I had a huge problem with the dip powder though. They didn't use the UV light at all. When I questioned this I was told that the product they use is different than other places and it's not necessary. They kept telling me what they use is better and will last longer. After the paint, They had me wash my hands but said no soap. Then they rushed me over to start on my feet. Sitting there, I made the mistake of touching my L side thumb not realizing it wasn't dry. They had to fix. But she tried to do it quickly and it was rough to the touch. I made him fix it before I left. On this one thumbnail they sanded it a bit, painted over it and used the clear coat and the Uv light. Strangely it's not chipping like the rest of the nails. Only a few days after the dip it was stating to chip. Now it's even worse. There is no reason it should be this beat up at this point. Normally the dip powder will last me about 3 weeks compared to the gel which doesn't last as long. Ugh Definitely don't waste your money .

Later, I simply asked the technician to make them slightly slimmer. My pinky nail looked fine at first, but as she continued, the nails became more and more pointed and uneven. They ended up looking like sharp carrot tips, which was absolutely not what I requested. When I complained, they kept saying that I asked for a pointed shape, but I only wanted the nails to be a little narrower, not extremely pointy. The service itself was also painful. During the process, one finger was filed so aggressively that the skin was damaged, and another finger was almost filed until it bled. They didn't even properly remove my cuticles. The first set looked so bad that they offered to remove everything and redo it for free. Unfortunately, the second set was not much better. After I got home, all ten of my fingers were sore and painful. The nail surfaces were uneven and bumpy, and the nails were extremely thick and bulky. The final result was ugly, uncomfortable, and completely different from what I asked for. I have had my nails done many times before, and this is honestly the ugliest set of nails I have ever received. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and in pain. I would not recommend this salon.

I went in yesterday at 5:30 did a basic pedi (perfectly done) & then a mani. I usually have press ons because it's more affordable & I can grow out my nails. I just had soaked off and removed a set & my nails had a little residual glue & were fairly brittle but my cuticles were nice & well kept.... The woman who did them was in a rush & I was told it's her birthday so I was like okay totally fine like let's get you home to your family! She was looking around not paying attention & cut my cuticles/nail walls so badly I was bleeding. The polish was overflown, uneven & she skipped a coat on one hand. I didn't make a fuss bc I didn't want her to get in trouble especially on her birthday but wow they were awful & my fingers are still throbbing. I came in to get them fixed & had to do tips bc of how filed down they were & was charged 20 to do dip & extensions but I only did dip & extensions bc of the nubs & overly filed/uneven nails. It was quite painful getting them redone & she did glitter for free which is nice but personally if I hurt someone that much I wouldn't be charging a dime & would apologize. The woman who did my nails last night stood next to her the whole time & they were chatting which was uncomfortable in my opinion she also didn't apologize once& they chuckled whenever I winced or pulled my hand back out of pain. Would not go here again.
