I hate leaving a negative review on a small business, but I feel like I need to warn other patrons about this. My nail tech cut me badly above the heel with the metal foot file and then tried to charge me for a deluxe pedicure when I asked for basic (despite knowing that she sliced my skin). She did apologize profusely for the injury, spent time on the massage, and my nails look okay, but I still unfortunately wouldn't recommend this salon. read more

I wanted a polish mani and a polish pedi. When I walked in they were pretty friendly. When the manicure started they were VERY rough with my nails. There was a lot of flies flying around and the overall salon was not very clean. When I got to the pedicure, she was still so rough with my nails. The pedicure was a whopping 30$ while at my normal salon it is 20$. The leg massage was nice and refreshing but I would not come back here again. read more

I visited this place today, I was in a rush and just wanted somewhere close to my home. As soon as I walked in, it must have been a good time because they were not crowded at all. There were only two more people getting service is done. Once I arrived, someone asked me what I needed and I told them a manicure and a pedicure. They asked me to pick out my color and I did. She had already started filling the pedicure station but I had asked to get my nails done first. She had no problem instead of course. I went to sit at the table and they had clear plexiglass up and I felt very safe. They have brand new chairs that are amazing! They have heat in them and the massages are fabulous. I can tell that they spent a lot of money on these pedicure chairs and they are very nice in there. The girl that did my nails, Helen, she was very sweet. I only wish that their nail polishes were color coordinated in the case. It's nice to see the range of colors from light to dark. Other than that, I was very happy with my services. I will definitely return here. It is very hard to find a good nail place and customer service is very lacking in this department in a lot of establishments for nails. TERRIBLE!!!!!! My 17 and 15 year old daughters had appointments at 2:30. They started on their nails at 2:50, fine! They wanted matching nails for homecoming (in 3 days). They each had a different person. Holly, did my 17 yr olds nails and they were great. She was quick and got them exactly right. My 15 year old was stuck with a man who had no clue WTF he was doing. It took him almost THREE hours. and they look terrible. Holly, had to come help him at one point bc he was so lost. The nails look horrible and now I have to pay to get them redone My 15 year old left in tears. They took $10 off her nails. I am so upset I wasn't there. read more

Very clean and had two nice techs. The massage chairs were very nice compared to other nail spas. We had an appointment, showed up on time and even though they were slammed they sat us within a few minutes. Techs were very nice and didn't pressure to up sell anything. The girlfriend who has much more ecperience agreed, loved her tech, and now plans to have her nails done here regularly. I plan to return again and see if I have the same good experience. I live in downtown Avalon Park and was going to Avalon Nail Spa because it was within walking distance until they did such a crappy job on a fill that I decided to take my business elsewhere. Expert Nails was so accommodating and friendly, fixed my nails that broke 10 minutes after getting them done at Avalon Nails. I was a first time client on 7/29 with Fiona. The salon was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I have no complaints about the staff or the cleanliness of the salon, however I never had such a cheap job done on my nails. Only 9 days after my visit my nails started lifting and completing falling off. I am baffled because I have never had my nails lift nor come off the way these have. I will be adding images. I did SNS dip and a total of 3 nails came off, and 1 chipped. I spent $55 between SNS dip and a polish change on my toes. I am not happy with my service and do NOT recommend this salon for anyone who is a usual with SNS dip. read more

Literally angels! I was in need for a pedicure but waited last minute (literally right before Hurricane Dorian was about to hit) and they took me in as a walk in. The nail tech did an amazing job on my pedicure, I was in and out in no time. The massage chairs = out of this world. It's super affordable and the customer services was superb. Worst nail salon I have ever been to! The people specifically the guy that worked on my nails was SUPER rude. I called ahead and asked if they could do a design and made an appointment, but once I got there he acted like I was inconveniencing him by having him do a design even though I would be paying extra for the design. He kept insisting that he couldn't do it the way it was in the picture. Which eventually I gave in to, but the picture wasn't much different or harder. He would constantly complain about how difficult the design is and argue on each nail he couldn't do it. Then he would make little comments to his friends and laugh. I told him one of my nails was broken and what my options were to fix it before we did the gel but he did not care and instead painted over a broken nail which of course did not last but one day. I did end up breaking another nail, but jewels also fell off that one and another the next day. I went in to fix it and they were very rude and didn't want to do it. And of course, they wanted to charge me to fix it even though it was the next day and the other one was their fault. I was frustrated that I had to pay again especially after paying $40+ with a 20% tip but I at least wanted it repaired and even with me paying again for the fix they didn't want to. Eventually I got them to fix it but the guy was 4x as rude as before and purposely hurt me while he was doing my nails being rough and vindictive. I advise that no one go there. These are my nails the day after they fixed them with more jewels falling off. read more

This business has everything they need to be successful. The only thing their are missing is presentation, cleaning and overall COVID sanitation precautions. They have the space for social distancing; the plexiglass and sanitizer everywhere I looked. I would work on having my personnel practicing hygiene and taking precautions as far as cleaning in between clients. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now and I love it here. The staff is kind, never have a problem making an appointment. I love to see DD, I request her every time. However, if she isn't available I have liked anyone else here and my family comes here and also has great experiences with all the staff. I do the dip powder on my nails and they last me 3-5 weeks, usually 4 weeks. Also a plus, Dunkin' Donuts coffee is next door so I always grab my coffee first then get my nails done. I got a pedicure and the gentleman who did my pedicure made rude comments. He told me that I needed a deluxe and it was uncalled for the remaining comments while he was doing my pedicure. Very unprofessional and rude. I received gel polish on my fingernails that began to chip within 5 days. Gel polish should last at least two weeks. I was told that if I do not come in they will not fix. My work hours do not coincide with their hours. Their response was they will not fix it if I don't come today. Poor customer service. It is not my fault they have bad quality products. Very unprofessional! read more
