first i have to say that i love every single girl in this office. they're all so beautiful and…read moresweet, it's my favorite appointment to come to. i had gotten my lips filled years ago somewhere else and loved them but i had extensive dental work done and they just weren't the same after. i took some time to dissolve them and fill them again but still couldn't get the look i wanted. a friend recommended callie so i came in for a consultation and we decided facial balancing would be the best option to take care of everything i wanted to address. when i came back for my actual appointment, sofi took me back right away for before pictures and to start the numbing process. if you're someone who doesn't handle pain well or you just want to be super relaxed for your appt, they now offer pro-nox and i 1000000/10 recommend lol. during the appointment, callie made sure to communicate concerns/ possible outcomes as well as asking me my opinion on everything she did which i really appreciated. the whole appointment took about 90 min, they gave me a headband, robe, a blanket and pillows so i was super comfy, and i felt absolutely nothing with all the needles we were using. even if i did, sofi was there the whole time moving the little vibratey thing around which really holds your attention somehow. i'm just a few days after my appointment so i'm still a little bruised and swollen but im already so happy with the difference. will always come back side note - their membership program is actually pretty helpful. i treat it like a bill and just forget about it every month so by the time i come back i have a good stack of money already in there and i get discounts on everything. almost every appointment i walk out paying nothing that day.

This is completely different from what was advertised. When I pointed this out (in front of two other clients), there was no apology or explanation offered. This feels like false advertising / clickbait, and it was very disappointing -- especially from a brand with multiple offices. Patients should be able to trust the information in brochures and online promotions, not find out that "prices are decided in-office." I left without booking because I did not feel respected or treated honestly. I hope Arviv takes this feedback seriously and practices transparent, consistent pricing going forward.

To make matters worse, I never received any notification from the pharmacy or the office about the prescription. I decided not to return and canceled my future appointment because it's incredibly difficult to reach anyone by phone or messages. After canceling, I received a call from the medical assistant who sounded irritated and passive-aggressive about my decision. They claimed they had sent the medication to the pharmacy multiple times and accused me of not picking it up, despite the fact that I never received any notifications. Additionally, I was told I needed to submit bloodwork before they could prescribe Accutane, so the story was inconsistent. Honestly, I'm glad I canceled -- this experience revealed a lot about some of the people who work there and the frustrating phone/messaging system.
