I decided to try a new nail salon in Sanford and came across Blossom Nails. I'm always a little hesitant trying a new place, but I'm really glad I did. Brianna was my nail tech, and she took her time to make sure everything looked clean and well done. She was detail-oriented and made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. The salon itself was clean and nice. The pricing was fair for the quality of work. Overall, I had a great experience and left really happy with my nails. I'll definitely be coming back in the future and would recommend giving them a try. read more

Went to get my nails done, the tech glued the nail on my actual skin and I actually had to tell her cause she apparently didn't know she did... then she soaks off nails and the new tech she brings proceed to do the simple French and she still manages to mess it up it looks completely unfinished and bubbles and the edges are completely unpainted ... they still charged me full price for a horrible experience and job read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience. My friends and I drove more than 40 minutes in heavy rain and traffic so I could get my nails done, and so they could see whether this was a salon they would want to support as well. Throughout the drive, I kept the salon informed about the weather and traffic delays. Despite that, they canceled my appointment and turned us away when we were only three minutes from arriving. I was especially disappointed because I had just moved from the Washington, D.C. area and had broken two nails during the move. I was devastated and spent that Tuesday morning specifically searching for a Black-owned nail salon to support. Blossom Nails was the first one I found, and I was genuinely excited to become a loyal customer. I am not someone looking for a one-time service. I consistently spend $130-$180 on my nails, keep them maintained year-round, and always tip for good service. My friends do the same. Had this experience gone differently, the salon could have gained multiple long-term clients through one appointment. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled demonstrated a lack of professionalism, customer service, and business judgment. While I understand that schedules can change, turning away customers who have communicated throughout their trip and are literally minutes away sends the message that their time and effort are not valued. As a result, none of us will be returning, and I cannot recommend Blossom Nails based on this experience. I sincerely hope the owners reconsider how they handle situations like this in the future, because excellent customer service is what builds loyal clientele and a strong reputation. read more

Im really happy with this salon. I've gotten my nails done a few times and everytime my nails last a super long time. No chips or nails popping off. I type all day for work so having strong nails was important for me. Laurie not only delivered amazing detailed designs on my nails but also made sure my nails were healthy and strong! Eileen just gave me a fantastic pedicure! Honestly probably the best, most carefully done pedicure I've gotten in years. Highly recommend her for this service. I will say, the floors/bathroom/general areas of the salon desperately need to be cleaned. read more

New nail salon establishment in Sanford. Close to my home so decided to try. Salon beautifully decorated, very inviting and relaxing. Pedicure chairs are awesome. Owner did my pedi and it was one of the best I got in the area, so for me it will be my go-to place. The selection of colors is impressive and had the collection I typically select at another establishment where I get done my nails. After such an awesome service and quality, I am going back to get my nails done. Observed 1 nail technician do an incredible art work on someone else nails. Very cool and beautiful. Cant wait to go back to get my nails done. Love patronizing local business and especially when providing an exceptional service. Keep the good work!!! read more

I made an appointment at Blossom because of their high ratings, the owner/nail technician called me when I was on my way there to reschedule, so I did. On my rescheduled visit, everything was terrific; the conversation and the shop's cleanliness. I even referred a family member, plus I schedule future appointments. Unfortunately, she called me on my way again and said she had to cancel and would call me on Monday to reschedule; she never called. At this point, I realized she prefers specific clients or doesn't put good customer service as a priority. So, my family and I will take our services to another nail shop with an owner that values its clients. read more

I was in the area looking for something to do and decided on a pedicure. I drive by Blossom Nails and walked in to inquire about it. Upon my entry, I was greeted by a young lady, she wasn't the most friendly, but she wasn't rude. Either just looked uninterested. Maybe it was because the way I was dressed, but like I always tell people don't a book by its cover .I told her I wanted a pedicure. She told me it was going to be a little bit of a wait since the tech was with another client. I wasn't offered a menu to select what type of pedicure I was looking to do, but I asked to select the color of my choice, but did an offer anything to drink which typically now in the majority of the nail places they-do. I waited on the nail tech, Her name is Q and she was absolutely adorable. Such a nice young lady took her time with me. Great conversation and she did an amazing job. If I was to go back to the salon, it would be simple because of her, she made it worth my time being there, and I wish her the most success. read more

This nail salon is a hidden (not so hidden) gem! I had been going to a nail salon in Lake Mary but needed to find a different place to get my pedicures since the technician I was seeing was out indefinitely. I found this awesome establishment doing an online search. I love that I was able to book my appointment online (a plus).I received a text and email confirmation of my appointment and then a reminder the day before (another plus). I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I had booked with the owner, Vickie. She was AMAZING! She was so friendly and kind (all of the technicians were). The deluxe pedicure I received was nice and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks for a fabulous first visit! read more
