She spent a great deal of time asking me what I wanted and then was very detailed on what she needed me to do in order to get the perfect tan. The tan lasted even longer than the 10 days that she had told me that it would and worked perfect with my outfits for event. I highly recommend the salon and Jamie and would definitely do this again!

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. The two girls at the front desk were extremely rude when…read moreI came in when inquiring about a spray tan. They were very snobby and not friendly, immediately treating me like I am out of place and don't belong.. They offered little to no education or instruction, and even had to move me to a different machine b/c even they could not get it to work. I felt very left in the dark about what I am even supposed to do. When leaving, I even told the girl I didn't know if I did it right and she said "well let's hope you did"...as if it isn't her JOB to make sure I did it right. It was as if I were inconveniencing them. That is not even the worst part. Things happen, I get it. My spray tan turned out horrible, I called back the next day to speak with a manager, and they said manager Haley would not be in until Tuesday. and wow was she a delight.... (not). Kept interrupting me, would not even LISTEN to my concerns, said its hard to believe that I am calling 3 days later...when they told me to call back when a manager was in, on TUESDAY. I have worked in customer service for 15+ years, I have NEVER EVER been spoken to the way Haley spoke to me or treated me, she went as far to HANG UP on me after I asked for her managers information--HUGE RED FLAG. I called back and she said "there is no reason to escalate it" -- whose decision is that? Because last time I checked its MINE. Haley is rude, unprofessional ,unpleasant, and clearly uneducated. This was the worst customer service experience I have EVER had in my LIFE. I will never EVER get a spray tan again and NEVER go back to south Tampa location. What should have been a customer complaint where an apology could go a long way, turned into a customer DISSERVICE nightmare. I truly cannot accept the treatment I was given or the way I was spoken to. The Fact Haley is the manager of these girls , her behavior makes a lot of sense. Completely unprofessional and going to drive this business into the ground. You greet people at the door and make sure they are educated on your products, how hard could it be? 10/10 do not recommend this location as long as Haley is working there, she is going to drive this business to the ground if she hasn't already.

Shannon is the absolute best at spray tanning! I always go to her when I'm about to go to the beach…read moreor pool and no one can ever tell my tan isn't real. It's never orange or streaky...perfectly airbrushed to the contours of my body and as dark as my skin can take without looking fake (which by the way is maaaany shades darker than my natural pasty tone). The tan makes me look sexier, slimmer, younger, and hides the imperfections on my body (like stretch marks and cellulite). It's like full body make up and it stays on for almost 2 weeks! I've also gotten compliments on smelling good afterwards, which I never expected from a spray tan. Makes sense because Shannon has her products specially formulated by an out of state expert and shipped in. Not your typical tan in a can. Shannon is very professional and nice...no worries about getting in the buff with her! Overall it's a fun, pampering experience with many rewards to reap over the following couple weeks. Well worth the time and money!

However, a day after my spray, my feet started to look very and I sent a picture to the stylist and putting lotion on my feet and scrubbing it with bar soap because my feet were very discolored and didn't seem to take well to the spray tan. I can tell you that today is Wednesday and I don't even look like I've gotten a spray tan and I had my spray tan done five days ago. This isn't my first spray tan, but I'm very disappointed with the experience and especially paying what I paid I expected it to last a little bit longer and it barely lasted three days.

They are more interested in trying to show how smart they are than trying to be helpful and meet your needs. The issue is, I am aware and I understand, and yet they want to talk to you like you're a kid who knows nothing and wants to talk to you like you are in elementary school. The beds are nice, but the cattiness and rude behavior is uncalled for, especially from the manager. Sometimes you give a young college person a chance to manage and they act like they are on a power trip. A lot of the times the beds were not clean either. They are too busy gossiping. When I tried to contact the corporate office they were like, "They are college kids, what do you expect?" That says it all right there. So I do not recommend this place at all.

I went back right before my trip to Cabo since it had been years since I had actually been in sunlight for any real time periods but my natural color, given my heritage is pretty dark. I was happy to see that they had a special going on for the rest of the real that would cover both the regular tanning and spray tan for a reasonable price.
