James and Anna consulted with me to get an idea of the work I was looking to have done, and provided their insight on the designs. This studio has some colorful characters both working here and customers walking in - it's a really fun atmosphere to get a tattoo in a casual setting with great background music. Felt very relaxed and at ease here. Would highly recommend this up & coming tattoos studio for a great experience!

They are borderline rude to customers -- very standoffish. Labeled as "the best tattoo shop in Orlando," when in reality, my experience here was so uncomfortable that I stopped getting work done on my leg sleeve for over a year. It left such a bad taste in my mouth about tattoo artists. I waited around for my artist to: eat lunch, go on a walk to the gas station down the street, smoke... No urgency whatsoever. You would think if you can tattoo me super fast (and still do a great job), you would book more people and spend your time more wisely. I was booked for a 4 hour window when I only was being worked on for maybe less than hour. The majority of my time there was waiting around to be tattooed. Such a miserable experience and it's the only shop I've been to that runs like this.
