Self-care at its best!…read more There is nothing like a Japanese Head Spa to exhilarate your scalp and leave your hair feeling like silk. Add the mini facial massage (Deluxe package) and you have a 75 minute golden ticket of self-care. Just Relax Massage and Spa, in Spring Hill, is nested in an office park just off Mariner Road. Its spa like interior is quiet and easy on the eyes. I was really happy to see that as too many spas, in the area, are a sad attempt at what a spa should look like. A spa experience is for the body and the spirit and Just Relax Massage and Spa recognizes that. My appointment was with Jasmine and she greeted me at the desk,I filled out paperwork and she escorted me to the room for my Head spa and mini facial. Calming spa music was on the speaker, and she shared how the process would unfold and ensured me that everything, from the temperature of the heated table, the water, and the room was easily adjusted to my needs. Jasmine began with the mini facial and it was heavenly, especially the hot towel wrap, she then began with the head spa and it truly was heavenly. The lotions and potions used was such a treat and I could feel the nerve endings in my scalp do a happy dance. Half way through she then worked down my neck, across my shoulders and to my finger-tips with a massage. She then returned to my head massage, another shoulder massage and then finished up with the last half of my mini facial. I was a happy puddle when she helped me sit up. You will leave a head spa massage with wet hair but Relax Massage and Spa provided you with a towel to wrap your head or place on your shoulders as you drive home. Additionally, they provide you with the wide tooth comb used on your scalp during the massage. My face felt as smooth as glass (not bad for 72 years of wear) and my hair was like fine silk after the head spa. I cannot say enough about this experience and am a huge advocate for this type of self-care as it is so good for your mental health as well as your physical health. Thank you, Jasmine, and Just Relax Massage and Spa.

They also offer much more than just nails and pedicures, including waxing, head massages, and facials, which is a nice bonus. I noticed if you ask or book a Basic Gel pedicure the price will be $52. That said, the salon itself is a much nicer environment than many others charging similar prices. At least here you're paying for a beautiful, updated space instead of sitting in a salon surrounded by storage boxes or outdated furnishings. I've had a good experience with Kevin and Tyler for good pedicures.

I live in Florida- not the place for heavy makeup or mascara, so instead Kathleen has made my own skin glowing and beautiful without makeup and now I have those lashes to die for!! Absolutely amazing! This place is the go-to for all your beauty needs…read more I was very lucky to come by this place today. I had been calling different salons all over Spring Hill to see if they do eyebrow threading but had no luck until one salon recommended I go to Azi's. I called in around 11am and the receptionist informed me that Azi (the owner and the only one that can do threading) would be in around 1pm to stop by even though Mondays are her days off. I booked the 1 o'clock slot for myself and my best friend and hoped for the best. The salon is located on the right side of Publix past a barber shop. When I stepped inside, I was immediately greeted with warm smiles from the receptionists. Their customer service was amazing! Everyone was so friendly, outgoing and positive. I chatted with all of them for awhile and I thoroughly appreciated the sincerity and attention they provided. Their customer service alone is worth 10 stars! The layout and interior design of the salon is clean, organized, attractive and very nice. I felt like I was in a very high end salon, especially for it being Spring Hill. They also offer refreshments such as flavored water and juice! The owner, Azi, did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. The best I've ever had, hands down. She took her time and was very precise and thorough. She explained why she shaped them the way she did, how it accents my face and where I need to let hair grow in for a perfect arch. She even filled my brows in with shadow and explained that I need to brush "against" my hair so that the powder adheres to my skin and not my hair - something I've been doing wrong my whole life! She threaded my best friend's eyebrows who has never had them threaded before and they turned out amazing as well. She and I were both more than pleased and had new faces to show for it. And for only $15 to boot! I had asked her if she does "eyelash extensions" and she said yes! How lucky I was! Thankfully, she was willing to stay and do my lashes because heaven knows I needed them done. There are three tiers you can get. The first ($25) is a lash strip like the ones you can buy and glue yourself. This is guaranteed to last two days but she mentioned a lot of customers say it lasts a week. The second tier ($45) are the individual lashes (which is really a small set of hairs 3-4 in one clump) which are glued to your natural lashes. The third tier ($250) are individual pieces of hair meticulously glued to your lashes. This process can take several hours to complete but lasts for months supposedly. I decided to do the second tier because I need something that lasts longer than a week. The process wasn't too long and you can actually tell I have eyelashes now. Yay! You just have to take care of them and can't rub them or use any oil based products near your eyes. Not a problem for me. The better you take care of them, the longer they will last. I'm happy with the way they turned out. Next time I would actually do the longest length she has for extra oomph! Or maybe I'll splurge and do tier 3. I spend goodness knows how much money and time applying false lashes every morning for my job. This saves so much time and it looks so much more natural. Azi was just the sweetest ever and she even did a quick sewing repair on my dress! When I got up out of her chair, the strap on my dress broke and she sewed it back on in 10 seconds flat! This woman can do everything I tell you! I will definitely be back and I am recommending her beauty salon to anyone and everyone. If you want to look and feel like a million bucks, this is the place to go!

I had a bad reaction to bandage adhesive and tried to call the office but was directed by the AI System to leave a message for a nurse. My call was not returned and the issue became much worse. I could not get a call back from the office. I finally called my PCP who was concerned and nice enough to send a staff member to the Suncoast office and ask them to call their patient! I was finally called back by my PCP and told to see another Suncoast Dermatologist (Josh) at 4:00 PM. The AI System this company has switched over to makes it nearly impossible to speak with a human being. The atmosphere in the office has changed greatly, staffing changes, unqualified attitudes and I was not the only patient who noticed. Today I had stitches removed from a large incision and was treated only by the medical assistant. Jessica had an obligation to at least do a post follow up and look at this wound, including the adhesive burns but did not. I will not return to this office and would not recommend anyone else go there in the future. Patient treatment is no longer a priority. Sad but true!
