She is also new to the area and this was on her visit list. I was a walk in, i was told to sign in, and im a little slow sometimes, i didnt realize you sign on on the Ipad, Ah technology! Signed jn, and was asked to have a seat. The gentleman who was finishing up an pedicure said hed be over in a minute. I didnt wait very long, he came over and started to remove the last polish I had, a quick soak and the dremel got me down to base. Im a dip manicure kind of gal, so i had selected my color and we got that knocked out of the park fast! The color is So rich qnd pretty! The only issue, is that i didnt realize that The UV light didnt cure the full thumb nail and another nail that wasnt fully cured. It just left me with 2 dull patches. Noone but me notices so its no big deal

The girl just continued on and said after the polish it wouldn't show. It did AND I wound up with an infection and had to have a podiatrist remove the nail. I also got an infection on a nail on my other foot. When I went in and told them about it they just shrugged and ignored me. Suddenly, no one spoke English! Beware! So sad. After Allie left the service went downhill fast.

I went back in because never has it went bad that quick. When I went back, his sister took over and with petty attitude agreed to fix my nails. I told her I also was not crazy with the color of red on the tips and told her the number of the color I had picked out and since it had chipped so quickly, I told her I would like to have the whole nails polished with one color. She stared at me like ice so I said, " oh you will fix but only with the tips again and in the same color? ". She then nodded smugly. I also told her he did not paint the tips with the correct color of red that I had chosen 082 and I remembered the number I had picked and told her. She came back with a completely different color red , not anything like the one I had originally picked. I told her I wanted a dark red, but not a bright red, and immediately that's what she presented to me, bright red. She had so much cold attitude, I just said " ok", at this point I just wanted it fixed and to leave and no longer wanted to use this as my salon. So she did it with attitude, and nudging, and even threw in an insult about taking my nails out of the dryer to quick. I spent $ 100 dollars there. Well again, 2 days later and it's chipped again before Christmas. I don't like service with ugly attitude so I will not return or recommend this place. I work too hard for my money, to have poor work and ugly nasty attitude.

I was very happy with the service I received. The staff was kind and interested in my needs, and Donetta did an excellent job on my pedicure. I'm impressed that even without the promo they were offering, their prices are very competitive, and also the many different types of services they offer.
