They are borderline rude to customers -- very standoffish. Labeled as "the best tattoo shop in Orlando," when in reality, my experience here was so uncomfortable that I stopped getting work done on my leg sleeve for over a year. It left such a bad taste in my mouth about tattoo artists. I waited around for my artist to: eat lunch, go on a walk to the gas station down the street, smoke... No urgency whatsoever. You would think if you can tattoo me super fast (and still do a great job), you would book more people and spend your time more wisely. I was booked for a 4 hour window when I only was being worked on for maybe less than hour. The majority of my time there was waiting around to be tattooed. Such a miserable experience and it's the only shop I've been to that runs like this.

He basically strong-arms you into getting a piercing by charging a fee when it clearly isn't the customer's fault that you don't have the correct jewelry. Too bad he provided such a bad experience. Will not do business here again!

My two friends and I decided to get matching nose piercings, but the catch is, we are terrified of needles! The three of us were extremely nervous and hesitant. Biggie was your piercer and he was so supportive and understanding! He was very knowledgeable, and answered every question we had! Biggie is the only reason why I have a nose piercing in right now LOL. He used sterile tools, and the process went by so fast. I barely even felt it! I didn't feel rushed and he made my friends and I feel extremely comfortable! The place was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

He was very precise and the tattoo was quick and easy- literally takes longer to set up for the tattoo than it takes to actually tattoo something this small. I got saniderm for the first time and definitely like that this is the new norm for tattoos. He explained how it helps tattoos heal faster and not scab. It worked really well and my tattoo looks fantastic and isn't scabbing which amazed me. Tattoo was $75 (artist minimum I believe) plus tip. I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend to friends.
