I called and spoke to the owner Chris about the process and setting up a time to go. Chris was so incredibly helpful, personable and flexible with scheduling a day to go in. Once we were there, the shop was very clean, comfortable & has really cool memorabilia. Again, Chris was wonderful, super thorough in explaining the process, and finding the right spot to mark her ears. He was kind, patient with our little one and just very cool. Would definitely go back time and time again :)

He fit me my daughter and her friend in to do four piercings. He takes his time and marks you up and let you look before piercing. He likes to make sure you are happy with everything. The aftercare instructions were very clear and products were provided. His shop is very cool with memorabilia from all over the world/celebrities and he has a story for everything. Highly recommend!

I came in March of 2023 to see the physical location, meet the artists and make a consultation appointment. I was referred to Fred. Fred is a 25 year veteran of tattooing and a straight shooter. He specializes in 3-D tattooing which is what I wanted. I am over 65 and he was kind, honest and explained the science behind what happens to ink in older skin. He told me exactly what I needed to hear to decide the best tattoo for me (and very professionally explained why the design I had picked out wasn't the best for me, nor the location, and why). I was disappointed sure, but I will be wearing this tattoo a long time and highly respect his previous experiences and opinions. Having the facts up front is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Chicago Tattoo Orlando. If you want honesty, quality and professionalism this is the place to go. Book your consultation and you will experience them first-hand. I was very picky about it and nervous. The original was from 1999 for the time it was great but it was time to enhance it. I definitely picked a great shop with skilled artists. Thanks so much for bringing this piece back to life. A week prior I had gone in for a consultation and piercing. Baltazar had done my piercings. He was very thorough. We found that my Tragus was not done correctly (different shop) nor were we provided with after care instructions. It ended up at almost a 45 degree angle which caused the earring to be much to large. Between those two things it was nasty. He took a ton of time to clean it up so it could be removed. It's a 2 1/2 hour drive for me but I will not going anywhere else.

If you are looking for a tattoo and no conversation, this is your place! It worked well for my friend and she didn't want to look towards him or see the job being done. However, if you enjoy the banter between artist and client while you're getting a tattoo, I suggest to go elsewhere as both artists I observed are pretty reserved. The shop itself was pretty bland and could use a little updating. But, the tools and equipment were clean and that's what really matters! Ruben did a great job with the tattoo as it was extremely fine lined and on the wrist area. So 5/5 stars for his skills!

The tattoo shop was originally started by three guys, hence the name Trinity. Inside, there is a nice collection of art and other oddities for decoration. Tattoos are custom-made, so you know you're walking out with original ink. (For the record, Mason is my artist. He rocks!) If you need a tattoo or piercing, I highly recommend this studio.

Rather than taking me and doing my ONE piercing so that we could leave, Alex took all three people back. By 6:40 PM, Alex was still piercing the 5:30 appointment, so we went next-door to have sushi. 30 minutes later, we came back and Alex had moved on and was piercing someone else from the party of three. They are borderline rude to customers -- very standoffish. Labeled as "the best tattoo shop in Orlando," when in reality, my experience here was so uncomfortable that I stopped getting work done on my leg sleeve for over a year. It left such a bad taste in my mouth about tattoo artists. I waited around for my artist to: eat lunch, go on a walk to the gas station down the street, smoke... No urgency whatsoever. You would think if you can tattoo me super fast (and still do a great job), you would book more people and spend your time more wisely. I was booked for a 4 hour window when I only was being worked on for maybe less than hour. The majority of my time there was waiting around to be tattooed. Such a miserable experience and it's the only shop I've been to that runs like this.
