I got a basic pedicure and manicure. She left very sharp corners on my toenails. She rushed through my manicure, finishing in less than 10 minutes. My fingernails had rough edges and some were not straight at all. That evening I had to fix what I just paid $60 for, so I felt very cheated. I should have checked her work while I was there but assumed they were as good as ever. I will probably try B and B again because it's been a good experience in the past, but you can bet I'll inspect their work next time! I wish that I knew the young lady's name so I can be sure not to get her again. I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2 because of cleanliness and atmosphere.

I was referred to Lindsey by the person in the inspiration photo to the left I shared, meaning the work shown was hers. Unfortunately, my experience was not good My inspiration photo was the image on the left, and the finished result was completely different. I paid $85, which I had no issue with at all price was not the problem. The problem was that the final product was not what I asked for. I clearly communicated my expectations during the entire appointment, and while I was told "okay, I'll do it for you," the finished result did not match what was agreed upon. What frustrates me most about nail salons is being told something "looks the same" when it clearly does not. I explained to the nail tech that the shape was off and the overall result did not match the inspiration. She initially agreed to fix it, but when I arrived, I was told it would cost an additional $65. At that point, I was extremely upset. I had already driven 25 minutes, paid full price, and basically had to accept the situation. No customer service at all or the accountability. I've been in the beauty industry and I understand respecting time, but if you know it wasn't done right at least try to rectify.

Chris has been doing my pink & whites for a while now and I am excited that he and his wife have now opened their own salon (located on US 27 in the little strip center just outside The Plantation at Leesburg). The salon is lovely and this couple does excellent work. I go for the neutral looking pink & whites, but overheard them telling another customer today that they have over 500 colors onsite! They take their time, they don't judge, no matter how bad my nails look.... They are great when it comes to fixing the broken toe nails and ingrown. Today I came in after not getting my nails done in a few months... I have to admit I don't know how to trim the toe nails properly and they end up awful. Today I was able to come in and get both a mani and pedi. I did the gel on my hands, Mr. Tommy did an inspo design and then regular citrus pedi with regular polish. I am in love with the whole experience and finished look. I feel renewed and so very happy. I am always treated with respect and kindness. weather I come in and Ms. Mindy is available or Ms. Carol, Ms. Kim or her wonderful daughters, Mr. Kevin and of course Ms. Van or Mr. Tommy, I know its going to be in a clean, well lit, well care for environment. This may not be the case for all customers, but this was my experience. The last couple of times, my nail service was very rushed; my nails were thick; and the polishing was not smooth. I stopped going and chose to visit Orlando salons that have great customer service and skills. Yet, I was in the Leesburg area and decided to give this salon one more try. Typically my rating would be at least a 3 star for average service, because the finished product is not horrible. However, my visit today - 3/31/22 - was unsettling. I think it is unethical to double charge a client for a service they did not ask for (even after providing clarity). I won't argue over an issue that is done; however, I won't be giving this place another try.
