Stay away!!!! These people are scam artists!…read more First, I am a guy with short hair. I went in with my friend also a guy with short hair. All we wanted was a haircut and minor highlights instead we got scammed!!!! When I called to ask about pricing we were told that "prices could not be provided over the phone" and not until completion of services. I thought that was a bit sketchy but went in anyways because this was not the first haircut or highlights I've gotten. I figured based on previous haircuts the cut would be around $25.00 and the highlights should be no more than $65.00 because again, I am a guy, with SHORT hair. After spending 5 hours in a chair watching this hairdresser named Elsie while she completed 8 different cuts between getting my hair "lifted". When we were ready to pay she proceeds to charge us $300.00 for both of us. I asked why so much and she said $25.00 for the cut and the rest was for the nightlights. I was afraid that if I didn't pay they would call the police. I felt completely taken advantage of. The practice of over charging for hair should be regulated and these so called hairdressers should not be allowed to steal from people like this. Please stay away from this place, find somewhere else and don't get scammed like I did. I am in the process of fighting this charge and will take this place to court if unable to resolve this matter.

After posting this review on google, she responded saying "my name is not in the records" ...and after reading a couple other bad reviews saw that she says this every time they get a bad review. She also said something like "when the customer is not pleased we offer alternatives". So then I called and nicely asked about those alternatives, but she was just mad and said its not their fault i had zero results, and my only option is to come pay the same price for the same bad machine. She said its a new machine but when i asked she didnt even know the name of it, said "i dont know" and just hung up on me. So at first i thought it was just nice people with a bad laser machine, but looks like the customer service is also terrible
