After a few margaritas at Chili's next door to Jasmine Nails I decided to come get a pedicure with my friend on a lovely Saturday afternoon. My friend and I walked in without an appointment and got sat in chairs immediately. The service was prompt and friendly, and they finished my pedicure in under an hour. I got a gel pedicure and they really worked hard to make sure my feet looked perfect when I left the chair. They had lots of gel colors to choose from. Would definitely come back! read more

Today I stopped by Jasmine Nails and Spa for a pedicure. I didn't have an appointment, but luckily there was no wait when I arrived. The technician was friendly and gentle on my feet, which made the experience really comfortable. The massage chairs were top-notch, and I was pleasantly surprised when they included a hand and arm massage--something I haven't seen offered at other nail spas. There was also what looked like a bar area, which added a nice upscale touch, although I wasn't sure if it was available for guests or part of a specific package. I wasn't offered a beverage, which would have taken the experience to the next level. All in all, I had a great visit and will definitely be returning! read more

Went in for a simple acrylic fill before traveling out of town. Attendant completely changed the shape of my nails and filed so narrow and short they look like little almonds or a child's nails. I called and stopped back in and they offered to have the same tech fix, but no thank you. I don't even have time to stay for a soak off because of my travel plans. They said they could cut my nails off and refund my money. How in the world would they expect me to walk out of there with cut nails? I could've just not had a fill and it would've looked better. Now I have to find more free time and pay more money to have them soaked off and redone while I am out of town. Not happy all and cannot recommend this place for the simplest of services. It should've been an immediate refund of money $60 for poor services. read more

I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this is now the second time I've had a bad appointment. During this last visit, I just had her remove the rest of my old polish and left because she cut me so bad. I was bleeding everywhere. She put my hands in the glove and left to do a wax, which isn't an issue. I know this happens all the time. But then I look down and the glove is absolutely full of my blood. I didn't even realize I was bleeding that much!! So when she came back, I told her I just didn't want to finish the appointment. My confidence was gone after that. read more

I went to jasmine nails for my pre-wedding mani pedi. It was a really nice looking shop with plenty of space. Pretty clean too. I got dip powder with tips and a deluxe pedicure with gel polish. My experience was great overall. The pedicure was very relaxing and my feet are so soft now. No wait time (I went on Tuesday afternoon) and the women were very accommodating, working on my hands and feet at the same time. The staff members were funny and kind. She paid good attention to detail and cleaned up my nails well at the end. No glue sticking to my skin and the edges were very clean. She did a great job with shaping the nails, although the only critique I have is that my cuticles were flooded a bit in 1-2 spots on the other hand not pictured. Thats just something that I can see because I look at my nails a lot, but to other people they probably wouldn't be able to tell unless looking very closely. Overall though, the look is beautiful. Had the best FIRST time here. I'm new to town and found them after another appointment in the plaza. I called ahead of time for a walk in and they accommodated me. Beautiful location with a friendly staff and the massage chairs stole the show alone The sun began to set and shine on the pedicure chairs, where I took to just close my eyes, my pedicurist went above and beyond to open an umbrella to shield me from the sun. I've been going to Jasmine periodically to get my nails done for a few years. A clean space, the salon is well cared for and maintained. Soft music plays in the background and there are TVs for you to watch. The staff are professional and do a good job. They are friendly and while the manage keeps an eye on things, I have never seen him yelling at the staff like I have seen at some of the other nail salons locally. A nice touch is that he always offers us something to drink when he stops by, and he asks me whether I am happy with the service. I am honestly not understanding the bad reviews on here, because when I found them on Google, the reviews were excellent. I had a great experience here tonight, this is a pretty cool salon if you ask me! Not only did they have a Christmas tree up in June, but they had a full bar with top shelf liquor. What's not to like? My nail tech, Vi, did a fantastic job. Who I think was the owner was very friendly and welcoming, and offered me a glass of whiskey right away. My pedicure came out fantastic, the price was equivalent to what you'd pay anywhere else, and it was very clean. I would definitely return! read more

I've been here two times and I've enjoyed both experiences. My nail tech Valarie is super sweet and great at what she does. I just get a simple polish over and acrylic. A fill without gel is $45 I think but I got a fill with three nails that needed replacement and gel so it came out to $60 I think. Also got a pedicure. read more

My toenails were past the point of needing a trim, so I stopped in late today and got it done. The nail tech turned on the water in the basin to wipe my feet down since I came in off the street them she trimmed them back, filed them down, and them went in with a touch of nail oil and rubbed them down. I was so excited to come in for a mani pedi because I have a baby and haven't been able to treat myself like I used to. I spent $65 for a pedi plus $25 for a gel French on my toes and $40 for a dip powder manicure. In total I paid $130 for mani pedi plus a 20% tip. Mani: When I sat down for my mani the man doing my nails didn't clean them and just used the electric file before he started dipping. I asked to do as thin of a layer as possible since I have shorter nails and I feel like I have bubble nails that make my usually narrow nails look weird. It started lifting the next day and I was invited to come back for a repair. Pedi: I should have asked for a repair on my toe nail polish considering I spent about $90 for it. I just felt like when he did my pedicure he didn't clean my toes well and really quickly tended to my callus. When he went to do the hot stones they weren't even warm and he did it less than 3 mins per leg. The man at the front was very friendly and the women servicing customers around me were VERY thorough and listened to the customers. I felt like a burden when I asked for something to be done a certain way and now regret it. It sucks because I'd really like to make this my new nail spot and feel like I've gotten better results at a cheap o run of the mill salon. read more

i have been here 3 times. Once for my wedding nails in 2022. Today I returned with my 3 year old daughter. The experience we are both receiving is above and beyond. Kim is taking such good care of my daughter. Even helping her drink out of her water bottle because her nails are wet. They are ALL making her feel like a princess. John is taking care of me and is so focused on each and every detail of my experience. I will continue to come here and support this business as they are taking care of my family like I would. read more

My first visit, I had a good experience, the owner did my hard gel manicure, and the customer service was great, maybe because they were trying to impress me on my first visit. Three weeks later, I returned with my husband. We both got a manicure pedicure. My husband was finished first so he paid and tipped them 25%. After I was finally finished with my manicure, which took an hour and 45 minutes, they looked horrible. The owner said next time make sure I schedule an appointment with her because she agreed that they did not look good at all. They were very lumpy and thick. Five days later, one of my nails just popped off. On my way home. I stopped in and asked them to fix the one broken nail and the owner said no one could fix it. She didn't even offer for me to come back later, just said no one could do it. Never again! read more

The first time I went here I would've given it 4 stars. The tech's demeanor was off but his work was good. (He seemed to be gossiping the whole time, never talked to me. I felt like I was intruding his personal conversations by being there.) The second time I went here was my last. The tech did a terrible job. There was also a language barrier so I had to ask other techs to communicate for me. I showed her a picture of a very simple design and she used the picture the whole time she painted my nails, but the nails she did look nothing like the design she was following. It was just a simple accent line on the edge I don't know how it turned out so terribly. At first she painted a single line but I showed her that the pic in front of her show it filled in. I asked another tech to explain because she didn't speak any English, then she filled it in, which is still not what the picture is supposed to be. She never filed the surfaced of my nails or prepped them for gel, so of course the gel didn't stick and peeled off after 2 days. What a waste of money unfortunately. I plan to go somewhere else and have them remove it tomorrow. :( I'm so dissatisfied. UPDATE: Went back two days later and asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge to get my nails fixed. The language barrier again made it impossible. A person that came up thought we wanted to book a manicure appointment. I looked for different ways to ask to speak to someone about resolving this, they didn't understand. They finally just had me sit down at someone's desk. They removed the gel polish (which most had peeled off within two days, which shouldn't have happened) and painted them a solid color. I didn't want to ask for another design do-over even though I had paid extra for one. The guy that did the plain polish did a good job, so that was nice. The front desk asked for a good online review on the way out. read more

I have gone here multiple times and the owners are amazing and very helpful. On the website it says they have monthly specials and I called to inquire about it. The owners are on vacation and the woman who was "in charge" was very rude, unhelpful and kept repeating herself to say that I would have to wait for the owners to get back from vacation to be helped. Ok well if you are in charge you should be knowledgeable about the services,specials and so on. Her attitude was basically like oh well I'm not going to go out of my way to even try to help you. I really hope that the owners know exactly what kind of help they DON'T HAVE. VERY bad business. read more

Visited this spa as it was close to home for my first gel manicure. it was perfect! Lasted 3 weeks with a dark color. Returned for a second one in a paler color and it also was great. I thought I had found my salon.....then I went for my third polish. I never asked for a particular nail tech - the two before had done a great job. I was seated with TITO, who has a very hard harsh hand with the files! He also drew blood and seemed shocked that I was dismayed. Although my nails look great, my nails have throbbed for 4 days now. I fear he filed too deep and damaged my nail beds. The pretty bar also shown in salon photos is just for show. They only offer very sweet Sangria. read more
