The person who does piercing charges a $20 set up fee, even if they don't have the jewelry available for the piercing you want. He basically strong-arms you into getting a piercing by charging a fee when it clearly isn't the customer's fault that you don't have the correct jewelry. He should have done an inventory of available product, prior to setting up, to avoid this situation. It makes him look incredibly sketchy! The rest of the shop seemed fine. Too bad he provided such a bad experience. Will not do business here again! read more

Before coming to this shop, I went somewhere else, and the piercer did not make me feel comfortable, I felt, rushed and decided to leave. Thankfully, I found this amazing shop! My two friends and I decided to get matching nose piercings, but the catch is, we are terrified of needles! The three of us were extremely nervous and hesitant. Biggie was your piercer and he was so supportive and understanding! He was very knowledgeable, and answered every question we had! Biggie is the only reason why I have a nose piercing in right now LOL. He used sterile tools, and the process went by so fast. I barely even felt it! I've been here twice now, what's to schedule my tattoo session, and again yesterday do you have the first session of it. The tattoo shop was originally started by three guys, hence the name Trinity. Inside, there is a nice collection of art and other oddities for decoration. There are 3 tattoo stations, and they also have a dedicated piercer who works here. Anyone under age 18 will have to have notarized parental consent for service, and they won't pierce anyone under age 5. If you're looking at get your baby's ears pierced, you won't be able to do it here. The staff are pretty laid-back and chill. Tattoos are custom-made, so you know you're walking out with original ink. (For the record, Mason is my artist. He rocks!) If you need a tattoo or piercing, I highly recommend this studio. read more

My aunts, cousin and I just lost my mother this past June to cancer and we have been wanting to get a cardinal tattoo for her. We decided last minute that the day had come and needed to find a place that could take all of us last minute. I had about 5 different cardinals saved that I loved and showed them to Jake, our artist. He came back with the perfect drawing that was exactly what I had envisioned. We were there for 4 hours and in turn got to know the entire staff. It became an experience we will never forget. Jake was so easy going and put us all at ease. It was my 8th time getting a tattoo and all of my tattoos have been done in different places around the country. This was by far my favorite experience. Went in for lettering and to do a touch up for my rib piece (turtle with Guam seal inside shell). Saw Jake and he was very much accommodating to me working with my schedule and setting time aside to work with me. The lettering healed up perfectly I love it very fine detail! And the ribs. This man is an artist! I already loved the turtle but after Jake was done with it. Wow it's even better he really did an amazing job added detail where it was needed, did an awesome outline so that it really pops. This man really is awesome and will be going back for more soon! Lots to say about Trinity and all of it good. First off, my artist Neil is not only a badass artist but incredibly personable. I drove over an hour just to have work from him. Went in for my first tattoo at 30+ years old and was educated on every detail from pain, process, and aftercare. Scheduled next appointment before I even left and see a lot of work from him in the future. The building - I have not seen such a shiny floor in ANY* store in a very long time, in fact I've attached photos. I mean when you pull up you just don't expect to walk into any storefront in the building with this level of cleanliness. Professionalism - While I was there I had the opportunity to view the other artists in their craft. Jesika and Josh both handled mother/daughter tattoo clients in the most gentle, polite and professional ways. James did fast work and really had people in and out as happy as can be. NOW THE CRAZY LADY - WOW! So this is an older woman with a "service dog" walks in, sits down and immediately jumps into a conversation by insulting James. She berated him at every turn and he stood as cool and collective as possible. There is no way I would have stood for that! In fact, during all this everyone in the shop stayed calm and professional, eventually the owner stepping in. She quieted down but then had the AUDACITY to ask James to pierce her ears. He amazingly quoted her a price, which is absurd after being called a "little boy" he would still service her. She replied she only had $5 and just sat there, speaking under her breath for almost a full hour before finally leaving. You would think the minute she left, everybody would start talking smack? I know I did. No, they just returned to business as normal and it was amazing. I worked retail for years and could not believe the level of customer service and patience. What a place! read more

Generally I don't do reviews unless they're overwhelmingly good, or ridiculously bad. Sadly, this is the latter. I'll review my interactions with three people who work here: Jesika the tattoo artist: She is pushy, passive aggressive, and unresponsive on social media or through email. We deposited $50 to have a tattoo done, but never said we wanted it from her. She took our money and said it was 'non-refundable.' We felt from the beginning she was bitter. Mason the tattoo artist: Although our interaction with Mason was short, it as to he point. He is soft spoken, and kind, but any kind of confrontation and he is unwilling to tattoo you or work with you. We questioned the $50 we deposited with Jesika, and upon us announcing this he refused to work with us. He was still kind and soft spoken in turning us away. But we lost $50, when the shop did absolutely nothing for us. James, the piercer: He is calm cool and collected. He is patient and detailed, and is responsive on social media. I never got a tattoo here my friend did. Was made to feel like a nuisance the entire time by the tattoo "artists" & was sexually harassed​​ by one of the piercing guys who was a few years older than me. I don't​ remember any names but the manager (older guy black hair likes tattooing​ birds) actually screamed at me for reading one of their books. He said I was rough with it but he was across the room I don't​ think he's​ ever seen anyone flip pages that fast. I pity him. Worst tattoo place ever . Totally unprofessional, not clean , not one person had a mask on . Avoid

I can't attest to the quality of the tattoos or piecing; o never got to that point. First I called to get some info and make an appointment. Was inform I'd have to be there in person and that they were "an extremely busing shop". Not that big of an issue, I was looking for an excuse to ride my motorcycle for a good long ride. 22 miles later I get to the shop and am informed that one of the guys just left. So talk to the guy up front, describe the tat I want. Says I've got to come back later....8:30 or 9 that night. Once again, not that big of a deal. 9 pm and I get there. Meet Mason (I believe that's his name) and shoe him what I want. Tribal tattoo that I have pic of and need to add a script name under it. He tells me because he has to "design it" (I mean come on....design? Maybe he could have used the word scale, but design?) I'd have to come back at a later date. I told him I was there within the time frame the guy had specified. Then basically called a liar, he says no 8 - 8:30. So I told him I wasn't coming back and walked out. Probably fine if you live close, but I wouldn't drive from anywhere else because they seem to be fickle in their scheduling at best. read more

Definately did Not listen to me when I wanted my tattoo altered and had some dominance over the tattoo she did on my thigh when I came in a second time to talk with her about it. She put a black backdrop on my tattoo I'm assuming she was going to add color in on like the 5th session? Could have did it the first session instead of making the whole tattoo look super hard black and gray style. I I have a ton of color artwork on me Without any black. Not sure what she was going for, but she totally disagreed with what I was saying, was not accommodating AT ALL. She also said for a second appointment I needed a second deposit???? Let me start with saying that until a few years ago, I never really had interest in getting a tattoo myself. I did have an appreciation for well done tattoos, but getting one wasn't for me. That all changed after a friend had some work done by Jorge. Everything he had done for her looked completely professional. One day I went for it and ended up with an awesome tattoo from Jorge. Fast forward a few years and this last Thursday Jorge completed my 9th piece. By far the best work he's done on me to date. His skill and creativity are second to none. He is a true artist. Got a tattoo here in September and the experience was very bad. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but i just want it to be known. Me and 2 of my friends went into this shop to all get very small, simple tattoos. My two friends went first and it was no problem at all. It was my turn and the tattoo artists mood completely changed. He was telling me he couldn't do my tattoo unless i made it bigger. So i said okay we can do it bigger. He made a stencil of the tattoo... AND DIDNT SHOW ME IT.. and proceeded to apply the stencil and start tattooing. I should mention that when my two friends went ahead of me, i was allowed to stand next to them in the room and hold their hand. When it was my turn- the tattoo artist said "nobody is allowed in the room" and i had to suffer through my first tattoo alone, without knowing what it was going to look like. I left in tears. The tattoo looked perfect at first, but after a couple weeks it started bleeding and now it looks half filled in. Earl funk is my tattoo artist and he is incredible. I had a horrific tattoo done when I was in my teen years, and I chose him to do my cover up based on a friends recommendation. I no longer feel self conscience wearing a tank top or when people ask to see my tattoo. I didn't really go in with any expectations and had no clue how to describe what I was looking for, but he seemed to understand what I was getting at and he did amazing work. I go back in July to get it finished and will post photos of the finished piece. I will be recommending him to anyone looking to get a tattoo. I appreciate his patience with my lack of knowledge on anything tattoos and the fact that I walked in with really no idea on what I wanted. I had to go to another piercing shop for the second opinion, he told me that he used the wrong size/earring and that he did not pierce it properly. I had to take the piercings out. Def. disappointed. My review will consist of piercings(2),since I haven't had anything else done here! However they stay pretty busy so they gotta be doing something right and there portfolio is pretty sick! It's a small shop that sits among a couple of stores in a mini strip mall. It def stands out among the crowd and it's the only place I trust in that area(Altamonte/Casselberry etc)! Ok so you walk in,tattoo stations on your left & lounging area with a tv/comfy couches directly ahead. The piercing area is in the back and is setup just like a Dr's Office. Its super clean and everything used is fresh out of new sterilized packaging. He takes the time to make sure everything's exact,sterile but performed quickly! I'm a germaphobe and not once did I worry about dying so that's saying a lot lol. When getting my belly pierced,it was 4 out of 10 on a pain scale while my nose was a 6! Either way the pain goes away in secs and then just left with light soreness thereafter.The after care is simple but can be annoying at first. It's just getting used to the routine. My belly button took 6 months to heal(totally normal and may take longer)and in order for that to happen I had to soak it twice a day in sea salt water for 10-15 mins(do not use ocean water lol). I just followed the directions: 1/4 teaspoon of Sea Salt to 1 cup of warm water but then poured out a shot for each soaking. Standing up,I applied the shot glass quickly to my belly while making sure it was centered so to not do anymore damage. Then I would sit down with a paper towel on the underside to catch any overflow. Besides that you just need to keep an eye on it and clean the crust with a sea salt soaked QTip. Try to say that 3 times fast(sea salt soaked qtip)! Lol..ok ok..no major problems but it does get annoying when snagging it on clothes,shower towels or kids lol. It attracts kids little hands/feet whether they know it's there or not haha. You'll forget and snag it on something either way,that's for sure! As for my nose,the initial piercing pain was worse then my belly but the healing time is only 6-8 wks,not 6-8mths(Praise The Lord). I wanted to get my Septum pierced but I chickened out and ended up with s nostril piercing in its place lol. Ok I'm done here,I tried to cover it all from top to bottom so you could make up your own damn mind lol. As always...Enjoy! read more

WORST TATTOO SHOP. Went in with my friend to get simple little 5 minute tattoos, the artist treated us like crap the whole time, and gave us the worst tattoos. I have a half sleeve and know what good tattoos look like, this is the worst by far. Blow out central.
