I've never had permanent makeup before but if i was gonna get it, this place was the place to go!…read moreSara was professional and super personable. She made sure I knew exactly what was coming next and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Procedures like this can be nerve-racking but Sara's techniques really made it painless due to her unique numbing process. Even several hours later, I'm still pain free. I'm sure the numbing cream has worn off by now so I have to believe it's all due to her outstanding skills. Also, don't get me started on how clean and sanitary her studio looked. It was immaculate, her safety measures were above and beyond what you would expect during this pandemic! She goes above and beyond for her clients. I got eyebrow microblading and she filled in some gaps with shading. I also got lash enhancements and I love the way my eyes look. I can't wait to see the final results once I'm all healed up! Definitely coming back for my touch up because she's giving me the first one for FREE!!! A nice final touch was the goodie bag she gave me filled with tools for aftercare and promos to give to my friends and family which I'm definitely going to be passing around.

They are super easy to maintain and they look so natural. The first time it didn't hurt but the follow up was a bit painful on one of my brows. I think I'm really sensitive on that side of my face. But that won't deter me from getting them maintained in the future. I'm glad that I followed through and got it done. I can't express how thankful I am. The first time I visited this salon, I used a groupon. I wasn't very impressed, but accidentally…read morefound myself back at this salon a second time when I scheduled myself at the wrong salon. When I realized my mistake I decided to give them a second chance, hoping that the poor experience was the groupon 'budget' choice. The second time I paid full price for a Oxygen Infusion Facial and I received similar mediocre facial. I've had spa facials every few months for the last 10 years, and this has to be one of my least favorite experiences. If you're accustomed to spa facials, this is not up to par. Dianne is a little too heavy handed and jerky (not smooth movements) in her facial massage. On the second visit I was very clear with her about my expectations, specifying the areas I wanted her to focus on (based on my prior experience with her), and she listened but did not follow through. At the end of my second facial with her, I was as disappointed as the first experience. I don't think I should have to go home after a facial and extract noticeable blackheads... I feel like the facial should be more thorough than that... The spa area is clean and organized. She plays relaxing music and is not overly talkative. You can definitely relax in her studio.... BUT, if you're looking for a gentle, smooth facial massage or thorough extractions, this is not the place.
