Stephanie has been amazing for my laser hair removal. She's incredibly thorough, always takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and makes sure I'm comfortable throughout every appointment. I trust her completely with all of my laser treatments, and her friendly personality makes every visit enjoyable. I've also been seeing Gina for Hydrafacials and dermaplaning, and she is the best! After I had my kids, I started getting stubborn breakouts on my arms. Last year, she recommended the Teal Body Facial along with a skincare routine, and I'm so thankful she did. My arms are clearer than they've been in years! Gina is so knowledgeable, creates such a relaxing environment, and truly cares about helping her clients achieve great results. The entire team at Skintillect has made every experience a positive one. If you're considering laser hair removal or skincare treatments, I highly recommend booking with Stephanie and Gina. You won't be disappointed!

She was kind, knowledgeable, took the time to learn the history of my skin and medical conditions/prescribed medicines . She did not pressure me to buy any other products or procedures, but did bring them up in conversation which could be a good thing to know for future services or to bring up to friends and family. They do offer quite a bit. I was a little caught off guard with the lightning wipes being an additional cost. Previous conversation seemed like it was included as aftercare because of the need with assisting the procedure to actually be beneficial. I am excited to go back and to see the results of the treatment. She was very transparent that there will be visible results but the problem areas will not be completely revolved after one session! Pro Tip: There is a texting service and there is 10% off service (only- not product) for first time customers... they didn't bring it up but if you mention it, they'll honor it. It is on their website.

The spa was very glittery, sparkly and very bright. This decor is not my style for a spa, I would prefer a calmer, softer decor and easier on the eyes. I sat in the waiting room and noticed the nail salon right beside the waiting area with no door to enclose the odors. The strong chemical odors from the formaldehyde acrylic nails was over powering and it had me coughing within minutes! I would have preferred smelling essential oils in the waiting room to give it a more spa experience, not chemicals. The Esthetician was quiet and cordial and I was disappointed that she did not ask me about my skin type or any concerns I may have with my back. The table was extremely uncomfortable and there was no place to lay my head such as a massage table head cradle. I had to turn my neck to one side for a whole hour and I came home with a stiff neck. The Esthetician did not explain the steps of the back facial treatment, however she did continually upsell me on their "Image" skin care line stating it's "medical" and very good for me. I came to the spa to relax, I did not appreciate an Esthetician turned sales person continually trying to sell me their skincare products. The music that was playing was like a hip hop dance music, I would have preferred calming, soothing spa music again for that "spa experience." A few of the extractions were a bit painful and ultimately the entire experience was stressful and I couldn't wait to leave. I came to Tre MedSpa to decompress and I came out stressed. I will spend my hard earned money at a real Spa that actually gives you the "spa experience" and unfortunately Tre Medspa is not it.

After the experience I had with Soft Touch Laser Removal I have no regrets in the slightest. As soon as I walked in the door I was put at ease. Unfortunately, due to a hurricane, I wasn't able to complete the bloodwork until two weeks later. When I called the office, they informed me that I had missed the 7-day window to pick up my medication and would need to schedule another appointment. Later, I discovered that they had actually sent the prescription to the pharmacy the day after my appointment, without waiting for my bloodwork as they originally stated. To make matters worse, I never received any notification from the pharmacy or the office about the prescription. I decided not to return and canceled my future appointment because it's incredibly difficult to reach anyone by phone or messages. After canceling, I received a call from the medical assistant who sounded irritated and passive-aggressive about my decision. They claimed they had sent the medication to the pharmacy multiple times and accused me of not picking it up, despite the fact that I never received any notifications. Additionally, I was told I needed to submit bloodwork before they could prescribe Accutane, so the story was inconsistent. Honestly, I'm glad I canceled -- this experience revealed a lot about some of the people who work there and the frustrating phone/messaging system. However, I do want to highlight that the PA, Vincent, and the front desk staff were awesome!

Jennifer was my tech at the Westchase location and I absolutely LOVED her!! Her customer service, her ability to make me feel like I was in the room with a best friend, and the fact that she knew exactly what I needed to get done and did it gracefully, quick, and with attention to detail. I had zero complaints. Unfortunately, there's been a recent change and the staff seems to be completely new & Jennifer is no longer with the company. I went in for my appointment today (9/12/25) and was met with a new tech. She wasn't paying much attention and ended up lasering over a tattoo that I have on the side of my neck. She was apologetic and admitted she didn't see any of the tattoos.... She called the manager in who was absolutely clueless and no help to say the least. I told the manager I was concerned about the laser removing the ink (it's happened in the past) and she had the nerve to tell me their laser doesn't Remove tattoo ink... I told her she was wrong, that it's happened before and showed her the proof on another tattoo of mine. She then repeated that their laser doesn't remove tattoo ink. Like huh???? A quick google search and the proof I have on my body says otherwise. I'm honestly super disappointed and really wish they'd at least bring Jennifer back. This new staff really left me feeling uncomfortable, upset, and not looking forward to future appointments. I shouldn't have to explain over and over what I need done, it should be consistent treatment across the board. And techs should be paying more attention.
