Ilona took me in at the last minute because I was leaving on a trip for 3 weeks and my lashes were a real mess. She fixed them with mostly all new lashes, I love them. The salon was clean and Ilona was gentle and professional with my eyelids. Trust is huge with eyes, I really trust Ilona and she will be doing my lashes from now on. I actually was able to secure an appointment same day! The salon is clean and the nail tech Ashley who did my pedi was extremely pleasant. This salon is extremely convenient to where I live now and I would not hesitate to go back! There is no parking directly in front of the shop. It actually sits on the Lingbaugh Ave side of the shops. But, there is plenty of parking by all the shops of West Park Village. There is also a parking lot and you can walk right thru the breezeway to the salon.
