I've had spa facials every few months for the last 10 years, and this has to be one of my least favorite experiences. If you're accustomed to spa facials, this is not up to par. Dianne is a little too heavy handed and jerky (not smooth movements) in her facial massage. On the second visit I was very clear with her about my expectations, specifying the areas I wanted her to focus on (based on my prior experience with her), and she listened but did not follow through. At the end of my second facial with her, I was as disappointed as the first experience. I don't think I should have to go home after a facial and extract noticeable blackheads... I feel like the facial should be more thorough than that... The spa area is clean and organized. She plays relaxing music and is not overly talkative. You can definitely relax in her studio.... BUT, if you're looking for a gentle, smooth facial massage or thorough extractions, this is not the place.
