They charge extra if you need to caps for your hair also, they changed the hours and took all the good hours away. I know so many people that get there right at 9 o'clock to Tan and now they have to wait and so many people Tan right before they close and now they're closing two hours earlier. They were very snobby and not friendly, immediately treating me like I am out of place and don't belong.. They offered little to no education or instruction, and even had to move me to a different machine b/c even they could not get it to work. When leaving, I even told the girl I didn't know if I did it right and she said "well let's hope you did"...as if it isn't her JOB to make sure I did it right. My spray tan turned out horrible, I called back the next day to speak with a manager, and they said manager Haley would not be in until Tuesday. and wow was she a delight.... (not). Kept interrupting me, would not even LISTEN to my concerns, said its hard to believe that I am calling 3 days later...when they told me to call back when a manager was in, on TUESDAY. I have worked in customer service for 15+ years, I have NEVER EVER been spoken to the way Haley spoke to me or treated me, she went as far to HANG UP on me after I asked for her managers information--HUGE RED FLAG. I called back and she said "there is no reason to escalate it" -- whose decision is that? Because last time I checked its MINE. Haley is rude, unprofessional ,unpleasant, and clearly uneducated. This was the worst customer service experience I have EVER had in my LIFE. I will never EVER get a spray tan again and NEVER go back to south Tampa location. What should have been a customer complaint where an apology could go a long way, turned into a customer DISSERVICE nightmare. I truly cannot accept the treatment I was given or the way I was spoken to. The Fact Haley is the manager of these girls , her behavior makes a lot of sense. Completely unprofessional and going to drive this business into the ground. It's never orange or streaky...perfectly airbrushed to the contours of my body and as dark as my skin can take without looking fake (which by the way is maaaany shades darker than my natural pasty tone). The tan makes me look sexier, slimmer, younger, and hides the imperfections on my body (like stretch marks and cellulite). It's like full body make up and it stays on for almost 2 weeks! I've also gotten compliments on smelling good afterwards, which I never expected from a spray tan. Makes sense because Shannon has her products specially formulated by an out of state expert and shipped in. Not your typical tan in a can. The issue is, I am aware and I understand, and yet they want to talk to you like you're a kid who knows nothing and wants to talk to you like you are in elementary school. The beds are nice, but the cattiness and rude behavior is uncalled for, especially from the manager. Sometimes you give a young college person a chance to manage and they act like they are on a power trip. A lot of the times the beds were not clean either. They are too busy gossiping. When I tried to contact the corporate office they were like, "They are college kids, what do you expect?" That says it all right there. So I do not recommend this place at all.

I love that regardless of the time that my information was still in their system on what I previously got, which beds, spray time, times, etc and that it was simple to just set everything up again. I went back right before my trip to Cabo since it had been years since I had actually been in sunlight for any real time periods but my natural color, given my heritage is pretty dark. I was happy to see that they had a special going on for the rest of the real that would cover both the regular tanning and spray tan for a reasonable price. Each time I have gone into this location, I am greeted with a smiling face and warm Welcome and I haven't had to wait more than 45 seconds to get into a room yet.
