Trina scheduled my appointment and took care of me. I was so pleased with the cleanliness, professionalism and results that I booked an additional appointment for another area two days later. That experience was equally satisfying. I would recommend Trina to anyone looking for a trustworthy person. The prices are reasonable. The employees are knowledgeable and professional. And as a bonus, the wax was great. Sounds weird but if you get waxed regularly you know quality wax goes a long way. She was rough, said my name at least 50 times, did a horrible massage with scrub instead of lotion and didn't wipe off the product well. She had no clue how to massage and made me feel like she wanted the pedicure over as fast as possible. It was horrible... the most un-relaxing pedicure ever! I was going to go to the spa with my cousin, but she was ill at the last minute and couldn't attend. I appreciate that the spa didn't make me pay a cancellation fee for her. That was kind.
