I actually thought they would fade a lot more by this point but they've really held their color! The initial appointment was quick and easy and the touch up was even easier. Everyone working there was very nice, but no one ever asked my opinion or what I really wanted/liked. I was very up front when I got there that I had not had my brows done professionally in any way in probably 10 years. I really was looking for a brow shaping and clean up all around. My brows were threaded, but the shape was not discussed before or after. I really wanted more of a thinner brow and arch. My brow hairs are also very long and I thought they would maybe trim them but they didn't. Fast forward to the lamination, again the woman was very sweet but my brow hairs are so long and she even called it out!! But then didn't even trim them. So, the lamination looked wonky because the hairs are so long. I also felt very pressured when paying to buy the "aftercare" kit which is a total scam. A brow brush, wipes (basically cheap pieces of cloth, and a brow gel for $37!! Overall, disappointed that I did not get the shaping I really wanted even after paying over $200 for the services.
