My nail tech Jen is seriously top notch! When I say you can take any pattern or design to her that you want done, whether it be a detailed design that needs to be hand drawn or even just getting the simplest painting.. She can do anything and is so amazing at doing it! She's perfect with nail shaping as well.. she listens to your exact needs! And she's a great person on top of it all who carries great conversation! Affordable price. Massaged my hands with lotion at the end. -Negative comments: For $20 I've gotten better work done. He left some polish on the skin, and when filing, he left a little of my nail without polish on the edges. Based off the reviews, I was nervous to come here but I loved that they offered organic services so wanted to check it out any way. I was not disappointed hallelujah. I brought my wife to get a pedicure for part of a day date I had planned. As promised, I got one with her. This place is clean, and the staff is very friendly. I don't know if pedicures usually include massaging of the calves, but they did it and it was my favorite part. They were gentle on the feet and nails and you couldn't hardly feel it when they were cutting the nails or cuticles. I'd strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nail place for yourself, or as a little day date stop. read more

She finally took it off completely and offered me clear. This is the owner or manager btw. I had my hand in a dirty dish to soak off the polish. She cut my nail SO short I question if she has a license. So that was the highlights of a wasted hour. My daughter and I went today, her for new acrylics for prom and I for a pedicure. We were both so so pleased with the service we received! My daughters nails look just like what she wanted and the guy who did her nails was so sweet with her. My pedicure was one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had, and MUCH needed! I am new to town and was looking for a new place to get my nails done. I was the only one in there for the whole hour and a half it took to get my nails done. Which after work, was nice. They insisted on giving me a full new set. She went to soak the nails I had off. She said to sit there for 5 min. She waited all of a minute and a half before she started to pry the nails off with another nail. She was busy texting and paying attention to her phone while she was working with me. Instead of slipping the nail she was using to remove the acrylic in between the top nail and my real nail, she drove the fake nail under my real nail causing me to bleed. Besides the fact the nails are thick and bubbly and she painted them like I asked her not to, I only got a few more cuts on my cuticles before leaving. Disappointing and definitely won't be coming back. Update: Went to go get the nails taken off. They were so badly done that they were growing fungus and causing my skin to have a reaction to whatever they used. Horrible! read more

I have gone two times in a row, now, and I am more than impressed with their services. Their salon is clean and lovely, their pedicures and manicures are the best I have ever had. They offer an enticing variety of upgrades, but never push. Anthony is wonderful as are the other employees. Plastic barriers are utilized to add to to their sanitation standards. My nails are thick, uneven, and warped. I asked for coffin shaped and seemed to receive it on only a few. I point out on of the waviness on one of the fingers and it was only slightly improved. So the previous owner has sold secret nails. They were absolutely fantastic and very caring and giving. It has been bought out by somebody new. Not only did she lie to me when I went in about the previous owner she did a horrible job and I ended up with a fungus. Beware of this place now it is under new ownership. And not a very good one. Beware. I never had any type of funguses or anything the whole two years I went to the previous owner. And I did some hunting and found him again thank goodness. UPDATE: I don't know if they are under new management or what, but Secret Nails is terrible now. We had 10:00 appointments for manis and pedis- they only had two people working and five customers. They made everybody wait- my pedicure didn't even start until 10:30. Once it did it was awful- they hardly cleaned my feet, didn't do even basic pedicure techniques. Ended up cancelling the manicure and I'm glad I did- my moms pedicure came out so horribly. All of the paint was peeling off her toes and wrinkled within 2 minutes of leaving the shop. Didn't even bother to go back to get it fixed because we didn't want any more damage to be done. Avoid this place until the old management returns. Previous Review: I always enjoy coming to Secret, the service is wonderful and they do a great job. Nice atmosphere too. Best part, it doesn't break the bank! I came in with a picture of a full set of sparkly dream nails and he said "sure, no problem" and then he went to work. I asked the nail tech numerous times to not rush she gave my feet No love since I sat in the chair she had a attitude She rushed my pedi and it Was like I never even got a fill in and she even told me did I want to do her job when I tried to communicating her flaws she literally had acrylic on top of my skin did not file them down correctly I would lose a toe nail if I walked out not saying anything . The pics speak for themselves. She f'd my feet up. I walked out with Cuticles still . Nail polish on all my toes. The French tip was horribly done. I read the reviews online and thought this was going to be a good place to go. I thought wrong, they were rude, understaffed literally only had the two owners working and had to turn down other customers or would try to get them to wait. I originally got my nails done on 11/15, 11/18 i had to go get them redone because they just looked so bad and i had two already break. Well today is the 19th and i had one break when all i was trying to do was push a grocery cart. She wouldnt let me change the color, she yanked my hands around, cut my fingers up and didnt even say sorry. I don't recommend this place, and I will never go back again read more

Having lived here for almost five years after moving from Miami, I must say that this place has it all: nice place, impeccably clean, great customer service, great prices, and in the end a beautiful job with my nails. I had a French shellac done on my hands, along with a pedicure. My daughter had her hands and toes painted as well. The pedicure chairs are all new with digital remotes, and the pedicure bowls look like pieces of art! Additionally, they are perfectly located right next to the amount Dora parking lot...finding parking was a breeze. The owners are super sweet and apparently moved to this area from Orlando.
