The reason I really like this salon is because they actually have enough technicians to take appointments on the same day... As opposed to others in the area that make you wait or will schedule you a certain time and make you wait 45 minutes which is so irritating... Love this place, they do such a great job! They are in a really run down location and they barely have any signage. They do take your temperature and require masks, but it's kinda a joke cuz you walk in with your purse or phone and they don't require you sanitize those things. Then most people west the mask only over their mouth which does nothing so again really kind of a joke. And the technicians never wash their hands in between customers. But, aside from their silly Covid measures, they do an amazing job. read more

They took us as walk ins and we're very nice and professional. I was a bit worried about the smallest one because she is like a flash flood in a fizzy factory. I walked in, told the sole technician I didn't have an appointment but could I get a mani pedi. He said he had to call someone to come in. After calling the person, he said they would be here in 10 or 15 minutes and I could start soaking my feet. After more than 20 minutes, he finally spoke to the person who said she didn't want to come to work. The technician who was there said he could do my manicure but not my pedicure. Well, to begin with I called well in advance to insure they did Gel Builder nails and not just acrylic. The gentleman that answered the phone assured me they did. After my pedicure which they don't have the technique to remove ingrown toil nails which are a must for me. So that didn't go well. Then to the manicure station he removes my polish and preps my nails then brings out the acrylic..... I explained to him I didn't use that and I had called in advance. We don't do that anymore. Haven't for a year now. Needless to say I was in a bind and hand had to leave and go find a walk-in that did the procedure I was looking for. So unprofessional! I went in to get a fill in, I got my original set in Crystal River at another salon where they took me right in and was treated well but I was working I'm Homosassa this week, so I went to this salon for a fill in. I go in before work, looking around I see they are busy. I then asked to make a appointment for the next morning, The guy I spoke to said that I could come in the next day at 11:30. He barley looked at me and then he looked at his book gave me a nod and I asked if he wanted my name, he said that he didn't need it. Then I came in at 11:30 the next day, I'm waiting for about 10 min. then a woman yells, "YOU HAVE CASH? " I said no but I have a debit card. Then she says very rudely, ' No! Only cash!" I said "Not today!" And then I walked out. Cash Only? Why? To cheep to pay for credit card equipment? I can see offering a discount for cash, but no other options make your business looks shady, like your trying to avoid paying your taxes. I will never go back there again!!!! read more

They could be the best in the world, but I will never know. I dropped in for a mani/pedi and was told they could do it. There were three customers and two manicurists working. I asked to use the restroom and was directed to the back of the shop. The bathroom was clean, as far as I could tell, but I guess they could only afford a single 25 watt bulb for the room, because it was dark. The back room had cluttered closets filled with God-knows-what and just looked junky and unkempt. I went to sit back down and one of the workers started yelling at me from across the room "How you pay!". She had to yell it several times as I didn't understand what she was asking me. I asked her how she WANTED me to pay, and she said cash only. Then her customer piped up telling me to run over to the Winn Dixie and buy a Coke with my debit card and request cash back for the privilege of paying for my services. Sorry, so far this doesn't scream "Spa Day" to me, so I just left. read more

my husband and I received two spa pedicures. they have two people do the pedicure. the first tech was supposed to do the massage I never even got a leg rub. I requested cindy to do my full pedicure. she did a great job on my feet but she is not allowed to do my whole pedicure. I called and the owner told me to find a new place to go read more

My daughter and I got a mani/pedi while we were in town visiting family for Christmas. They squeezed us at the end of the day and they were busy and it took a while to get done. They did a great job though. I didn't write my review until a month later because, to my amazement, my manicure never chipped. I finally had to have it redone exactly one month later because my new nail growth was just getting to be too noticeable. My toenails don't grow as fast and I still have that polish on without a chip. Wish I lived close enough to go back here all the time. I will definitely stop in the next time I am in town. I wish I could remember what products were used - the base and top coat - and even the polish. Longest lasting manicure I've ever had. If you forget to bring cash, the grocery net door has an ATM.
