I heard about Mary & knew if I was going to trust anyone, it would be her because her work was beautiful! Her bed side manor was very comforting as she knew I was freaking out. She explained everything thoroughly & talked me through it step by step. The procedure wasn't very painful & when she was done, I had the most perfect lips I had ever seen! In all honesty the swelling was a little shocking, but that only lasted a day, and now in day 4 I'm absolutely in love with how I look. There also was no bruising! What?! How is that even possible!?#miracles!!! I'm 42, and have never felt this good about my appearance! I don't look fake at all, just better, and more proportioned. My daughter actually asked me if I got a nose job. Like I said.... She's a miracle worker!! Thank you Mary!

I went to Tre MedSpa located at 11013 Countryway Blvd., Tampa, FL 33626 for a back facial and my…read moreEsthetician was Delma Davila. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by the receptionist. The spa was very glittery, sparkly and very bright. This decor is not my style for a spa, I would prefer a calmer, softer decor and easier on the eyes. I sat in the waiting room and noticed the nail salon right beside the waiting area with no door to enclose the odors. The strong chemical odors from the formaldehyde acrylic nails was over powering and it had me coughing within minutes! I would have preferred smelling essential oils in the waiting room to give it a more spa experience, not chemicals. The Esthetician was quiet and cordial and I was disappointed that she did not ask me about my skin type or any concerns I may have with my back. The table was extremely uncomfortable and there was no place to lay my head such as a massage table head cradle. I had to turn my neck to one side for a whole hour and I came home with a stiff neck. The Esthetician did not explain the steps of the back facial treatment, however she did continually upsell me on their "Image" skin care line stating it's "medical" and very good for me. I came to the spa to relax, I did not appreciate an Esthetician turned sales person continually trying to sell me their skincare products. The music that was playing was like a hip hop dance music, I would have preferred calming, soothing spa music again for that "spa experience." A few of the extractions were a bit painful and ultimately the entire experience was stressful and I couldn't wait to leave. I came to Tre MedSpa to decompress and I came out stressed. I will spend my hard earned money at a real Spa that actually gives you the "spa experience" and unfortunately Tre Medspa is not it.

The robes and slippers were cozy and I loved being able to see out of the sauna. We relaxed in the lounge while waiting for our couples massage. Our therapist came right on time (12:15) and took us to the room. I loved that we were able to share the common spaces and experience the couples massage in the same room. The therapists reviewed our information and confirmed which services we would be receiving. The SOHO works package was 90 mins and we enjoyed that. We also added foot reflexology. The facility was clean, it smelled great and there were a variety of options for beverages and small snacks in the lounge. There are also lockers for your personal belongings. My only suggestion would be to have multiple sizes for the robes. We traveled in for this experience and it worth every second!

She did not pressure me to buy any other products or procedures, but did bring them up in conversation which could be a good thing to know for future services or to bring up to friends and family. They do offer quite a bit. I was a little caught off guard with the lightning wipes being an additional cost. Previous conversation seemed like it was included as aftercare because of the need with assisting the procedure to actually be beneficial. I am excited to go back and to see the results of the treatment. She was very transparent that there will be visible results but the problem areas will not be completely revolved after one session! Pro Tip: There is a texting service and there is 10% off service (only- not product) for first time customers... they didn't bring it up but if you mention it, they'll honor it.
