I have frequented this business for manicures, pedicures, skin care products and tried botox (forehead only). The botox lasted for about 2-3 weeks before dissolving. I was under the impression that botox lasts for at least 3 months. I went in for a touch up on the forehead and that round lasted for about the same time. The botox pricing is about $12.50 per unit The manicure and pedicure are professional and sanitary. It's a lux experience. Initially they did offer wine, coffee, tea and water however, I've noticed they deliver a mini bottled water in stealth mode. I'm not sure if they offer the other beverages anymore since Covid-19 came into existence. The complimentary beverages made the services more pampering. One can checkout online or at the front in person. I find their prices are around 30- 60% higher than your average nail salon. You can expect to spend anywhere from 1 1/2 hours to 2 1/2 hours if you book manicure and pedicure together. And anywhere from 30-50 minutes for botox depending on a touch up or initial appointment. They do require payment immediately by way of a handheld payment device that they present to you in the patient room while you wait to see the doctor for the treatment.

The spa was very glittery, sparkly and very bright. This decor is not my style for a spa, I would prefer a calmer, softer decor and easier on the eyes. The strong chemical odors from the formaldehyde acrylic nails was over powering and it had me coughing within minutes! I would have preferred smelling essential oils in the waiting room to give it a more spa experience, not chemicals. The Esthetician was quiet and cordial and I was disappointed that she did not ask me about my skin type or any concerns I may have with my back. The table was extremely uncomfortable and there was no place to lay my head such as a massage table head cradle. I had to turn my neck to one side for a whole hour and I came home with a stiff neck. The Esthetician did not explain the steps of the back facial treatment, however she did continually upsell me on their "Image" skin care line stating it's "medical" and very good for me. I came to the spa to relax, I did not appreciate an Esthetician turned sales person continually trying to sell me their skincare products. The music that was playing was like a hip hop dance music, I would have preferred calming, soothing spa music again for that "spa experience." A few of the extractions were a bit painful and ultimately the entire experience was stressful and I couldn't wait to leave. I came to Tre MedSpa to decompress and I came out stressed. I will spend my hard earned money at a real Spa that actually gives you the "spa experience" and unfortunately Tre Medspa is not it.

Before and during the procedure, I specifically emphasized several times that I did not want the treatment performed at low settings. I had previously experienced an ineffective RF microneedling treatment elsewhere and wanted to avoid repeating that experience. I've also had three successful RF microneedling treatments in the past, so I'm familiar with the procedure and recovery process. After those treatments, I experienced noticeable redness, swelling, tiny puncture marks, and some scabbing over the following days, followed by visible long-term improvements. This time my face returned completely to normal within just a few hours, with no signs of having undergone a procedure. While I understand that recovery varies and visible downtime does not necessarily determine effectiveness, the difference from my previous experiences was significant enough to make me question whether the treatment was performed at an effective intensity. As well as I was told by the person performing the procedure that my face will get worse over next few days. The spa contacted me the following day to ask how I was doing. I explained my disappointment in detail. They initially responded and offered an in-person follow-up appointment. I explained that I was happy to discuss the situation over the phone and could provide photographs documenting my recovery. Unfortunately, I never received another response. For a treatment that requires a significant financial investment, I expected better communication, transparency, and customer service, especially when a patient raises legitimate concerns.
