This got figured out and the time was accommodated after some back and forth. After that appt, I schedule another service via text. A deposit to hold the slot was required. At no point were store policies shared or encouraged to look at prior to sending the deposit. A week before the appt, I explained that I had an unexpected expense and could not do it until the following month. This was not accommodated because they claimed I had already reschedule once before, which I hadn't. And it was only then that I learned the $75 deposit I made was not refundable. Not sure who it is that you text with, but they are quite rude. Scam artists for not sharing store policies via text or referring you to them prior to making deposits.

Karolin provided the best microblading experience for me!! She's quite talented and skillful at her many crafts! It didn't take long and the sensation felt like a scratching of the brow area - not as painful as I thought! The numbing cream helped plus the aftercare kit with the application stick proved most helpful with the recovery.
