would be fine with it and tolerate the pain. It's definitely painful. Like someone sticking you with a needle. The first girl went really slow and stopped each time and made me feel as comfortable as possible. So I decided I would be okay with that. They don't keep you with the same tech each time. Whoever is available. The other girls went faster. Also, it was MUCH more painful. one thing they didn't tell me is the laser would get more intense as the sessions went. By the third time it was unbearable. And then the pulses where the laser were left spots all over my legs - very red and irritated. The tech said they were go away but they never did. They just turned to brown. When I called in, they wanted me to come in but due to my work schedule I couldn't come in immediately. I sent them pictures but they couldn't give me any advice. They said maybe I was in the sun and got exposure without knowing it (you cannot tan while you are doing hair removal), but my legs are so white and I work inside ALL DAY. I definitely was NOT in the sun AT ALL. When I finally had an appointment they had to cancel it due to the hurricane. After this, there were no appointments for weeks and they couldn't accommodate. I finally gave up. I wrote in to ask them to cancel my monthly, but they never responded. They kept charging me. I had to put a stop payment on my card from the bank to keep them from charging me. I do see less coarse hair on my underarms after 3 treatments, thankfully. But because of the spots on my legs and the pain, and the frustration of not having appointments available when I was able to go in means that I will never go back because I could never trust them to bring that laser anywhere near me without messing up my skin for years. They did not tell me there was a risk of getting brown spots on my legs that would not go away. This was in 2017. read more

This is WORST place to go to! Save yourself and don't ever go here to get any service done by this company which is just a bunch of the most detestable people you'll ever met. I had to leave one star in order to leave this review otherwise they would have no stars. Since my last posting Ideal image contacted me to come up with an amicable pay off amount. Ideal wants you to pay an exorbitant amount of money after their supposed huge discounts and their results are abysmal. I've gone for laser hair removal in many less visits with way better results. I felt it was an entire gimmick to keep me coming back and sell me something more. I would never recommend them. They showed me pictures of success that I could not see while they told me how much better the before and after pictures were. It was a catastrophic joke. You're wasting your money here people. Find a better salon or dermatology center. I'm ashamed to say I let them dupe me. And the hair is growing back within months...not years like my precious experience. read more

Their customer service has been sub par. I purchased fillers back in May 2020 and was told that once the center reopened I would be on a VIP list and contacted to schedule my appointment first thing. I ended up having to call the location and was informed that they currently were not doing fillers and had to schedule an appointment for August 2020. 5 days before my appointment I was told that they would not be able to provide my service due to COVID-19. With complete understanding I expressed to the receptionist my sincere respect to Ideal Image for taking the pandemic so seriously, but that I would like a refund as there is no end in sight to when the mandatory masks ordinance would be lifted. I was told I would receive a phone call about my potential refund. I was left a voicemail asking me to "please wait it out." At this point, I do not feel comfortable having paid for a service so far in advance to any potential appointment date. It's getting a little bit out of hand that I am having to jump through so many hoops. Yes, we are in a middle of a pandemic, however the "nations number one medspa" should be flexible and understanding that if they are making the decision to stop all filler procedures, that they need to give these clients their money back. read more

I went in for a consultation on Saturday and the office was very clean and the staff was professionally. I looked into laser hair removal for my bikini area and was quoted $5600 but they were running a special that brought the price down to $2,100. My only problem was I met with a consultant who explained the procedure and than started talking numbers. I feel that I should've consulted with the person performing the procedure not someone who isn't medically trained. I ended up not signing up because I felt they were more about the money. Please do you research before signing up. I found a medical clinic that uses the same machine, same make and model as Ideal Image for a fraction of the cost and I am extremely happy with my decision. read more

You're see 1 stars for a reason!!! Wasnt bad at first. the laser techs themselves do a good job, but the protocall must change every time I come in because sometimes a Brazilian means just ur butthole and sometimes it means ur entire butt is getting the treatment. About 2 weeks ago I had an appointment booked. I received no confirmation texts or emails so as I'm driving to my appointment I called 3x and no one answered. upon arrival they said that the appointment got canceled without any warning and they were unable to book me at all and the front desk lady didn't know why. She said she would call me when she found out and it's been 2 weeks. I've tried calling, but it's some dumb voice machine and not a real person. I haven't gotten even an email from them. I am still paying for my services with no way of getting them apparently. also you are required to sign a bunch of papers and do this lifelong program, which the lady I spoke with on the phone was so rude and I sat on the phone for over an hour. It Shouldn't be that difficult. go Anywhere else read more

Office is nice and clean, employees are professional. I went for a consultation and this is what I was quoted: $9,702 for both lower legs $7,497 for lower arms $7,497 for entire bikini area. Total=$25,696 They had a 50% discount offer for December so the total after that was 12,848 final price. I was then offered a 10% discount if I committed to the services that day which left me with a price of $11,563. I was also told I would need 8 treatments (Yes I'm hairy but not amazon hairy). I decided to do some comparison shopping, I was then told that I wouldn't find another place that is as good as Ideal Image, and that other places that do laser hair removal are mostly scams and don't know what they are doing (which I know is not true). I called some other laser treatment places and when I told them about my price of $11,563, they said that is much, much more than what they charge, but they can do so because people are willing to go to ideal image and pay their prices. I will do some comparison shopping before I make my decision. read more

I have been a customer since 2009. This has completely changed my shaving routine to essentially non existent. For me, I had the the perfect hair coloring for the removal to be effective. I mainly only shave once a month if that. I used to shave in the morning and by the evening I was bristly again. It drove me crazy! Now I always have smooth legs, armpits and bikini area. I love that I don't have to shave all the time and get that annoying and painful razor burn that we are all too familiar with. For me this was completely worth it. My shower time has been cut in half as well. I don't even think about shaving anymore, it is a non issue and I love that! Loved it for bikini area and underarms... did not know the laser goes up in settings eventually so I will be getting the numbing cream they offer.
