I wouldn't recommend this location. I went for a nose piercing, which is my 10 piercing so I know my way around a piercing location. a) It says but appointment only so I called to schedule an appointment and was nonchalantly told just to come in. b) You wait outside, fill out the paperwork and then are called in to not have too much people in at one time. That part I appreciated because it was COVID aware. c) The piercer did not go through anything with me in regards to the process or after care. I had to ask about what product he recommend to clean it with, which is why I had took a picture of the cleaning products. For the most part I think customers would appreciate just a little after care feedback! The plus side was the location was clean and the nose ring they use are long so there is a better chance of it not falling out. read more

I had stupidly done the gun for them over a year ago and had the worst reaction ever. Loki, my piercer, explained to me the different things that could've gone wrong. We talked the entire time he was doing his thing and he was so funny and kind! He truly went the extra mile in all ways! A short visit but one that stuck with me, they truly brightened my day there! I'm a difficult person to tattoo - I wiggle, laugh, and constantly need breaks. My fiancé is the opposite - quiet, and focused. Both of our artists understood our personalities and worked with us accordingly. I had a beautiful jellyfish piece completed over my ribs by Bear. He understood that I could not handle having my entire tattoo completed in one day and accommodated me with another appointment two weeks after my initial session. He also explained every aspect of what he was doing as he went, which really helped alleviate a lot of my anxiety. My fiancé had an octopus wearing an antique diving helmet tattooed on his left forearm by Ms. Michelle. It was a cover up of a regrettable name tattoo. I got my navel pierced at a different location initially. The piercer used a captive bead ring and not only did it look ugly, it was constantly getting caught on clothing and slowing down healing. After a week of struggle, I decided to change the jewelry out. I called before going in and was told to see Ashley. As soon as I walked in and met Ashley, I knew my second experience was going to be a good one. Ashley was extremely personable and was upfront about the jewelry she was going to use. Since the previous piercer had put an extremely deep hole, regular jewelry did not fit. Ashley custom made a jewelry for me. When she was done, she explained the after care and also requested me to follow up 2 weeks later to ensure that the piercing is healing properly. It showed that she genuinely cared. Came in seeking help because I had some very angry piercings that were done with a gun (not done here obviously and I also knew better than to let someone use a gun) long story short I did it anyway and I knew I needed to see a reputable piercer. I found them on google and read amazing reviews about Loki. He truly went above and beyond to help me. He took a look at my ear and recommend changing to different jewelry so it could heal correctly. He didn't have jewelry that would fit in the shop (since it was done with a gun it was a small gage) so he wrote down exactly what to get and told me to come back the next day and he would change it out. It was actually his day off but he knew I needed help and came in just for that. I am SO thankful for his kindness and professionalism. I don't know what I would have done without him cause my ears were so swollen and I knew I would have made it much worse if I attempted to do this myself. Ms. Michelle is my go to girl for my tattoos. She is so nice and kind. She makes tattoos to what you want & is very patient. I have had 2 tattoos with her and feel very comfortable going there. I know that she has a good artistic opinion & will help kead me in my choices. I like that they keep sterile procedures & teach you about after care instructions. The first time I just did a walk in, but this time I made an appointment. They are very flexible. They also offer piercings & have other tattoo artists. Do not go to this place. This place is highway robbery. First of all they don't know the difference between 22 and 26 in Roman numerals. Second of all if they mess up your tattoo, they'll do absolutely nothing to compensate you. They'll take your loving tattoo that you were getting for your 2 year old daughter, and make it your life's biggest regret. Then after you realize what they did to you, they make you go all the way back to their shop to tell you they won't help you. They won't give you back a single penny, they won't offer to cover it up, and do it with zero remorse for you. They'll tell you to go get laser removal, which you'll have to pay for, and then say to come back so you can pay them again. They'll make you suffer for their mistake and send you out the door with a middle finger in your crying face. They say they want the place to feel like home and make you comfortable and confident in your ink, but that's a filthy lie. I cannot stress this enough, do not take your business here. I don't want anyone else to go through what my brother is going through. Please don't ever go here. read more
