Well, I gave it 2 tries. First went for a pedicure.Made appointments and spent extra for my mom and I to get the deluxe pedi. Woman who did mine was rude and abrupt. Wanted regular polish and she said no, not waiting that long for it to dry, should have come earlier. I told her I worked,she said I work to and want to go home. Wow Still gave it second try for dip manicures. My mom's nails were all cut unevenly. I sat for 45min waiting because after guy wrapped my nails he took a walk in. Lady who eventually did mine did a horrible job. Will not be going back. Oh, and while I was waiting they were complaining loudly about a woman who didn't leave a big enough tip.Very unprofessional and rude! read more

Absolutely terrible job. I asked for almond acrylics. My cuticles and nails are on fire and the bed of my original natural nails are destroyed. She completely sawed into the side of my nails and now i have to go to another salon to fix a $65 disaster. I couldn't even speak to the manager because the girl kept following me around and she knew i was upset because she refused to listen to me every time i told her something about the nails she would say "trust the process". read more

If you're looking to have a nice clean cut coffin shape don't go here. I was getting a fill from my last nails I had done somewhere else, I asked my lady if she could fix the shape. She only "fixed" one of my thumbs and in return made them look even more different then they already did. They don't have a Matte top coat and whatever they used as "matte" will make your nails look tacky and like they are press on. The gold line I had added came off both my middle fingers the next day. My cuticles as you can see in the picture are raw. read more

I would definitely not recommend this place. I had an appointment with a friend who was getting an ombre and soak off for her nails. I was just getting a classic pedicure so I thought I would be done before her. Surprise. The receptionist was rude and did not tell me that they were 45 minutes behind for my appointment so their solution was to have me soak in a tub for a good 35 minutes. In warm to cool water no less. And the girl that I got couldn't speak English. She worked pretty hard but towards the end she kept using her nail nippers to clean around my nailbed and she ended up cutting me. There's no excuse for that. I would never try them again. read more

Where do I start? If you have a disability do not go here. They treated my daughter inappropriately. She has cerebral palsy on her right side. They were holding her arm and hand down to "help" her while her nails were drying! One of them video'd part of it. They were laughing the whole time. My daughter is 19 years old and has had her nails done for years and has never been treated this way. The initial tech told her she couldn't do it at all. Her first time there she had a man named Kevin and he was wonderful! These women were immature and inappropriate! It took 3.5 for a pedicure for myself. I was left with cold towels and wax on my feet for 45 minutes. Then tech couldn't manage the polish I picked and ended up redoing it for a solid 30 minutes. All of my toes are stained from the removing and new apply of polish. It got to the point where I told them to stop because I was completely over the entire situation. My feet look like shit and they basically told me to go fuck myself. My sister got a full set and both of her thumbs have bubbles in the acrylic. Her tech told her they were fine. Steven is the worst tech and should not work here. He did a pedicure and full set on me yesterday Paid for a better pedicure and didnt even rub feet. He coughed the entire time and didnt wear a mask. Then came the worst full set ever. I didnt pay for full set and left. He put the acrylic on so thin and he kept filing it off and had to repair.He filed them so short, right down to the tip of the finger After i told him i asked for them longer he said he would take them off and start over. Crazy as my fingers are sore from the first time. I had to go get them soaked off and won't be able to have new ones on until my nails heal. I've heard good things about this place, but as soon as we walked in they were rude. One lady talked down to me like I didn't know what I was talking about (I've been doing nails for a little while) the man who had my mom didn't listen to what she wanted. The male manicurist that serviced me spent the entire time gossiping with his fellow male employees, which of course delayed the process and it was rude. I came in here for a gel manicure and pedicure about a week ago. Head up they don't allow tipping on the card so bring cash. Prices are pretty reasonable they accepted walk ins and appointments but it's best to make an appointment to get right in. Fran did both my services and she was so sweet and thoughtful through out the whole process. They had a lot of options as far as color to choose from and she was patient with me choosing because I was very indecisive on what to pick. I was extremely happy with my service and I loved having Fran as my nail technician. read more

Cut my cuticles BAD. Made me feel uncomfortable and rushed the whole time. Not worth the money

Customer service stinks. They keep double booking and switching people to work on you. My wife had an appointment to have fingers and toes done by a certain tech. He did her fingers and then asked if it was ok for someone else to do her toes so he could do something else. She agreed reluctantly since this person had never worked on her before. She did a horrible job. She seemed to be in a hurry and halfway did it leaving her heels rough, edges of nails rough, and hurting her because she cut a nail too close and crooked. When she called back to see if they would make it right, they would only let the same person who did the bad job do it and wanted her to come in immediately. Well, that wasn't going to happen. We will find a new place. Pitiful! read more

Terrible place with a guy giving me a pedi. He was yelling to front at another person getting mani. Hardly at all paid attention to me or what he was doing. Disappeared multiple times in the back room while I'm waiting for him to finish and I could here him laughing all the time. I've been going here for a year or so. & Lilly is always doing my nails for best! I've been to other place but apex nails is the best one. They have such good prices, & they do really good on eyebrows also. And they will talk to you and make you feel comfortable. I love this place & I'll be going back all the time! read more

This place is so filthy! The tools are not sanitized--there was someone else's built up skin on the callous grater (cheese grater). The pedicure was lame. You're better off just doing your own toes and not risking infection. And the two nail techs got into an argument and were so nasty to one another! My pedicure from start to finish was 18 minutes. She didn't even trim my cuticles. The pedicure was slapping some lotion on my legs, rinsing it off, and then half-assed polishing my nails. She was so rude to the other employees and didn't say a single word to me the entire time. read more

I got a pedicure, it was okay. It was a little short but the guy made them look nice. When it was time for my finger nails I got this guy Scott, he was awful!!! He kept making phone calls while continuing to do my nails, he kept getting up and walking away. He did my nails so fast it was not enjoyable. He was grabbing my fingers so hard. While he was using the tools he wasn't even looking at what he was doing. He didn't shape them right, they are un even and they look deformed. He also left some of my old nail polish on and didn't even bother to clean them up. Seeing as he is the manager you would think he would do a good job!! Highly disappointed!!!! My sister got this guy Ben and my grandma had a lady Tina, they did a really good job and took there time. If you decide to go here ask for one of them! read more

Went to this salon today with my Mom who normally comes here. I am in town from Texas visiting and needed a pedicure. We made an appointment for each of us the day before. When we arrived they tried to put my mom with someone else even though she requested a specific person. Since they know my Mom they corrected the situation. I was supposed to have a lady named Kim do my pedicure. I didn't know it at the time but they gave me a girl named Gina instead. She rushed through my pedicure and was not gentle at all. I told her my legs were sunburned and she still massaged them which hurt! She cut one of my toenails crookedly and did a very fast and sloppy paint job. There are bubbles in the paint and one toe has polish that she failed to clean up on my skin. I am used to at least a 45 minute pedicure. Unless they know you at this salon, beware newcomers. You won't get first rate treatment. My pedicure experience was crappy and I won't ever come here again. read more

I have been to 3 times now. First time had Pink and white new set as I was going on cruise. Worse nails I had ever had done. The whites were not even and they lifted before the ttwo weeks. I went back and had them back filled after two weeks and they lifted again. So last week I went back and had them back filled with a solid color again and they lifted and 1 fell off. I have had acrylics for the past 25 years never had such trouble with my nails. Needless to say that 3 strikes your out. I will not be going back. read more

Worst pedicure ever, never even cleaned under toenails. Hurry hurry get the money. Paid for a manicure and that consisted of only cutting cuticles around nails because I also paid for gel nails too. Never been to a salon that does not cut cuticles and nails before having gel applied. The techs talk are constantly talking in foreign language. Horrible Horrible!! the nail tech cut 3 of my fingers with the drill and made them bleed when I had said ouch he laughed and said sorry. I didn't think it was funny. after cutting my finger and saying sorry he did it again repeatedly. When I went to pay I had showed the manager what he had done mind you my fingers were still bleeding he just looked at them and shrugged his shoulders and sat back down with no apology I guess its ok for customers to leave with bleeding fingers that your employee caused.
