I went there two days ago to get a pedicure and a girl did my pedicure. I ended up getting an infection on my toe and I, the man said to come in and they would take care of it. Never apologize didn't even have a Band-Aid after the stupid girl squeeze my toe again and killed me. Another nice girl named Carol came and gave me antibiotics to put on my toes, not even an apology from this man owned the place they just take your money, not professional at all very disappointed never go back and I want my money back the indifference was great. They love taking your money and that's all they do. They don't care about the clients. They treat us like idiots. Mary did my acrylics and pedicure which lasts 3 weeks with no chipping and is a nice thin layer. Then Tiffany did the artwork and it really is art. I've tried multiple nail salons in the area and this place is the best by far. Everyone is so friendly and they always make you feel like part of the family. Definitely recommend. read more

My experience was just ok. I got a fill, the lady I had was very nice. My nails look good from farther away, but closer up, my middle nail has a bubble in the polish and although the rest of the nail is nice and shiny, the tip of the nail is dull, like the polish has been there for a while. I asked for coffin-shaped nails and, although they are "coffin" shaped, most of the nails were filed at an angle so they look lop-sided. Overall, I would not go out of my way to go here again, but if I had no other choice I might try a second time. read more

This was my first visit in a long time. I was impressed when I walked in. Very nice atmosphere. Sweet techs that work on your nails. I felt comfortable and the one problem I had was addressed with no problems what so ever. I recommend this place for an morning with a friend or afternoon. There's lunch a couple doors down. I wasn't happy with my first set they used too much acrylic and they looked lumpy and huge. I gave them a second chance and love my second set. Until both pinky nails broke. The pinky nail on my right had had so much fungus that it broke halfway up my nail and is now barely a nail. My index finger on my right hand was overly frilled and has what looks like hills and valleys. Not to mention fungus on 5 out of 10 nails. I'm super disappointed. Sadly I will not be returning or allowing my daughter to return. read more

I came into the shop as a walkin and was told 10-20 min wait for pedicure and nails. An HOUR later, the owner Kim finished a client and brought me over to one of the stations. And then left me to wait as she started to work with another lady who came a half hour after I arrived. No one was coming over, nor any update. I just walked out. read more

It kills me to give them one star. They deserve -5 stars. Lousy paint job, bounced around to different techs due to their lack of timing, dirty BANDAID laying on the filthy table and can't be bothered to paint the entire nail. Run. Go anywhere else. On top of that, the management is very rude and not accommodating. read more

Like any service based industry, your experience relies heavily on the person working with you. Tram and Joey are wonderful. I receive a dip mani/pedi once a month. Phenomenal work..and I'm picky. The dip looks beautiful for the whole month. No chips and very healthy nails. read more

I took my mom, sis in-law and niece for a Mother's Day treat. I had made reservations for 3 of us and had to add my niece on when we got there. They got her in without much trouble. The mani/pedis were not the quality I've had at other places. My paint didn't get to the top of my cuticle on my pedi and there was a little gap. Also, he cut one of my toe nails too short and now it bothers me. I got a French mani on my fingers, but I didn't like how much he did the white tip and have since filed my nails waaay down to make it look better (pic I posted). Everyone in the group had little irregularities with their mani/pedis too. I didn't pay much attention to what they charged when I paid, but later realized they charged me for upgraded pedis when we all very clearly requested basic pedis. The staff was all very nice and attentive though. Likely I will not return to this nail shop though because I didn't think they quality was what it should have been especially since I was charged more than they were supposed to. read more

I think this place is great. I get gel manicures which last for three weeks before they start to chip. They take their time with my nails. The place is clean. My cuticles and nails are nicely trimmed and the paint job is great. read more

My friend and I tried this spa for a pedicure today. We paid $30, instead of the base $25, for more work on our callouses. The extra money was not worth it. The pedicure focused less on callouses than most other spas. The massage was quick and unsatisfying. The paint job was good though. All in all, I have had better, and cheaper, pedicures at other establishments in the area. read more
