What a great experience! I got a bikini wax with Brittany and she is so sweet. Both Brittany and Krystal were very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here. It was quick and not as painful as I thought. The place is very clean and super cute. They use great products and I can't wait for my next appointment!

Love this place, the staff, the building, the prices, EVERYTHING! I got a brazilian and my brows done both by Lexi, who is absolutely amazing! Unlike the average waxing places, this one uses hypoallergenic waxes, and also when being waxed, there is great conversation! When I get brows done at a local waxing place, they kind of just wax the same shape for everyone, but the problem is that everyone has a different shape/preference! When I got my brows done, Lexi definitely catered to what I wanted which was so nice! When I got my brazilian it was my first time getting it and it didn't hurt that much which was so amazing! If you're looking to get your first brazilian, definitely come here! When you enter, there is a lovely "lobby/sitting" area and some sweets as well! The rooms are very clean and all the equipments are properly placed and not just scattered all over the place. The pricing is such a great deal too! You can also get 20% off your first purchase (not sure how long that goes on for though)! As for men's pricing too, it's definitely way cheaper than all of the places I have seen and when my bf comes in town, he's definitely going to come here! Be sure to schedule an appointment though! The easiest way (imo) is through their Instagram and click the book button, choose the services you want and the day and time, and it's as easy as that!

On Thursday 11/12/25 I went in for a Brazilian wax and an armpit wax. Overall my initial experience…read morewas great. Front desk and aesthetician (Amber) both treated me well and seemed to have great costumer service. About 24 hours after my wax I noticed some very irritated spots on my bikini line. I followed the healing instructions given to me by Amber, assuming because I have sensitive skin maybe my healing would be a longer process. Day three following the wax I woke up to severe marks with severe pain. Researching it myself it seemed to be a burn. At this point I was not upset with Amber or the company, things happen and I was very understanding. I simply want to make sure I was not going to scar and was also wanting advice on how to treat it because I was in pain. I called the store with the intentions of asking the professional for advice and guidance on how to handle this. I am not an aesthetician and have zero knowledge on this process. First the receptionist, was kind letting me know Amber had left for the day but she will call me first thing in the morning. I was shocked when the receptionist told me to "treat it like any other burn" feeling as if she blew me off and did not show any compassion I told her I was upset with how she spoke to me. She quickly apologized saying she was not educated on this and that she did not mean to come across that way. The next day I got a call from Amber, she immediately was defensive telling me that "my wax was not even hot that day" and "this has never happened to me, so I'm don't know how this happened" I told her I was simply looking for guidance because this was very painful and I was concerned about scaring. Amber responded with "I guess put neosporin on it and avoid tight clothing." She not one time asked to see photos or even to see me. I then began to get emotional, and told her I was very disappointed because all I wanted was her help through this. She responded with "I told you to put neosporin on it, I'm not sure what else you want me to say" I let her know as the professional I wish she could assist me in helping the injury she caused me. I paid for a service and got hurt, I think any company or licensed professional would show compassion and want to help the client they injured. I was very upset so I said ok thank you and ended the call. Still in pain and visually very unhappy with how my body looked I contacted another licensed aesthetician, simply for advice. The first thing this professional asked me was to see a picture so she could help figure out what was going on. She then informed me it does not look like a burn but instead something called "lifting" as well as bad bruising. She talked me through how this can happen to someone and let me know how to treat it and that it should only go on for another 6 days or so. I am so disappointed in "Brazilian beekini wax" as a company. I am not upset about the injury because things happen, but I am upset with how I was spoken too and how there was zero compassion and zero care for my body or safety. Instead they gaslit me making me feel stupid and as if it was my fault that my skin reacted this way. I never once asked for a refund, I was even going to return I simply was looking for help and care from the person responsible and the licensed professional that I trusted with my body. I tried to reach out to owner/manager privately and not run to help, however I have been ignored. I truly hope they don't make anyone else feel this way. These are photos of my body 3 days after the wax. It is currently 7 days and the redness is down but skin is peeling and severe itch. I'm hoping there is now scaring, and I'm left very disappointed and let down.

The place is a little small but decent. We got 2 pedicure which were decently priced but one of the nail techs wanted to charge me for doing a stone massage during my mom's pedicure session when she clearly didn't. She continued to blame us for not paying attention to her doing what we paid for because my mom was on her phone scrolling but in reality she did not and my nail tech confirmed that she did not given that my mom and I were seated next to each other. I went the next day for my gel polish which was with an independent nail tech renting table there which went okay. I personally wouldn't recommend this establishment because of my experience. While the owner rectified the problem, it's still a sour taste.
