She shared she had another appt and hoped I could make it on time. I replied and asked if I should reschedule. No response so I called her no answer. I arrived 6 min late. I sat in the waiting room the gentleman said she was in the back and asked I have a seat. After waiting 6-7 min I text her to let her know I was there. Another few minutes pass and she comes out and asks me to wait until after the 6pm. Which would be 45 min, it was currently 5:45. Needless to say I did not wait. I understand I was running late but why not reply to my text or call me back or be waiting for me to get there. Rita is good but this experience was not. I hope in the future she values her clients time as she wants us to value hers.
