I got my eyebrows waxed today after years of putting it off. I naturally have really thick eyebrows and am always worried that they will be waxed too thin. I saw pictures on IG and decided to come to Arch & line. I saw Kayla and she is soooo gentle when waxing brows. I have really sensitive skin and am usually red for a whole day after waxing but i was only red for a few hours. She did a great job and I will definitely come back. read more

I was referred to see Rachel at Arch and Linr after admiring my friends beautiful brows. I made an appointment with Rachel and I honestly could not believe what a difference microblading made on my thin over plucked eyebrows. I've now been seeing her for 4 years and wouldn't trust anyone else for such an important feature of my face. Rachel is a perfectionist and clearly loves what she does. She also runs great specials all the time read more

These girls know what they are doing. I went to get my eyebrows and ask questions about permanent brows. I was skeptical. They made me feel so at ease about it. They answered all of my questions and I felt so much more confident about getting them done. Go see Chloe she did a great job and almost a year later my brows still look great!!! No regrets! read more

My brows from Arch & Line have been life changing! Rachel is my personal angel. I lost my brows due to a medical condition, and penciling in brows just wasn't working in humid Florida. Thanks to Rachel, I have great looking brows all the time now. I just got a touch up yesterday, and as always, the spa was super clean and welcoming. If you don't love your brows or your lashes, head to Arch & Line! I recommend without reservation! read more

Bad service. Gave me a infectious Eye disease. Went to the doctor he says it herpes in my eyes. The owner is rude and doesn't care when I tried to contact her. She just said don't come back we don't care. read more

Lack of privacy, someone barged in the room without knocking. Rude staff And poor customer service from the front desk.

Kailey did a terrific job on my eyebrows, being careful not to over do the powder brow. The colour she chose was perfect for me. The studio in Dunedin is cute, clean and welcoming and they always play good music while they work.I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them for permanent makeup work. read more

Professional and Perfect! Rachel is simply one esthetician you want to see if you need your brows done or fixed. I got mine done on a cheap Groupon in Providence, RI. She literally gave me scar tissue and dug so deep the color turned murky and grey. Also-her "numbing cream" didn't numb me and the process had me in tears. Rachel did the whole process effortlessly and with such talent I couldn't help but write this review. She numbed me quite properly and gave it good time to work. She measured and viewed my brows every 15 minutes or so to make sure they complemented my face and that the strokes looked natural. Thank you again, Arch and Line! If you live in the area or are willing to travel-make the trip. You won't be sorry! read more

Love the place, love my eyebrows! Jess was amazing. Felt nervous initially, but Jess was very calming, knowledgeable, and professional.

I started going to Arch and Line a couple years ago to get my eyebrows waxed......... every single person that works there has always been super friendly and welcoming. I get my eyebrows waxed with Becky and she's awesome! It never hurts and she makes you feel super comfortable and she is so easy to talk to. Rachel, the owner is so sweet and kind and I've loved watching all the pictures of her brow transformations on Instagram and decided to take the plunge and finally get it done myself...... Chloe did my combo (microblading/powder) brows and again she made me feel super comfortable.... she has a really calming personality so any anxiety I felt went away as soon as she started working on my brows...... I just went back for my 6 week touch up and my eyebrows are perfect! I'm so happy that I decided to do it ......thank you Chloe for making me love my brows! I can't believe that Chloe has only been doing this for a short amount of time because she is super talented and is going to be really successful. I will be continuing to go to Arch and Line for all of my skin and eyebrow needs. and I tell everybody that they need to go there too! Thanks ladies (Chloe, Rachel and Becky) you're the best! read more

Jordan is AH-MAZING. If you want seriously bad-ass brows then I recommend this place. Jordan makes your brow dreams a reality. I go for tinting and wax and let me tell you; It's truly nice to have someone who doesn't look at you as another wax to get through the day but makes seriously calculated changes that enhance your face and make you look like you professionally do your eyebrows every day without even touching them. read more

With a previous (not so successful) attempt with permanent makeup for brows, I followed a recommendation from my hair stylist to visit Arch & Line. It was the best decision I have ever made. Rachel's dedication to creating the perfect eyebrows is apparent from the moment you step into her office. She listens to your direction but also balances it with what works symmetrically on your face. Rachel treats the brow as a piece of artwork and spends a lot of time shaping each line perfectly. I'm so happy to wake up every day with perfectly shaped eyebrows and save at least 20 minutes that would otherwise be spent struggling to create mediocre (at best) eyebrows. I'm thrilled with my brows and the overall experience. I did my research (for over a year), and wouldn't have trusted anyone else. I only wish I'd done this sooner. I will be a lifelong client. Thank you, Rachel! read more

Arch and Line, along with their most recent addition Browtique and Ink, ran a 'contest' looking for a model to get their newest service, tattoo removal. I entered and sent pictures and was chosen! Upon being chosen Sierra of Browtique and Ink reached out for my availability, and then proceeded to let me know that it was going to actually be just a discounted rate for the removal sessions. This would have been fine had they disclosed that anywhere on either one of their contest posts. I hope that for any and all future 'contests' they run they make the choice to fully disclose what you are actually winning. read more

I have looked in Microblading several times, but never felt comfortable enough to actually go through with it. I have had to draw on my eyebrows freehand for years. I didn't think Microblading was going to be the right thing until Rachel made magic happen! She truly is an artist! I went from almost no eyebrows to a beautiful natural, no makeup needed set of amazing eyebrows! I am about to go in for my 6 week "perfecting" session to touch them up and make them just exactly the eyebrows I always wish I had! They look so amazingly natural! I love them! read more

I wanted to wait to leave my review to see how everything looked after the healing process. Like a lot of people, my overplucked 90's style eyebrows were not growing back. Rachel is a brow queen! If you are looking for a solution to make your brows look great every day...look no further! Arch & Line!

I was always hesitant to have any kind of cosmetic procedure done to my face. When I saw Rachel's microblading work on my friend, I immediately wanted to give it a try. I had it done about 6 months ago and I absolutely love it! She made the whole process comfortable for me. I then became brave and scheduled a lash lift appointment on another day. I wanted to do a patch test first to see if my skin would have an allergic reaction. Luckily, my skin did not react to the lash lift solution. I loved how my lashes lifted so much that I went back to have it done again once the solution wore off. The lash lift lasted almost 7 weeks for me. It was awesome not having to use an eyelash curler for once. I had two different lash artist (Alanna & Jordan) who were both amazing and did a wonderful job. Now I'm addicted to getting services done with Rachel and her team. Love the stylish decor inside. Everyone is super friendly. I live in Brandon and I don't mind the drive to get great service. read more
