Hannah is very good. Always happy with my nails when I leave. The rest of the staff are friendly also.

Zero stars. Nail salon that cant paint a leopard design on a big toe. I asked before I sat. They lied. Now I have to go to another nail salon after this to pay someone again to accomplish a simple design. Painting nails without using dip or gel is not a skill. read more

I had an appointment today (6/20/2026) at 6pm. I got a text reminder about the appointment. When I showed up at 5:45 they were closed. They lost my business and my 20% tip. read more

I always feel very relaxed when I'm here. There are SO many colors to choose from, which for me is a little overwhelming, but they help me to find a color that's pretty. The spa is clean and so are the tools. The spa is tucked away in the Winn Dixie shopping center in Tavares. read more

I had just gotten my nails done the week before for my concert week, and I had a random malfunction where one of my acrylics lifted and then popped off - which has never happened before! Needless to say, it caught me off guard! However, when I came in, Hannah took me right away to solve the problem. Not only did she correct the popped nail, she investigated and found other ones that were starting to lift too, so she took the time to fix each and every nail for me!! Due to chemo a long time ago, my natural nails have become very thin and weak, which was the reason for the problem. She fixed me up and sent me on my way - even better than before! Thanks Hannah, and thank you August Nails for the amazing client customer service! read more

First time there & I will be back. I had a phenomenal experience with van. The atmosphere was so laidback and relaxing which is always a warm welcoming feeling in a new place. Acrylic full set and Van mastered what I asked for. read more

I searched for a nail salon in the Leesburg area for about 6 months; yet, I had negative experiences at all of them (cleanliness, customer service, nail work, etc.). I gave up for a bit and just drove to the nail salons in the Orlando area. Then, I decided to give August nails - in Tavares - a try. I'm happy I did! I haven't had any issues with professionalism or customer service, and the nail work is good quality. I always ask for Lyn, and be sure to make an appointment if you're planning to attend on a weekend. Overall, I highly recommend. read more

3/26/26..Very disappointed with the service that I received. I started with a lady for my pedicure, and she was taking forever that she asked another ( young kid) to do my manicure, while she continues to do my pedicure. Both being done while I am on the message pedicure chair. Then a third lady came to finish my manicure. 3/27/27 Today I notice 3 nips on my finger. I knew of one because he apologized for it, but I was not told of the other two. I will never go there again! read more

I recommend maya she is very sweet! Lynn did not communicate well or even ask what spa service we wanted. We did get a full foot massage per the package we selected. The massage chairs were not very good or strong and the vibe was weird - I'm sure we were being talked about :( read more

Why oh why did I try again? The positive is they were actually ready for me at my appointment time! Also the overall experience was better and what I remembered from the first visit. The negative. I asked for a fairly simple nail artwork. Black with orange flames (Halloween but also wouldn't be too off season into early November). Hannah said easy no problem. A picture says it best, my example is in the center and the results are at the bottom. It looks like a Pinterest fail and had me and my friend laughing at it. I have no clue what she thought it was supposed to be but I feel like it's a lava lamp warming up If I return there I deserve whatever happens. Seriously. Don't. Let. Me. Go. Back! read more

Kevin is the absolute best! Actually, everyone there seems pretty great. The pedicure feels amazing. I highly recommend them.

I have been visiting this place for over 2 years now getting acrylic and pedicures. unfortunately this week after my pedicure I now have ringworm due to them not sterilizing their tools properly between people. I am extremely angry about the situation and now will have to find a new nail salon because I will not be coming back. Just keep this in mind when getting pedicures. In my 2 years of going their I have never had a new nail file, drill head, clippers, cuticle cutters, but what i think actually gave it to me was the cheese grater they use on heels. When getting a pedicure these things should be sterilized and the files should be replaced between every single customer!! THIS IS SIMPLE HYGENIE. This is now my second problem because I did get an infection in my toe when without permission they pulled out an ingrown and gave me an infection because they don't have the licenses to do so. Don't go to this place unless you want fungus read more

Best nails salon in the area. The technicians are friendly and actually take there time on their works. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice people and reasonably priced. They did a beautiful manicure and pedicure I would recommend them

What a JOKE! You can schedule an appointment and be seen after walk ins. There is absolutely no system in place. They are a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off. They are wayyyy OVER PRICED. And they don't even keep up with their store. Their chairs are old and uncomfortable. It's outdated. Not to mention the techs do no care at all about their jobs. It's about the money. And to prove that I had my toes done for 65 dollars. That's a BASIC Pedicure. Now tell me how you mess up a pedicure? I walked in with square toes and now they are super short and round. And once addressed they would not allow me to leave without paying and insisted that it wasn't their fault and could fix it, but how do you fix short and round with no nail to adjust? Not to mention i still had hard cuticles which is included with pedicures. After a day of looking at my hideous toes I decided I should have never paid. I requested a refund and they will not for inadequate service. There is no way they want to resolve the issue. I do not recommend in the slightest. Not even to my worst enemy. read more

I will not be returning. The experience was less than stellar. I called for an afternoon appointment and arrived on time. 30 minutes later the appointment was started but not without a minimum of 10 interruptions during the service. The nail tech got up for more than 3 minutes at a time to check something with other customers and even chased one customer out the store to ask them to come back after they waited longer than she was told. Every single Customer that checked out had a complaint or grievance during their visit. One stated the nail tech was rough and not nice, one customer stated they just wanted to go home and told her kids that this is not the nail for them and the other cut her service short and didn't get her nails done after her pedicure because she just wanted to leave the shop because of her experience. My nail tech even got up during my service to confront a customer leaving to tell her that the person that paid for her service was undercharged and she owed $30 more dollars. The person in her group that paid for the service had already left. I am not pleased with my nails at all. I didn't get the nail color and length that I asked for and the service took way longer than expected because the nail tech kept stopping and then she did not follow my directions of what I was asking for. read more

Absolutely wonderful! I have ingrown toenails that are, in a word, gnarley. I don't know why I ever contorted myself and could only do half the job they have done. They do a wonderful job and do so perfectly. Now my "go to" place, for sure. read more
