Just moved to the area and was seeking nail services. I walked in and asked for a full set. The place was busy on a Friday afternoon but was greeted immediately. Got a spot with less than a 2 min wait! I wasn't sure what I wanted so my tech shared some ideas. She ended up doing a pink and white ombre short almond shape nail. Turned out amazing only in 40 min! I really like that there seemed to be regulars who were joking and having a good time with the staff. Even the clients were nice talking to one another while getting their services. I go to Titusville to get my nails done as I have a very particular taste and like high quality nail art. I am a nail biter so I have short nail beds which causes lifting sometimes, and I just recently got a full set by my nail artist in Titusville and had two nails come off from accidentally hitting them against something. I can't drive back to Titusville during a work week and I'm not going to get my next set for a month so I needed to get them filled. So I go here. They charged $15 for two nail gel replacement, but spent exactly 5 minutes working on it. Used one drill bit and then the orange file square thing. So, severely under filed. Apex incorrectly placed. Incredibly thick... Let's be honest, this wasn't even worth $5. $15 for two nails would make the set $75... when I originally got my nails done for $70 with immaculate filing and hand drawn art... the replacement nails look absolutely terrible. ZERO attempt made to make the fixed nails shaped even remotely similar to my other ones. The nails with art are NOT from this establishment. A co-worker recommended I go see Henry after complimenting her nails, so I did since my nails kept chipping after a few days at the other place I'd been going. It's $5 cheaper here than the other place I was going, too ($25 vs $30 for a gel manicure) and Henry did a PERFECT job. Still waiting to see how it holds up, I pray I've found my new place because I've been having such bad nail luck recently. My sister and I had such a good experience here. Both techs were very thorough. They were gentle with the tools around our nails, which I feel like is not common haha. I came here recently for the first time and got a manicure with Gel's. Kim did my nails and was very sweet and gentle. It took about 30 minutes and they look great. I chose one of their mood changing polishes and it was pretty neat. They are all even with no smudges or bubbles. I think they look great. The color is a light purple when I'm warm and then they turn a dark charcoal gray if I'm cold. Upon leaving I spent the first 30 minutes sticking my fingers in front of the AC vents in my car to watch the colors change. It's very cool ;) read more

Tried to get a pedicure in Tavares, but they were too busy, so came here! Wished I hadn't. Was told yes, then had to wait ages with my feet in Luke warm water, had to remove the hose myself as they left it dangling in the water. No salts or anything added. The girl was not very friendly and quite rough, when I asked her to cut my toe nails she used the sharp pointed clippers and cut me twice. I usually like to get a nice massage etc, but nothing but basic was offered and she just rubbed a small amount of lotion on my legs. I wouldn't recommend them & won't be going back read more

Worst place I've ever been to. I asked for a pedicure for me and my boyfriend, they didn't even give him the full thing, no shaping or filing or anything. Then they did mine, and when it came to polishing they couldn't even keep it on the nails. I tried to say something but was ignored then I sat in front of a fan to dry them. I stood at the front for over an hour waiting to pay. I gave up and put the money on the counter and left, no tip. They came out screaming at me and I told them it was there and I really was not happy with my nails. They offered to fix them and then continued to scream at me. I even tried to give them another chance and they continue to scream at me while trying to fix them and still didn't fix them. Worst experience of my life, I left crying. Got a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. They seem to always be in a rush. Not even a week after having my nails done I had to get a refill. The pedicure was mediocre. The big downer is that they automatically added a tip. I was gonna give them more than what they added but just found it rude that they did that so I left it at that. I will not go back. read more

I am extremely disappointed in this nail spa. There were 3 of us who came here together and they were rude and unprofessional PLUS their quality is far below any other place I've been to. 1) they don't use a scrub to take off the dead skin. I used my nail and could scrape off the dead skin that was left over from soaking it in the water 2) my mother has diabetes and it is always safer to not cut your cuticles (it prevents infection, which is rare but a possibility in public places. The lady was extremely rude and pounced on me for making this request. In fact, I had asked her not to cut mine either so when she pulled out her cuticle clippers I reminded her not to but she snapped at me again and said I have a lot of "dirt" and that she was taking it it. By "dirt" she was referring to the left over nail polish that she failed to remove 3) the pedicure took about 15 mins... I don't expect spa treatment for $20. I certainly know you get what you pay for but this was below the threshold even for a $20 pedi. Not to mention their collection of colors is limited and their nail drying contraption.... no idea what it is as the fan did not hit my nails 4) I don't mind any of that but the customer service and rudeness is inexcusable....
