He was so nice, he tried to color match to my toes (long story of the day before at a different nail salon) I showed him a pic on Pinterest and told him that it didn't have to look exactly the same, I was not picky but he made it look exactly like the picture. I am in LOVE with my nails. I was watching a movie on my phone and my phone fell over, he gave me his phone stand (which he was using to look at the picture I gave him) and said that he likes to make sure his customers are comfortable and have a good experience! Went in to have tips removed by a "professional" rather than trying to do it myself. Michael took me as a walk in. He aggressively used an e-file to remove the tips, glue & polish. I told him it was painful but he kept going. My nails are totally destroyed & extremely painful now. I can barely touch anything. The edges are ripping with the slightest touch. I am devastated.
