The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because I've only been here one time. If I get the opportunity to go more often I may be upgrading my review. I opted to get the nail dip and they did a great job! It's been nearly 3 weeks since I got them done and they still look almost as perfect as day one! I wish I could remember the name of the girl that did my nails because she was fast and friendly and I hope to keep getting her when I go in. The prices are also very reasonable! Please remember to bring cash for tip, it's not required but it's what they prefer. read more

Come here. Not a fancy salon but my first review stands. They are nice people, clean, they do a good job at a good price. Ty did my Hot Rock & Warm Towel pedi again this time and he was careful to avoid my scrapes I had from 3 weeks fishing in Louisiana. Just come here and try , they are very accommodating. By all means, at the bare minimum at least treat yourself to the $28 Hot Rock and Warm Towel pedicure. *sigh* I would like to do the Deluxe Spa pedicure next time! There is a Volcanic Spa pedi also. Went here to get a mani pedi for my birthday, toe nails were cut to the beds without being asked how long or how I wanted them. I didn't catch it until the first cut was already made. Then another guy painted my nails and after he painted them he took the cuticle cutters and cut downwards on my nail as if it was a hang mail but left it attached and my nail now cut at a weird angle. Very dissatisfied and won't return. Left without getting the manicure because I didn't want to take a chance. read more

Ty was very nice & helpful. He repaired my broken & Rocky Mountain Altitude nails, they always dry out in the lower altitude. What I would love to see is a complete deep clean, as you sit & look around it is very messy. Carpet replacement with tile maybe, easier to clean. Empty all shelves, clean product, shelves, complete dusting. I would literally close down for 2 days & hire a cleaning company & a contractor to pull the carpet & replace with tile/linoleum. They are all SOOO nice and good at what they do I would hate to see them loose business because of cleanliness issues. My Salon back home has a professional cleaning crew come in every night after they close & you can certainly tell. Also, they should have there cutting tools cleaned & newly bagged for each client. I didn't see the device that cleans the equipment & that always concerns me, Part of cleanliness & customer care. Other then those issues, with many competitors I would check them out in your journey to find your nail salon. Pedicure chairs are new & have massage. My mom and I hit 2 other Nails salons before this salon who made us feel they didn't have the time to help us. We walked right in this salon and the lady gave us the colors to choose from and we only sat 5 mins before getting called back. We got the upgrade gel pedicure which was wonderful. They took their time and massaged our feet & legs never felt rushed. Then I got the gel manicure done mom got the clear manicure. I would highly recommend this place. I have been getting my nails done at AT Nails since I have moved to Crystal River. This is the most underrated Nail Salon here. Thai does my nails, and he is beyond amazing. He is up to date on all of the latest trends and will do anything you ask him to do the best of his ability. Very nice and polite. The prices here are AMAZING. $30 for a full set of acrylics WITH a fill in and gel nail polish. And I was out in no less than 30 minutes with PERFECT nails in all areas. Shape, size and color. I went to AT nails almost three weeks ago. It's a small shop but they gave big customer service. I had a relaxing pedicure after having a bad week. I told the technician (I cannot remember her name now) that I'd just like to read while she did the service and it was great. I then moved over to the desk stations and had a gel polish manicure. It was done very nicely as the previous one I had in Jacksonville FL was a horrible experience. My nails have looked fabulous for almost 3 weeks. I went here to get my acrylic nails removed, and my nails painted. While i was soaking my nails in acetone, my nail tech cut his nails over the bowl of acetone and let his nails fall into the bowl. He then cut my nails with the clippers he just used on himself. The place smelled like fritos and was just over all gross. WONT BE GOING BACK!! read more

Worst pedicure experience ever!!! My daughter and I went in yesterday for regular pedicures. It was like they were racing to see who could get done the fastest and the place was empty. They had absolutely no personality. I have a knee injury and the lady was very forceful with bending my legs. There was no communication what so ever about what she was going to do. My daughter had the male and he was the worst. She gets pedicures regularly and has never had an experience like this. He barely removed her old polish. He didn't do her cuticles and calluses. His polish job was rushed and he put the top coat on immediately after putting the polish on. He didn't even wait for the polish to dry. The polish was sloppy and he didn't wipe it off her skin. She is not a confrontational person and didn't want to say anything. She just wanted to get out of there! When we went to pay, they charged us for a stone pedicure when we asked for the regular pedicure. We were in there for probably a total of 20 minutes. We will never go back here and will never recommend this horrific place to anyone!! I would give it negative stars if I could. read more

You get great value for your money on a manicure and pedicure at this small town shop. While the shop doesn't have the ambience of a fancier spa, this shop provides all the standard services and does them well. I've been here at least four times and have never been disappointed. One of my favorite parts about going here is that manicure and pedicure really last Specially compared to other shops even in bigger cities. I've had gel nails and regular nails. It's all been great. The staff is eager to please and personable. If you want them to put a bigger emphasis on calluses or a bigger emphasis on massage, you just tell them. I have No hesitation in recommending this shop especially if you are more concerned with the services than a plush environment. read more

The salon was busy when three of us went in for our appointments. Somehow we all were finished at the same time. I'm not sure how they managed that. Our nails look great!
