It was a bit uncomfortable, but the results were good and I was pleased. Unfortunately I paid with a credit card and that is where things went south. If you pay with cash, then no worries. The computer register was slow when she put my payment in and she had someone waiting, so she told me she would canceled the charge and would rerun it. I asked several times, Are you sure I will not be charged twice. You guessed it, I was charged the $12 fee twice. When I called the next day, to explain that I had been charged twice, the lady that answered the phone told me to bring in my credit card statement so she could see the double charge and she would remove it then. Now, I live about 30 min away, and I thought "Can't this be done on the phone, but she wanted no part of that. This is the first time I have ever experienced this a credit card charge, so I just called the credit card company, and they basically put a dispute on it and removed it. So, yes I was pleased with the look of my eyebrows, but just pay in cash and you will have no worries. I really think the lady just did not want to have to mess with the computer. Also if you leave a tip, it must be in cash, as the store will not put a tip on the card.
