first i have to say that i love every single girl in this office. they're all so beautiful and…read moresweet, it's my favorite appointment to come to. i had gotten my lips filled years ago somewhere else and loved them but i had extensive dental work done and they just weren't the same after. i took some time to dissolve them and fill them again but still couldn't get the look i wanted. a friend recommended callie so i came in for a consultation and we decided facial balancing would be the best option to take care of everything i wanted to address. when i came back for my actual appointment, sofi took me back right away for before pictures and to start the numbing process. if you're someone who doesn't handle pain well or you just want to be super relaxed for your appt, they now offer pro-nox and i 1000000/10 recommend lol. during the appointment, callie made sure to communicate concerns/ possible outcomes as well as asking me my opinion on everything she did which i really appreciated. the whole appointment took about 90 min, they gave me a headband, robe, a blanket and pillows so i was super comfy, and i felt absolutely nothing with all the needles we were using. even if i did, sofi was there the whole time moving the little vibratey thing around which really holds your attention somehow. i'm just a few days after my appointment so i'm still a little bruised and swollen but im already so happy with the difference. will always come back side note - their membership program is actually pretty helpful. i treat it like a bill and just forget about it every month so by the time i come back i have a good stack of money already in there and i get discounts on everything. almost every appointment i walk out paying nothing that day.

Weeks later I felt sick, bloated, and extremely heavy. It was recommended I continue with lymphatic drainage massages. I began a local search on my web browser and was surprisingly disappointed that none of the spas showed advertisements for the particular surgery I had. It was important to me my therapist was familiar with my procedure (how it healed, suture line, scarring, lymph vs extreme swelling) and not just an overnight pop up spa that was apart of the cosmetic fad that is happening now. I was fortunate enough to find Massage Moments . Chanel was everything I needed to begin my healing journey and more! First thing is she answered the phone. I mean who still answers the phone and talks to their prospective clients? I just knew I was going to get an answering service or some sort of impersonal text. Second, she was just a bottomless pit of knowledge. Third and the most important to me, she had rules that protected her but also my health and well being (....based on your stage of healing you cannot receive these services but these services will work better because.....). Affordable, Chanel is very affordable. If anyone argues her prices they are crazy. I personally took the extended route route which included weekly lymphatic drainage which started 8 -10 weeks post op. If I'm not mistaken I completed 8 sessions of lymphatic drainage and 4 sessions of cavitation. Before and after each session there was consultation. Which included drink lots of water . Did I need all of those sessions? No I didn't. Chanel would tell me....."you don't need anymore lymphatic massages your waist is snatched". But I wouldn't take "you're done" for an answer. I was so pleased with my result, I just wanted to do any and everything I could to maintain what Chanel and I achieved. Overall my therapist Chanel is the best! I know she can do wonders for you as she did for me! She is professional, knowledgeable, HONEST, and reliable. Once again I couldn't be more happier with my results.
