Her European facials make my skin glow and I can see the imperfections go away in as little as one session!! She's wonderful at making recommendations of at home care too. Multi-step facials are customized for every client, so it's not one of those 1-hour cookie-cutter sessions you normally get elsewhere... As she was doing my dermablading with a scalpel (she called it that) she cut my face and she said there wasn't a cut, but after she was done I looked in the mirror and she had sliced my chin . I visited Impressive Brows for a consultation in March in preparation for a vacation in May as a…read moreresult of a special they were offering and despite booking a consultation with a master artist, I was assigned to a student who clearly lacked the necessary skills and experience. My initial consultation was with a young woman while filling out the paperwork. I explained what I wanted and she seemed to get me. I explained that I grew up in the 80's where we had pencil thin eyebrows, and now that I was unable to grow enough on my own to fill-in, I was ready to see what could be done to my eyebrows to make them look better. I explained that I did not want a dark bold brow, but something soft and natural and a little bit on the thin side until I could get used to them. I told her I liked her eyebrows and shape and I wanted something very similar. Again, she seemed to understand. There was a young man coming in and out of the room; who by the way had a name tag on that said "Jen", he was ultimately going to work on my brows. I asked if he was a master artist he said "yes". I asked him how long he'd been doing brows, he said two years. I explained I was nervous and he reassured me that he would first draw them and then only once I was happy with the shape and agreed, he could do them. After the mapping and drawing they looked good. I was told ombré would be best, but do not like that look so we tried Combo Brows. I felt comfortable that the shape was good. Even though I was apprehensive, I said to go forward. He numbed me very well and proceeded. Here comes the bad part. When he finished my brows my left brow was drawn so far outside the line to the right that I immediately freaked out and said do whatever you have to do but remove the ink. He left the room and came back a few minutes later and said because it was so fresh he could remove it, but it was going to leave a red spot and would take a while to heal. At this point I did not care I just wanted it fixed. Then came time to pick out colors. I asked, who I thought was the expert what he recommended. He seemed unsure. I color my hair dark brown, but my eyebrows are black. I told them in the beginning of consult, that I didn't want them too dark as I am not used to seeing a fully filled in brow. I figured I could always add more color at touch up. He mixed several colors and to be honest, I literally didn't know if it was correct. They're supposed to be the experts. That's why we go to them, to help with these decisions. He said oh yeah this will look perfect. I figured he should know. Right? Wrong!!!! After the procedure I asked when I should come back for the follow up/ touch up, he said, "oh, if you don't think you need one, you don't have to". I thought it was mandatory! Upon returning home, I noticed uneven brush strokes, my brows were a bit off and there were what appeared to be ink splatters certain areas. My eyebrows were also splotchy and far too dark, they looked more Ombré than Combo. After the healing process, I let them know via text a I was unhappy and asked for a real master artist when I came in for my touch up. I arrived for my touch up and was met with a different man. He was not very friendly, did not really speak to me and didn't really seem to care about what I was saying. I voiced all of my concerns and he set to work with little to no communication. I really just needed a little tweaking and color correction, however he ended up making them uneven and worse. No solution to color correct either. I wasn't offered any solutions or compensation. I did not bother to contact again. I felt it would only be met with indifference and I certainly wasn't going to give them another opportunity to make them worse. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. I expected professional service from Impressive Brows but instead, I left with botched eyebrows and a lot of frustration. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality microblading services. I then went to another artist who totally messed them up by coloring way out of the lines... but that is another story! She did however tell me they were way too dark, even when my friends and family were trying to be nice and say they looked fine. Lol I have since found an angel at Beauty Bliss Academy and Studio, her name is Maya and if you want perfect service and expertise, I highly recommend you go see her!

I had Lacey and it was a fabulous massage, so much so that I fell asleep. They do sell packages and spa bundles. I will definitely consider returning. She said she would come to the venue, but I didn't not have access to the venue by the time SHE would be ready. I also didn't want my makeup and hair rushed. I even offered to come to her, so she would at least take her time, but got ghosted. (And at this point I wouldn't even trust that she would show up on the second scheduled time) So on my WEDDING DAY, I had to use whatever makeup I had and my own hair tools. If she would have communicated and wanted to cancel I would've found a backup plan, but that opportunity was not given. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this has to be known. Your trial may be successful, but when it counts she will not show up on your event day. I would assume it was because it was just me, and maybe she took on a bigger party. Which once again if that was communicated I would've found a plan b. Very unprofessional and unacceptable and would not want any other bride going through this.

Natalia did my makeup for my baby shower and it was beautiful . I still looked like myself but enhanced. She was very sweet and patient with me. I booked her and my mom for my maternity shoot. She was very patient with my mom and I and again I loved that she made us look like ourselves but enhanced the makeup room is nicely decorated and cute and the vibe is complete with music she plays in the background.
