So much regret for spending even a dollar here ! I walked in only intending to get a regular acrylic set and then was heavily persuaded to get a pedicure by Vi. Although not an issue at first, I was expecting at least average service pedicure, but what I got was far below average. I could tell she was trying to do my toes as quickly as humanly possible and as she started doing my toes, she could not stop laughing at the fact that I couldn't pick between two shades of pink. It was also really funny to her that I wanted to save money and not get gel polish. This laughing and talking in a different language lasted my entire pedicure duration. I cannot explain how humiliating it was to just be laughed at the entire time and know they were making fun of me While they were laughing. The kept looking at me to see if I had caught on. She finished and I went to a separate table so her coworker could finish with my acrylics. She came 10 minutes later to finish my topcoat on my toes, which she did by squatting all the way down to the floor, rapidly swiping each nail with a little bit of topcoat, and when I told her that she hadn't even covered half of any of my nails, she sarcastically took a glob of topcoat, and put big topcoat globs on each of my toenails () To top it off, the guy who was doing my acrylics, didn't even remove my old nail polish despite me, asking him to and him telling me that he would. When he finished painting my acrylics, there were quite a few polish mess ups, which he assured me he'd fix, but never did. It was just a horrible experience, being made fun of, and being made to look like I was broke for not wanting gel nails. To get three dollars off my bill, I left a review on Facebook which I then had to show Vi. I guess she couldn't understand what my review said because she actually took my phone OUT OF MY HAND and took it all the way to the other side of the room, which was extremely disrespectful in my opinion, and unprofessional to show it to another coworker, and interpret what it meant. I left really sad with so much regret that I even came here in the first place. And I didn't even tell you guys about the first time I came here... 0/10
I am so happy to have found this salon after so many failed attempts in Orlando. Emily did my nails literally perfect. I am going on week three , no lift and all of them still intact. The quality is good. The price was really good and affordable compared to other salons. I took my son and they even gave him a juice. They were attentive and worked together to do the service as quick and good as possible. I will continue to visit Emily
I've been looking for a salon I actually like for years. I use to get dip but many place don't do nail art on dip. While searching for a place I saw a picture of the reference picture on a phone and how they recreated it and gave them a call to see if they can do designs with dip. They said yes and told me to send a picture to their Instagram. I loved what they did. All the techs that have done my nails were easy to talk to about my nail goals and concerns.
Normally don't leave reviews but this place exceeded my expectations. Reasonable pricing and great work :)
I love crystal nails, I always go to Emily and she does the cutest designs on my nails. I like to get my nails on the shorter side and she always works with me on making the designs fit my nails. It's so nice to have a place with so many color and design options. Jade and Sora also do a very nice job.
I made an appointment over the phone and the lady I spoke to was kind of rude. She asked for my name and I told her, but I guess there was some interference or something because she said "Hello????" to which I replied "I'm sorry?" and she goes "Name???" like I'm an idiot. That should've been my first indication of what was in store for me. The place was totally empty and had no air conditioning when I went in with a friend for my fill-in. There was one employee there watching some TV show on full blast, and when I told her I had an appointment, she stared at me like I had three heads. After being told to return several hours later, I was flagged down as I was leaving and told that I could be seated now because her friend was coming. What??? So I choose my color and sit, and I honestly can't complain about the job that she did (I never caught her name, unfortunately). However, she and her friend, who was doing my friend's nails, talked to each other the entire time in Spanish and acted like we weren't there. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply showing up for my appointment, and I couldn't shake the feeling they were talking about us. The service also took a really long time for a fill-in. When it came time to pay, I mentioned the student discount, and they said they would discount us by not charging us for designs, which sounded kind of sketchy. The total came to $45 for a gel fill-in-- how much would it have been without the alleged discount?? Additionally, when I tipped my tech, her entire attitude changed, like she was expecting more. It was the most uncomfortable I've ever felt. I'll never go back.
Had an amazing experience from beginning to end! Me and 3 of my came and they all also had a great experience!
Every time I come here the service and quality of my nails is horrible. They do not know what they're doing! I said I wanted a specific short coffin shape and they did the skinny square shape instead. When I said I wasn't satisfied with it and showed them the picture again, they told me that was not the picture I showed them at first. And then they began to lecture me and YELL at me on how if I asked for shorter coffin it will turn out square and that is not true!! I've had coffins in a shorter length plenty of times. They just were not able to do it. Also the nail tech burnt my fingers twice w the UV light and cut me and made me bleed on several fingers while giving me a manicure! Horrible service. They also applied the wrong color like 3 times and I had to read the bottom of the nail polish for them and be like "lol that's not the right color" and they kept going back. Super disorganized and rude! I spent $70 on the worst little nails. I wanted round tapered coffins and I got small skinny squares.
Everyone here was sooooo nice! My nails look stellar and I will be coming back here! Tammy is the best :)
Been finding the perfect spot since i am very meticulous with my nails. I love my ombrè pink and white nails by Tammy and since i found her, she will be my forever nail tech from now on!

I was in town preparing to move and booked a 9:00 AM appointment online, since that time was available on the salon's website. When I arrived, I found out the salon doesn't actually open until 9:30 AM. I don't understand why 9:00 AM is bookable if the salon isn't open. One technician was there to remove my Gel-X, but she was not the person who did my new set. After the removal, I was left waiting. The technician who was assigned to do my nails didn't start until around 9:40 AM. What I requested was very simple: Gel-X with a sheer nude color and white chrome on top. Unfortunately, the execution was extremely poor. The shape is crooked, the color and top coat do not fully cover the nails, there is no apex, and the product flooded my cuticles and sidewalls. I tried to find even one nail that looked good, and there honestly wasn't a single one. All ten nails looked bad--I'm not exaggerating. The service also took far too long for the quality I received. On top of that, there is a 10% student discount advertised, which was not applied, even though I clearly stated that I am a student. No explanation was given. To make things worse, these were supposed to be my commencement nails. I trusted this salon for an important milestone, and instead I'm stuck with nails that look awful with no time to fix them before graduation. It's incredibly frustrating and upsetting to have something this visible ruined for such a special occasion. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the misleading booking system, the long wait, and the poor-quality work, I would not return--even if the service were free. read more
Came here to get my nails done with my friend that I haven't seen in a while. We wanted to chat and catch up and getting nails done is a great setting for doing so. We got there right when they opened on a Saturday morning. There was one woman getting her nails done and all the other staff were free. They insisted on sitting us on completely opposite sides of the salon. We asked to be next to each other and they rolled their eyes, sighed loudly and got frustrated. They explained that each worker had their own station so they could not put us together. We understood what they were telling us but did not appreciate the frustration they gave us. We said we would just go somewhere else. And we were completely polite. They tried to get us to stay but ultimately we were no longer comfortable due to their attitudes towards us. We went to another salon in the next plaza over and got excellent treatment and had a very good experience. I gave this place two stars because the salon looked nice and their prices were reasonable and other people seem to have had good experience (which is why we came here in the first place). That just wasn't our experience. read more

Been going here since I was a freshman at UCF and had since moved near Universal and still make the drive to get my nails done here! I always get gel mani's done and everywhere I've been, doesn't take the time to make sure there's no debris on my nails or any on my cuticles that causes it to peel and last shorter. They make sure that it's to perfection and will clean off the edges with every layer no matter who my nail tech was. I love the precision and perfection that they put into their work. The color selection is great and are updated on collections and overall a very clean, beautiful, efficient salon by the area. read more

Never been treated so rudely at a nail salon in my life. Was trying to find a new salon by UCF and stopped here for a simple acrylic full set. the two hispanic women had horrible attitudes and as you can see, the one who was doing my nails cut me 3 times with her file. The other one, sitting next to her proceeded to tell me it was MY fault because I wasn't relaxing my hands right?! Save yourself the money and find another salon if you want to be treated like a human being. read more

I love going to this nail salon! I have been going to this salon for about a year now and the nail techs there are always nice and attentive to the customers. I usually like to get dip powder or acrylic nails. I get them done by either Tammy or Sora, and because they are so meticulous with their work, my nails always come out so perfectly! I get so many compliments from my friends and coworkers whenever I get them done. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone near the UCF and Oviedo area! read more

First time going and last time... horrible.. I went in for a simple regular manicure and the tech was a young girl with glasses. She didn't let me soak in water for a few minutes to soften cuticles. When I asked why- she said no need because whatever solution she put on was better.. I told her again that I wanted my nails to soak and she dismissed me. She did a really poor job of filing and of course my cuticles look horrible because they were done basically dry and NO-the cuticle remover that she used did not do the job..A waste of $15... read more

I first started coming here about over a year now. Tammy and Lee are the owners and are always super nice and professional. It's very clean and I'm always happy with the work. I always get coffin shaped gel nails with Tammy who does a great job. I've gotten so many compliments on how my nails look. Someone once stopped me while I was at the gym just to ask who did them because she liked how the coffin shape was done, not too long or too narrow. They always make sure I'm happy with the way my nails look and I always have great experiences, so I always get them done here. If you're near the UCF area, definitely check this place out. read more

Since I can't find "Crystal Nails" yet, I decided to post a review under the previous nail spa title at this location. I wish I could give a better review, but I am honestly quite underwhelmed by this pedicure. The woman who did my toe nails today was a little older than others and wore lots of eyeliner- I didn't catch her name. My nails were all cut much shorter than I would've liked. She almost cut/left my big toe nail clearly slanted and uneven. I asked her to even it out and she still didn't end up completely straightening it out. She also picked at my toe knuckle skin quite a bit with the cuticle cutter tool, which I'd never had done before so I thought she may know something I didn't.. but once my skin dried, it left a bunch of dry, lifted skin around those areas which made them look very dry. She also clipped the side of my pinky nail off. Posting a picture after this. Otherwise, the nail salon itself was fine. The chairs were pretty standard. read more
