When I called the office, they informed me that I had missed the 7-day window to pick up my medication and would need to schedule another appointment. Later, I discovered that they had actually sent the prescription to the pharmacy the day after my appointment, without waiting for my bloodwork as they originally stated. To make matters worse, I never received any notification from the pharmacy or the office about the prescription. I decided not to return and canceled my future appointment because it's incredibly difficult to reach anyone by phone or messages. After canceling, I received a call from the medical assistant who sounded irritated and passive-aggressive about my decision. They claimed they had sent the medication to the pharmacy multiple times and accused me of not picking it up, despite the fact that I never received any notifications. Additionally, I was told I needed to submit bloodwork before they could prescribe Accutane, so the story was inconsistent. Honestly, I'm glad I canceled -- this experience revealed a lot about some of the people who work there and the frustrating phone/messaging system. However, I do want to highlight that the PA, Vincent, and the front desk staff were awesome!

I told the manager I was concerned about the laser removing the ink (it's happened in the past) and she had the nerve to tell me their laser doesn't Remove tattoo ink...
