This place looks very nice. I have been twice for a manicure, once for a pedicure and I just got my eyebrows done and it has been awful EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I had just a basic manicure the first time and they cut me and my nails were ruined by the end of the day. I went in with my sister for a pedicure and a gel manicure. The owner/manager lady didn't want us to sit next to each other..? I was like okay then we will leave because we came here together because we want to talk and spend time with each other and she rolled her eyes and said Fine! Sit there and we will get to you when we can! The pedicure was mediocre at best and the gel was a mess. There was gel polish cured on my fingers. The guy missed a bunch of spots on my toes. Two/ three days later my nails started peeling. My gel nails that I paid like $30 for were peeling! I went back and he fixed it. He also fixed where he missed on my toes. How nice, right?! Well guess what?? Three days later it started peeling again! So! I was like okay this place is a joke and I'm just not going back. Well I needed my eyebrows done and didn't want to drive and I thought well how can you mess that up... well she did! I wouldn't go to this place if it was free - I wouldn't go if you paid me. Because honestly, it's hard to find someone who can do your nails the way you want them to look and with great customer service. But after coming here, I became a regular! Service: My sister and I came here for the first time and we were greeted and taken care of immediately. Sometimes it can be busy and you may have to wait. But what I like is that they acknowledge you and they take care of you as soon as they can. They offer you water or soda, which is nice. I like places who do this, it makes me feel special. Price: very reasonable just like any other nail salon. About $25 for a pedi and gel/dip powder is about $30-35. Place is spacious and clean, they have enough help and they're very welcoming. One of the worst manicures I've ever had. Nails were filed way too short. Dip powder color was applied and finished unevenly. Then residue and polish was left all in the cuticle of nail and around nail on the skin. I can't even pick the stuff off because I have no nails to do it with!! I left upset and after thinking on it a minute I realized it would be best if I could just have them take it all off. I stood at desk for 5 minutes with all the staff right there. Went to have my eyebrows waxed tonight at 6:30. Sign says open and lights on with people inside but door is locked . Met at door with attitude and told that "she" closed early tonight and we are just finishing up clients??? What why would you not turn off the sign that says open. Why would you "close" and still have people there unless you just wanted your people to walk out the door at 7 not really close at 7. I used to be a regular here now rethinking this. I don't deserve attitude for a sign that is lit up and people in the salon getting treatments with clear signage on the door stating open until 7pm and it is 630pm. March 29 2017 Went back today to try again because I truly like the staff. But yet no improvement. Today there is NO hot water. They put my feet in cold water then tried adding Luke warm water from the bathroom then changed chairs and still no hot water. DONE. I just said never mind no use wasting my time and charge me a premium. DONE. Two tries and you have truly lost my business. read more

This salon is a jewel. I was on vacation from LA visiting my parents and needed a fill for my long almond nails (done in LA) and wanted to trim/reshape them because I was coming off of hiatus from roller derby and couldn't play with long nails. I called and got an appointment for the same day which was fantastic! I was put with Evelyn, who is by far the BEST NAIL TECH I HAVE EVER HAD. Yes, it needs to be in all caps. She was incredibly proficient and had me baffled by how quickly and expertly she turned my long almond nails into short, perfectly shaped squovals. Watching her work the Dremel tool and the nail file was impressive. She never once nicked my cuticle or scratched me with the tools, which almost never happens. I was in and out in less than 35 minutes. I wish I could steal her and put her in a shop in LA so I can get my nails done by her always. The shop itself is clean and large. They have 8 nail stations and 8 pedicure stations. One entire wall is shelves of nail polish (lots of OPI an DND polishes) so they have every color you could ever want. I didn't get a pedicure, but Evelyn said they use autoclaved, one time use tools for them. They additionally had eyelash extensions and other salon services like waxing. Do yourself a favor and check them out. I am honestly jealous of everyone who lives here and can get their nails done at this shop. read more

A horrible experience. First I wanted to set a price upfront to prevent expensive surprises, because I heard what other people were paying and it seemed very overpriced. They tried to get that powder on my nails which would push up the price. I said no I just want the gel polish. Then the older lady just rushed to get my nails done. She was rough on my fingers and nails and it was hurtful at some point. On top she was using dirty tools. There are spots with polish on my skin, also on every finger there is like gorilla glue under my nails. After all my nails look terrible and very unprofessional. I could have done it better myself. When she was finished she didn't even ask if I like it or if I'm satisfied. What a waste of time and money. I will never go there again. read more
