I brought in a very clear inspo photo and even a backup option, but what I ended up with looked nothing like the design. The tech told me it was a different technique than what it actually was, used the wrong base color, and even after I showed the photo again they kept pushing forward instead of just being upfront about not being able to do it. The manager tried to fix it, but by then I'd already been sitting there for over an hour and had to settle for something much simpler just to make it to other plans. My total came to $145 for both my nails and a gel French pedi. While I understand that's on the higher end, I would have been fine with the cost if the service matched what I asked for. Instead, it felt like there was a real lack of transparency and communication. I wish they had just been honest from the start about not being able to replicate the inspo.

She exfoliated my skin and then didn't change her gloves and didn't wipe off correctly and so when she was putting serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen on all the little beads of the exfoliant were being scratched all over my face again. After I left there were still exfoliant beads all over me so I went home and washed off everything she did. She was very nice but this is something that shouldn't happen. I don't think she even did the actual hydrodermabrasion. The room I had my facial doubled as an office, which i suppose is fine but all the lights were on, there was no calming music, loud noises coming from outside. I'm so upset because i've gotten a hydrafacial in the past and left glowing. This was not the same.

Searched online for a dermatologist within my United Healthcare plan and came across Sun State…read moredermatology and Dr. Rajiv Nathoo. He had such a resume I had to check this guy out and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Nathoo extracted a lipoma from the side of my head that was literally the side of a quarter if not bigger. I have to be honest I was kinda worried that I would have a nasty looking scar considering its size and it's location which was right below my hairline on the side of my head. It literally looked like an egg on the side of my hairline right above my temple area and was very noticeable in any photo that was taken of me. Dr. Rajiv Nathoo came into the exam room, took a look at it, touched it a few times and said with total confidence, " yeah, it shouldn't be a problem at all ". All I was thinking was there was no way I was going to get out of this without a serious scar because if it's size. I was also thinking either get it taken out now or it may get even bigger and I was sick of seeing it in photos. Well, what he said and his confidence was an understatement. He did such an excellent job that you can barely even see a scar after 2 weeks when they took out the stitches. This guy is a magic man. I couldn't believe it to be honest. I literally had tears in my eyes when I left his office and looked at it again in my car. He did such an amazing job. Thank you sooooo much Dr. Nathoo. Your the man !!!!! Thank you for being so good and not making me look like Frankenstein. Thank you... thank you...thank you. I can't say enough about this man. Trust me when I say.. if you need a dermatologist this guy is better then that lady on the Pimple Popper show. I won't go anywhere else and I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with their skin issues. Thanks again Doc, your a miracle worker.
