I had mixed feelings about this place, but I'm giving them 5 stars because the owner was very accommodating and professional when finding a resolution to my issue. I found this place prior to moving here back in September of 2019 and went consistently for my lashes over the next several months. The girl I saw regularly is no longer there, but I was always very pleased with the service and environment. Zero complaints. I also invested in microblading through an independently contracted employee who worked out of her own location in Sarasota and would go to this spot every now and then. I wasn't thrilled with the experience overall; I still fill my eyebrows in the exact same way as I did prior to having the $475 service done. At the time, I distinctly remembered them stating that the touch up within the next few weeks was included in that cost and that that was going to change in the near future where it would be $100 added on. The woman who did my brows rescheduled on me twice, which was conveyed through the receptionist. I asked my lash girl about it during one of my appointments and was told that wasn't uncommon of her and she let the girl who was at the front desk know to note on my account that I needed to be refunded or have some sort of credit added. Coming full circle through Covid and all the craziness in the world; I reached back out to figure out what my next steps would be. Long story short, the owner was patient with me as I was very irritated with the situation and hearing that the touch up would now be $100. She was more than willing to accommodate and make sure that I felt comfortable with the resolution we came to. Despite the person at fault being independently contracted, I really appreciated the effort made by the owner to smooth things over. This place is very clean and the staff is very nice. I usually get mega volume and go every 2-3 weeks for refills. When I got my lashes done here I needed a refill within one week bc many of the lashes fell off quickly. The lashes also were different than I normally get , heavier and did not look as full, they looked more natural. I would definitely recommend this place for natural lashes but I would not go again for mega volume. * as the owner stated YES I did come to the salon for a fill . There salon filled with single lashes over volume lashes. And yes it took 3 weeks to give feedback as I was out of the country. I called the salon to give feedback but the owner was extremely defensive. I've asked for NO money back just wanted to give feedback that was obviously not taken hence the owners reply. read more

I absolutely am obsessed with getting my lashes done! I have been going for classic films every two weeks for the past 4 months or so and I am addicted. No mascara so it's worth it and extensions really make your eyes pop. I see Sarny and she's super talented. I love that Extend has an Instagram and social media sites too. Let me start off by saying lash extensions are not new for me. I made an appointment for a classic full set. After FOUR days I lost more than 50% of my lashes. I called, explained the situation, and whoever answered the phone was very helpful and scheduled me a few days later for a complimentary fill and to see what the issue was. Well today I showed up for my appointment, and was immediately asked "how are your lashes holding up?" ... well considering it's been nearly 8 days and I have zero lashes not well. I was told my appointment was booked as a fill in, and that she did not have enough time to do a full set (which was needed) but could try her best to fill in As much as she could in the allotted amount of time, and I could Come back next week for a "mini fill" so my lashes would be back "at 100%l". I said alright I guess, and asked to confirm that this was all complimentary. Ruby the lash tech had no idea what I was talking about, went to the computer to see if there were any notations in my profile about anything complimentary. I was told if client isn't happy with lashes within 10 days they would be able to fix the situation. She came back and said "well a complimentary fill is only 30 min, so I'll do what I can" YEAH NO. These lashes need two FULL HOURS and this is after EIGHT DAYS. I said forget it I will leave and go somewhere else. Asked for a refund for these terrible lashes and waste of my time, answer was NO "we don't do any refunds for services". Unbelievable, literally just threw away $120. On a different note I came showered with clean lashes. Never wear make up or put oily products around my eyes. Do not sleep on my face. asked for a stronger glue and was told no. I wish so badly that I would have found this place first. I don't want to waste time explaining (the literal) pain I went through when I originally got lashes done at another local salon but rather talk about my great experience at Extend Lash. When I nervously called to make my appointment and explain what I needed, they actually took the time to listen and had real suggestions and made me feel like they would take care of me, and they absolutely did. You wouldn't think such intimidatingly beautiful women would be so kind and sweet and make you feel like you are their number one priority, but they absolutely did. I had my brows done ( Ombré) and soon after noticed the fade on one side. I called to schedule an appointment with the girl who originally done them to see if she can fix the faded section. Was told she no longer works there. I was told that I should have come back for a touch up 6-8 weeks later but no one told me this at the time of appointment. I also was told it was in a consent form I signed. I can go back for a touch up with someone else at $25 charge plus $150 for touch up. This is after I spent over 500 already. Will not be going back nor recommend a salon that charges you for touch ups. read more

I am in LOVE. I wasn't sure what to expect when getting my lash extensions for the first time. I booked online, which is super easy. Extend Lash Salon will send you reminders of your appointment time and day which is super helpful for people like me who forget everything. I was booked with Sarny. When I arrived, I was greeted by two very friendly (and beautiful!) front desk staff. One of which was in training but was very pleasant and doing a great job. Sarny soon came out to meet me and explain the process. It does take around 2 hours for the first set, so plan to be there the entire time, with your eyes closed (can't look at your phone!). Sarny was so sweet. She took her time and was very thorough. I was so excited to open my eyes and see my lashes for the first time. They were amazing! I am hooked for life. I have my next fill in a few days and I am so excited to go back. The studio itself is truly beautiful and clean. There is plenty of parking in the back. And you can enter through the front or back door. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable. And the scheduling process is great. After months of contemplation, I finally decided to try lash extensions. I was extremely apprehensive and nervous because I really didn't know what to expect. Additionally, I wear contact lenses and wasn't certain if lash extensions or the glue used to apply them would irritate my eyes when wearing contacts. First of all, to my surprise the process was pretty seamless and the music in the background put me at ease. My Lash Artist, Symone, did an amazing job. Since this was my first time (and I have minimal lashes), I didn't want to go overboard and opted for a natural look. I told Symone it was my first time, and I wanted a natural look. The outcome exceeded my expectations. Kudos to Symone. Secondly, I was apprehensive about if the lashes would fall out quickly. I'm now on my second week, and they still look fabulous. Yes I've lost a some, but this is to be expected with natural shedding. A lot of my skepticism was about the cost vs. longevity of wear. Yes, lash extension are kind of pricey in general, but as a newbie I'm satisfied they've lasted least 2 weeks. Lastly, the salon was really cute and clean. This place is AMAZING. Once you walk in, you feel at home. The decor is super cute and it feels cozy and is extremely clean! The girls are amazing and sooo nice! I had never gotten eyelash extensions before and they walked me through the entire process - from what lashes to choose (classic v. volume - I went with classic), to what make up to use after, what cleansing products to buy and upkeep to ensure that my lashes lasted as long as possible.
