Not going back. My technician was very pleasant however did not understand much English. So my 2 ingrown toenails were hurting again in less than a week. She removed my gel nail polish and cut a few nails to even them out. No polish added and no lotion or massage but was charged for a manicure. read more

Today was our 3rd visit to this salon. I expect it to become our new favorite place! I was helped by Joe and my husband had a nice young lady do his pedicure. Really like this salon! Recommend: Post a notice that emergency calls may be taken (as they're short in duration) but being on the phone for an entire 45+ min pedicure is unacceptable. People who come to a nail salon do so to be pampered, relax, and enjoy their experience... not listen to you and your family on speaker have your weekly visit. read more

this is my first pedicure in Florida, and it had been a couple of months since I had one. Kim did a great job, she trimmed my toenails exactly like I wanted. Everything turned out perfect, and the leg massage was incredible. I'll be back for sure. read more

This is your typical no frills nail place where the snarky, low-brow female workers ignore you while they gossip about other people instead of making you feel welcome and providing a pleasant experience. Treat yourself and go somewhere else. read more

Fantastic customer service, extensive variety, super clean and gentle with nails! Highly recommend and will definitely be back when we are in the area. read more

Nails & beyond 2 - Nail Salons Near Me - The Villages, Florida

excellent people ............the owner Barbara is wonderful. My nail tech Davina is the greatest . I schedule my appointments for dip nails and gel pedi for every 3 weeks! read more

I really like my nail technician, Joe. The owner Barb is a doll. The atmosphere is pleasant. I would recommend that all operators, even if you are not their client, they should welcome you as if you were. I do not like when operators talk among themselves in a language foreign to me. I feel the operator should devote all attention to their client. Barb, understands this concept and tries to manage it accordingly. read more

Very nice group of professionals at this spa. I will definitely go back. Clean and professional. Easy to get to also.

Very friendly and quick, efficient service. Clean shop. Very friendly staff and always willing to help

I do a pedicure once a month and have had a great experience. They also take good care of my grandmother. You can usually walk in and get taken care of pretty quickly. read more

Great service and care. Nice equipment and clean facilities. Call ahead to get your favorite technician as they are often busy.

Clean, professional salon, I always see GI Joe, he's a fun cooky guy but his mani and pedis are beautiful.

First time to this salon. I booked a mani, pedi and powder dip. Everyone friendly, did not feel rushed. Hannah did my powder dip. We discussed whether I really needed the mani to save me from paying for a service I didn't really need. The whole atmosphere is very calming with soft spa music playing. All relaxing until 2 women came in and one with a baby. Unfortunately, the baby woke up and was not happy. He really was a cutie. Definitely will return even though I have to drive 1/2 hour to get there. Tried a salon 5 minutes from my house, but the last experience there made me uncomfortable and wanting to search for a new place. Glad I found Nails & beyond 2 read more

I paid almost $90 for an express pedi (no gel on my toes, just polish), and gel nails (plus added a tip). Seems a bit pricey so will be looking for a new nail salon. read more

Just so, so... my issue is, the individual (Male) never spoke to me, he only grunted when he wanted my feet to move in or out of the basin, I know he spoke English because I heard him on two occasions. The girl (Tech) working on the woman next to me, kept flipping the receptionist the bird when they looked at each other. Friends perhaps, but very unprofessional just the same. The owner has always been nice, but when her back is turned, things like this happens behind her back. My tech, diluted my polish with acetone, hours later after leaving the salon, all my polish had started flaking and peeling off. If it's old polish, you toss it, you don't dilute it. read more

I had a gel nail polish and 4 days later it started peeling off 3 nails. I am very disappointed in this salon and would not recommend it to anyone. Called to have it fixed and owner/n Manager not interested it making it right. Technicians are not friendly and they rush through their work. read more

I gave it three opportunities...my fault. Very unprofessional. Lots of personal employee conversations & cursing. This last time, my tech acted like I was an inconvenience. She was also rushing & hurt my fingers several times. It's also overpriced. Never again! read more

The male nail person was uncommunicative and rushed everything. He glopped on the polish and after sitting under the drying table for 10 minutes my toe nails were still wet and the bottoms of my feet are still rough. read more

Very professional and job/nails well done. Doing everything possible with COVID to be safe and provide good service. Nails by appointment, wear a mask, wash/sanitize your hands coming in and out, shields, and spacing. This is my second time here for a pedicure while visiting from Denver. read more

HORRIBLE... this is my 2nd time here. Too much to write what went wrong. Bottom line i walked out with bare nails- so i can finish when i get home read more

Below average mani-pedi for $38.00. Workers were very nice but had to offer suggestions on how to make it better.

Betty is the best! Friendly, very good English language skills but best of all your nails will be perfect! No rough edges, never a nick, can't say enough good about her. read more

This salon has a spacious area for the services. It has separate waxing rooms, pedicure areas, and manicure area. A new modern bright interior decore provides a cheerful atmosphere where you are greeted. As a handicap customer, I appreciated the spaciousness of aisles and beautiful clean, handicap bathroom. My nail technician Bamboo, who I had for 11 years at another salon in the town square, provided the time and expertise for my pedicure and manicure as always with my favorite color too. A beautiful atmosphere for a really great experience! read more
