I walked in and didn't have to wait and was in and out in a decent amount of time. I was happy with my nails and felt like they did a very good job. Last night wasn't a great experience and I could tell they were short staffed. When I walked in the was just one other girl already being helped and two employees that were free. I started with a pedicure which was all fine, nothing amazing. She did a poor job with cleaning up where she over painted onto my toes but I didn't catch it until I went home. She directed me to a chair where I sat for almost 30 minutes waiting to get my manicure. Other customers came in since I got there and the girl that did my pedicure did not do manicures from what I was gathering since she went to do someone else's pedicure. By then every other employee was busy. Being that I was there first and then I sat waiting while people that walked in after me were being helped, was kind of irritating. The guy that did my manicure did a nice job but he was going back and forth from me to another customer for most of it. He asked the lady that did my pedicure to finish my manicure with my arm massage. She gave a nice arm massage but had me put my finished nails, covered in lotion, back into the UV light which I was mentally questioning. After washing my hands and paying, most of my nails looked dull and felt soft. So I showed the guy that helped me before, he quickly fixed them and said she shouldn't have put my hands in the light. So 2 1/2 hours later, I was done. Had this been my first experience, I probably wouldn't return. I will try again since they are so close to my house and they did really good the first two times. I'll request the guy that helped me.

The place is dirty- dust, debris, nails all on the counter. Standard file, soak, file soak. Took maybe 20mins. After she filed, buffed, and clipped my cuticles. She never instructed me to wash my hands from all the acetone soak, or nail debris just put cuticle oil on top of all that. Then had the audacity to charge $35. I said fine because I needed those nails off but really. I don't mind paying $35 if you had me wash that stuff off my hand, warm towels, cuticle oil, then hand massage with lotion (like the good old days). Then I would have been like ok it's about the experience. Only positive was the tech was nice- but really that's a bare minimum.

We got there right when they opened on a Saturday morning. There was one woman getting her nails done and all the other staff were free. They insisted on sitting us on completely opposite sides of the salon. We asked to be next to each other and they rolled their eyes, sighed loudly and got frustrated. They explained that each worker had their own station so they could not put us together. We understood what they were telling us but did not appreciate the frustration they gave us. We said we would just go somewhere else. And we were completely polite. They tried to get us to stay but ultimately we were no longer comfortable due to their attitudes towards us. We went to another salon in the next plaza over and got excellent treatment and had a very good experience. I gave this place two stars because the salon looked nice and their prices were reasonable and other people seem to have had good experience (which is why we came here in the first place). That just wasn't our experience.

A big red flag for me is a salon that uses unsterilized equipment. I have never really had a wait when I walked in which is nice. But at the same time the girls stay busy pretty much all the time so it's not as if no one goes there, they just have enough people working. She didn't say a word to me, except to try to upsell me to gel polish after I handed her a regular polish. On my big toes, she cut a large chunk of the side of my nail only on one side, so they look lopsided and will probably grow out and hurt, and pretty much all the other nails are crooked. I would have had her fix them, but I only noticed after they were polished and she was in the back. I don't get pedicures often and consider it a treat to myself so I was very disappointed. Everything was extremely rushed, and they weren't busy, there wasn't even anyone waiting. When she was done, she said nothing and went in the back. eventually, came back out and completely ignored me. Someone else checked to see if my nails were dry and checked me out. This might be my first nail salon review since I've only been getting pedicures regularly for the…read morepast year but I have to say, I have had a mostly positive experience here! This review is a collection of past experiences, roughly 8-10, but is being written after 2 visits to the newly upgraded/refreshed interior. One of the nail techs mentioned that the store was now under new ownership (as of June 2024) and that resulted in the layout being refreshed! Overall, everything was arranged in a cleaner fashion and the furniture all looks like it was upgraded (both at the mani and pedi stations). They moved all of the manicure stations that were in the back up to the front and reduced the amount of TVs in there. The menu books all look like they were new and there was a cleaner presentation of the services. I almost always opt for the basic pedicure but the last two times, I got the deluxe pedicure with clear gel and I was very happy with the results. Again, I'm still fairly new to this and only have a handful of other nail salons I can compare it to. I'm not too picky and totally get why others might be but for what I need, I think every pedicure I've received has been great. There have only been 2 or 3 times where my hangnails/skin around my toes were cut too deep, leaving me sore for a week but I think it was because there was some miscommunication with one of my nail techs. I think one of the best things about this salon is that they are VERY walk-in friendly. I never have an appointment and can almost always be seen. There was only 1 occasion where I was turned away and it was because I came 15 mins prior to their close Everyone has always been extremely nice (or quiet) to me and they always get the job done.
